Aisha Praught-Leer (born 14 December 1989 in Moline, Illinois) is a female middle-distance runner from Illinois competing for Jamaica. She attended Woodrow Wilson Middle School. Praught competed in Athletics at the 2016 Summer Olympics after running the 1500 meters and steeplechase standards in 2015. Praught competed in the Women's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China, but was disqualified.

On the penultimate backstretch, Praught moved past Coneo. Nikki Hiltz used that cue to move from the back of the pack up to Efraimson's back, immediately behind Praught. As they approached the bell, then around the turn, Hiltz moved around Efraimson and into a marking position on Praught's shoulder.

The defending Pan American Games champion is Muriel Coneo from Colombia. Aisha Praught-Leer moved into marking position and that is the way the lead group held for the next lap and a half.

McNaboe requested the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur to staff a boys elementary school.
