He gets into an argument with Corporal Nym, who himself wanted to marry her, and tells Nym to go to the hospital ('spital) and find Doll in the ward for sexually transmitted diseases ("the powdering tub of infamy") and marry her: "Fetch forth the lazar kite of Cressid's kind,/ Doll Tearsheet she by name, and her espouse". After the Battle of Agincourt he receives a letter, from which he learns that "my Doll is dead in the 'spital" from "malady of France", i.e. syphilis.

The bodies of vessels are burnished using seeds, metal, stones or shells, while necks/rims are smoothed with leaves or paper. Color is added directly after firing and mostly consists of reds and blacks. Red pigment is made from either the boiling of the mzingifuri plant (where the vessel is dipped into the pigment) or from the heating of kitahoymse grass seeds (which are turned into a solid mass that is then rubbed onto a just- fired vessel to transfer pigment.) Black pigment is made from powdering tree bark (usually mango tree bark) and mixing it with water or citrus juice. Ornamentation of pottery is appreciated in Zaramo culture, but is not integral.

In measuring the abundance and isotopic composition of CAS, it is important to know exactly what is being measured: CAS within particular shell fragments, corals, microbialites, cements, or otherwise. The first step is therefore to separate out the desired component for measurement. This could mean drilling and powdering a rock (if the CAS measurement of the whole rock is desired) or sorting sediments by visual identification of particular microfossils or mineral phases, using fine tweezers and drills under a microscope. The fragments, sediments, or powders should be cleaned (likely by sonication) and exposed only to deionized and filtered water, so that no contaminant sulfur species are introduced, and the original CAS is not further reduced, oxidized, or otherwise altered.

Caterpillar left The Malabar tree nymph has a wingspan of 120–154 mm. It appears as a mostly white butterfly with black markings. Upperside semitransparent white, sometimes slightly infuscate with a powdering of black scales. Forewing with the following black marks: narrow margins on both sides of the veins, a dusky streak along dorsum, large sub-basal spots in interspaces 1 and 2 (produced inwardly in former), a large oval spot crossing three streaks in discoidal cell, a spot above it in interspace 11, a broad margin to the discocellulars and three rows of spots on outer half of wing, the discal series outwardly conical and curved sharply inwards opposite apex, the subterminal series in pairs coalescent on the veins, the terminal series elongate on veins and in interspaces; costa with a black streak at base, beyond black and white alternately.

Male is similar to the wet- season brood, but on the upperside, the black on the apex and termen of the forewing not nearly so broad, on the latter often not reaching vein 1; on the hindwing the black is reduced to a sparse powdering of black scales along the termen. Dry-season brood at Jayanti, Duars, West Bengal Underside: similar to that of the wet-season brood but the greenish-yellow suffusion replaced entirely by ochraceous brown; on the hindwing the white markings of the wet- season form replaced by a paler ochraceous shade than on the rest of the wing; the veins all broadly bordered with irrorated black scaling; the discal obscure transverse band more or less as in specimens of the wet-season brood, but often obsolescent. Antennae black, head and thorax anteriorly ochraceous brown, thorax medially and posteriorly with long bluish-grey pile, abdomen black with short white hair-like scaling; beneath: the palpi ochraceous with some black hairs, thorax ochraceous brown, abdomen white. Female very similar to those of the wet-season female, but the blackish-brown colouring on the upperside paler and duller in tint.
