The most prolific presence of collegiate mock trial on the internet was the web forum, Perjuries , the national online mock trial community. On Perjuries, mock trial competitors, coaches, and alumni could create user accounts and discuss a wide range of related topics. The site had approximately 5,000 registered users, 2,000 discussions, and 88,000 posts. The Perjuries forum is now defunct.

He is said to have taken part in other revolts and perjuries (oath breakings). In 869, he went over to Rastislav and was given a position of authority. While preparing to attack Carloman, he reportedly told his Moravian men that he Saint Emmeram of Regensburg, on whose relics he had sworn fealty to Louis, was holding his weapons down and preventing him from raising his arms and contributing to the fight. He was killed in battle and Louis ordered celebrations to be made for his death.

Davis sits on land that originally belonged to the Indigenous Patwin, a southern branch of Wintun people, who were killed or forced from their lands by the 1830s as part of the California Genocide through a combination of mass murders, smallpox and other diseases, and both Mexican and American systems of Indigenous slavery. Patwin burials grounds have been found across Davis, including on the site of the UC Davis Mondavi Center. After the killing and expulsion of the Patwin, territory that eventually became Davis emerged from one of California's most complicated, corrupt land grants, Laguna de Santos Callé. The 1852 Land Commission concurred with US Attorneys who argued that the grant was "fraudulent in all its parts," and in his 1860 District Court ruling Justice Ogden Hoffman observed that "It is impossible to contemplate without disgust the series of perjuries which compose the record" of the land grant.

Schooley, who was rated as a top broker in Enid, Oklahoma, discovered systemic wrongdoing at Merrill Lynch that ranged from brokers to management to the board of directors and included: License-related exam cheat sheets; Country club list theft; Embezzlement; Falsification of records; Failure of management to deliver millions in assets; Bond rating fraud; Tour de France scheme; Client abuse; Perjuries; Conspiracies, and Cover-Ups. Schooley first brought his findings to middle and then upper management citing the company guidelines: "...Improprieties should be reported to whatever level of management necessary to properly address the situation." Upon discovering that senior management covered up the wrongdoings in its first investigation, Schooley contacted Merrill Lynch’s 13-member board of directors with a detailed 31-page account. Schooley was summoned by Merrill Lynch Vice Chairman and General Counsel Stephen Hammerman for a meeting at company headquarters, at the World Financial Center in New York where he was confronted by senior management and their attorneys.

On September 28, 2015, the date that would have been Ethel Rosenberg's 100th birthday, the brothers and eight members of their extended families (including one great grandchild of the Rosenbergs) gathered on the steps of New York's City Hall to receive two proclamations – one by 13 City Council members and one by the Borough President of Manhattan honoring Ethel Rosenberg and decrying her reputedly false conviction and execution. Meeropol and his brother Robert appeared on the CBS newsmagazine show 60 Minutes in the fall of 2016 arguing that their mother deserved exoneration because of the recent release of grand jury testimony by her chief accuser, David Greenglass, which directly contradicted his trial testimony against her. They submitted requests to President Obama for a proclamation to in effect nullify the original jury verdict because of the perjuries involved in the government's case against her. This request was accompanied by the documents including grand jury minutes supporting their arguments.
