Pick the colored pencil crayons you'd like to use to make your artists' palette.

You'll need some tiny brushes, a small dish of water, a piece of sketchbook paper, and a box of colored pencil crayons.

The water will dissolve the pencil crayons and allow the brush to pick up the colors, allowing you paint whatever designs you want on your nails.

Using colour minimally, her primary media is etching, drawing, watercolours, pen, pencil, pastels and pencil crayons. She lives and works in Falkland, BC, a location which serves as a focus for her recent landscapes.

104 Many of Joseph Slater's portraits were published as lithographs by his brother Isaac Wane Slater. They both worked since 1805 in the John Bacon's studio at 17 Newman Street. Later the brothers moved down in their own studio with a shop at 70 Newman Street.The Beardmore Family Album Slater worked predominately in pencil, crayons and watercolor.

Together they have two children, Oska and Zoë. Describing the technical details of his work he says: "I use an Apple Mac, Schminke watercolours, Caran d’Ache pencil crayons (with electric sharpener), Saunders Waterford paper 190gm3 [sic], black kandahar and coloured inks with a dip pen, toothbrush, porcupine quills, and my trusty left hand." In 2015/2016, he was the 7th most borrowed illustrator in UK public libraries.

Pootoogook's drawings were primarily done with acrylic paints, black felt-tipped pens or pencil crayons. Her artistic style changed after she completed courses in acrylic painting and drawing workshops at the West Baffin Co-operative in 1976. After taking those classes, her art featured more landscapes and "Western notions of spatial composition." In her later career, when depicting events from her life, Pootoogook experimented with figure drawing and lithography.

Weinberger illustrated several books during his life and filled endless sketch books mainly using pencil crayons, particularly while travelling, which he loved to do. He travelled widely in the UK and throughout Europe, capturing landscapes and harbour scenes in Wales, the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Turkey. His Italian landscapes and Amsterdam and New York port scenes are among his most admired works. Though he lived in England for nearly 70 years, Weinberger never lost his German accent; it was part of who he was.

Additionally, this release was selected for CJSR Edmonton's best of 2012 list and reached #13 on Earshot's Top 20 for 2012 on the International music charts. In 2013, Battle of Santiago released their second album "Followed by Thousands" under their label "Made With Pencil Crayons." The album became the #1 hit on the weekly Canadian college radio charts for International music on CJSR in Edmonton, holding #5 for two months on the top 20 Earshot charts for International music in late 2012. This release has also hit the charts in the United States reaching #18 on KALX with tracks featured on Latino USA.

The Snowman (Hamilton, 1978) was entirely wordless, and illustrated with only pencil crayons. Briggs said that it was partly inspired by his previous book, "For two years I worked on Fungus, buried amongst muck, slime and words, so... I wanted to do something which was clean, pleasant, fresh and wordless and quick." For that work Briggs was a Highly Commended runner-up for his third Greenaway Medal; no one has won three. An American edition was produced by Random House in the same year, for which Briggs won the Boston Globe–Horn Book Award, picture book category.

The group is led by Michael Owen (bass player and producer) and has a rotating cast of musicians, featuring Reimundo Sosa (percussion and vocals), Lyle Crilly (guitar and synth), Michael Butler (saxophone and flute), and Anthony Daniel (drums), as well as many other supporting live musicians. In 2012, the band's debut album "Full Colour" was released under their label "Made With Pencil Crayons." The album became the #1 hit on the weekly Canadian college radio charts for International music and stayed in the national Top 20 charts for 4 months. Also, the release reached #1 in a few local markets in Canada, including Guelph and Calgary, also reaching #3 on the Jazz charts on CFRU in Guelph, Ontario.
