Before Jerry's arrival, the now-bald Wayne goes on a rampage through the mall discotheque, beating and terrorizing its patrons including a police detective and Alicia, and causing crowds to flee the mall in panic. Jerry tracks Wayne to an empty department store and paralyzes him with the dart gun. An on-screen epilogue states that Wayne was tested, found to have "extensive chromosomic aberrations", and confined to a sanitarium, and that 255 doses of Blue Sunshine are still unaccounted for.

"Other than a Plan D situation" is predicated on the assumption that, in a severe crisis that paralyzes or impedes normal governmental operations, the president may not have the time or immediate access to legal counsel to properly advise the Congress on emergency legislation required for national survival. "Other than a Plan D situation" is an elaborate set of already- drafted model legislation which the president can immediately present to the Congress for enactment following the onset of the crisis.

Roosevelt wore a morning coat and striped trousers for the inauguration, and took the oath with his hand on his family Bible, open to I Corinthians 13. There are also four items that Simon can carry with him similar to the sub-weapons in the NES version: a map which shows his current position and the location of the exit (can only be used three times by pressing F2), holy water (used by jumping and then pressing left or right in mid-air), an hourglass (which temporarily paralyzes all enemies by pressing down after jumping) and one of two types of shields.

Palmodes occitanicus is a species of thread-waisted wasp in the family Sphecidae. The reproduction behaviour of this species (called the "Sphex languedocien" at the time) is described in detail by the French entomologist, Jean-Henri Fabre, in 1879Jean-Henri Fabre, 1879, Le Sphex languedocien, Souvenirs entomologiques, Paris, 324 pages (read on line), in a story intended to convince people that animals are not rational. The wasp normally stings and paralyzes an Ephippiger or related orthopteran prey, and brings it back to its burrow; it leaves the prey item near the entrance, enters the burrow, lays an egg, and then drags the prey item into the burrow where the egg can hatch nearby and the wasp larva can feed. If the prey item is moved while the wasp is in the nest, it will exit, become confused, then grab and reposition the prey near the entrance, and re-enter the nest; if the prey is moved again before the wasp re-emerges, it will continue the process indefinitely.

Shadow Knight does address this inconsistency somewhat, by presenting the "living trump" abilities as somewhat limited.
