When minions of the Mad Titan Thanos ambush Wanda Maximoff and Vision in Scotland, Rogers, Romanoff, and Wilson rescue them and take them to Rhodes and Banner at the Avengers' headquarters. Rogers suggests that they travel to Wakanda to remove the Mind Stone in Vision's forehead to keep Thanos from retrieving it while keeping Vision's personality intact. As Thanos' army of Outriders invade Wakanda, Rogers and the Avengers mount a defense alongside King T'Challa and the Wakandan armies. Thanos defeats the Avengers, including Rogers, and retrieves the Mind Stone from Vision, destroying him.

Bai Wu Xia stealthily brings them food and water. Li Shimin must escape, though, so Jue Yuan and Bai Wu Xia help him, sneaking and bribing their way past the Emperor’s patrols in disguise. Throughout this time, a forbidden romance builds between Jue Yuan and Bai Wu Xia. But they fail in their clean escape, and Li Shimin and Bai Wu Xia flee on a raft down a river, Li Shimin with an arrow in his leg, while Jue Yuan sacrifices himself to slow down the Emperor’s outriders.

Under the Direction of Coulter the Club continued to grow and set as a goal the dissemination of the gospel of rugby throughout the Fraser Valley. In order to do this the Club contacted all the Secondary Schools form Port Moody to Chilliwack and team members organized clinics in order to get recent graduates interested in club rugby. The Club established the annual Outriders Trophy with Richmond Rugby Club, who at the time was the only other club beyond Vancouver city. He suffered head injuries and a broken leg, and died in the evening in Hull Royal Infirmary in Scarborough after being conveyed there by the racing circuit ambulance escorted by two police motorcycle outriders. After forces of Thanos attack the Earth, and Steve Rogers returns to Avengers Headquarters to plan a response, Rhodes disobeys orders from Thaddeus Ross to arrest Rogers, and travels with Rogers to Wakanda to protect the Mind Stone from Thanos. In Wakanda, Rhodes fought as War Machine against the Outriders, but was easily incapacitated by Thanos, unable to prevent the snap erasing half of all life. Weeks later, Rhodes joined the Avengers in attacking Thanos on his garden planet, only to learn that Thanos had destroyed the Infinity Stones. In 2023, Rhodes joined Nebula on a mission to take the Power Stone from Morag in 2014, observing there that a past version of Peter Quill is "an idiot".

At the professional level, cycling teams are frequently accompanied by motorcycle outriders, team cars and official scrutineers. As it completes the transformation it calls out its rallying cry in a heavy Western drawl, "Head 'em up, move 'em out...power stride, and ready to ride." The Ramrod vehicle will transform into a giant robot packing an over-sized six-shooter at the hip and appears to be wearing a cowboy hat and a cape. The battle conversion to robot form is used mainly when the Star Sheriffs encounter the Outriders' giant robots, which are known as either a Renegade or Desperado Unit. In "Maverick Quick-draw" mode, an array of assorted cannons will be deployed at Ramrod's chest, delivering the final blow to send an Outrider "Renegade Unit" back to the Vapor Zone.

Singapore's first prime minister, Lee Kuan Yew, revealed that it was Brigadier Alsagoff who was instrumental in prompting him to embark on an ambitious plan to modernise the Singapore Armed Forces. In his memoirs, From Third World to First: The Singapore Story (), Lee stated that he had taken offence that Brigadier Syed Mohamed had "insisted" that his Malaysian motorcycle outriders escort him from his City Hall office to Parliament House for the ceremonial opening of the first Parliament of Singapore. Lee was also fearful that Brigadier Alsagoff might be persuaded by Syed Ja'afar Albar to stage a coup months after Singapore's separation from Malaysia. Brigadier Alsagoff with his brigade based in Singapore could have easily captured him and his ministers.

Now dubbed "The Overtaker", the presenters have to do a family holiday in Wales. First, they head for the local beach, where they have to beat a rival holidaymaker in a Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG estate; Paddy claims he scored a moral victory due to the hearse's cheap price. Next, they go to Walters Arena for their next challenge: a race to the campsite against Land Rover Discovery driven by a family of Stigs, where the hearse tipped over. The next day, the presenters mended the hearse and met at Mendips Raceway for their final challenge: banger racing to test the car's safety, which Paddy insisted on doing, with Chris and Freddie serving as Paddy's outriders; one of the competitors is Sabine Schmitz in a Volvo estate.

Bounty hunter Sartana is eagerly awaiting to kill or capture a wanted man who is riding shotgun on a shipment of gold. Interrupting Sartana's picnic and bounty hunting, a gang of Mexican Bandidos kill all the outriders, but leave the gold intact and ride away but not before throwing dynamite into the wagon. Sartana prevents the explosion and discovers the gold sacks in the wagon are full of sand. Disguised as a Mexican peon, Sartana tracks the Mexicans to their lair and kills several of them before going to the town of Appaloosa where he discovers that the Bandidos were paid by Spencer, the owner of the mine to commit a fake robbery so Spencer can keep the majority of gold for himself.

Sweet Road, Gary's House and The Peach Season were all short-listed for the New South Wales Premier's Literary Awards. Mr Bailey's Minder and The Peach Season both premiered at Griffin Theatre Company. Mr Bailey's Minder toured nationally in 2006 and premiered in the United States in 2008 at The Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia. Gary's House was staged in Japanese in Tokyo by Rakutendan Theatre in 2008. Her writing for television includes the mini series Palace of Dreams (1985) as well as Dancing Daze (1986), Police Rescue (1991), Bananas in Pyjamas (1992), Wildside (1997), Swinging (1997), Magic Mountain (1997), The Secret Life of Us (2001), and Outriders (2001). Her Police Rescue scripts have been nominated for AFI, AWGIE and State Library awards.

Speaking at the 15th Congress, Lominadze and his friend Shatskin warned against what they called the "right danger in Comintern", in an apparent attack on the head of Comintern, Nikolai Bukharin. His other feature film credits include Roger Scholes’ Cable and John Hillcoat’s feature The Proposition. Ackland has appeared in numerous short films including Damian Walshe-Howling’s The Bloody Sweet Hit and Eve directed by Hannah Hilliard. In 2009 he was awarded the inaugural Heath Ledger scholarship by Australians in Film.

Robert died on 2 July 1801. He departed this life as he had lived, in grand style. Accompanying the hearse were three divisions of the Ingatestone & Brentwood Volunteers, two companies of Pioneers, two Artillery field pieces and the band of the Royal Buckinghamshire Regiment together with thirty mutes and cloak men, Robert's tenants, two by two, the post-chaise and two carriages from the Thorndon stables, seven mourning coaches, each drawn by six horses, carrying members of the family, clergy and household and a host of outriders, grooms and other mourners.
