Emergency warning systems for vehicles telematics are developed particularly for international harmonization and standardization of vehicle-to-vehicle, infrastructure-to-vehicle, and vehicle-to-infrastructure real-time Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC) systems. Telematics most commonly relate to computerized systems that update information at the same rate as they receive data, enabling them to direct or control a process such as an instantaneous autonomous warning notification in a remote machine or group of machines. By use of telematics as applied to intelligent vehicle technologies, instantaneous direction travel cognizance of a vehicle may be transmitted in real-time to surrounding vehicles traveling in the local area of vehicles equipped (with EWSV) to receive said warning signals of danger.

Developing The Missing Link-Mizrahi Jews and Palestinian Arab Citizens in Israel as Builders of Democracy, Peace and Justice: This project cultivates the development of a new set of allies, Mizrahi Jews and Palestinian Arab Citizens in Israel, by promoting the idea that divisions between Mizrahim and Palestinian Arab Citizens in Israel are a contrived situation which can be changed by re- orientating the relationship towards a sense of solidarity based on shared experiences and destiny. Developing solidarity between the groups include critical dialogue on shared and disparate experiences as disempowered and excluded groups in society and ‘deconstructing’ the experiences that pitted these groups against one another economically and socially. The relationship between Mizrahi Jews and the Palestinian Arab minority in Israel could become the critical bridge needed to reconcile cultural, linguistic and political gaps in understanding and agreement between the two peoples and a powerful force for peace and justice in Israel and Palestinian territories. (2016). “The Relational Subject.” Journal of Critical Realism, 15 (4), pp. 419-425., the ‘relational society’ is characterized what Donati calls ‘relational reflexivity’, which is different in kind from the inner reflexivity of the individualRelational reflexivity consists in orientating the agents/actors to the reality emergent from their interactions by their taking into consideration how this reality is able (by virtue of its own powers) to feed back onto the subjects (agents/actors) since it exceeds their individual as well as their aggregated personal powers.
