The Chicago Blitz were a professional indoor football team based in Villa Park, Illinois. The Blitz were members of American Indoor Football (AIF) in 2015 and 2016 and the Continental Indoor Football League (CIFL) in 2014. They played their home games at the Odeum Expo Center. The Blitz briefly joined the regional Midwest Professional Indoor Football (MPIF) for the 2018 season, but ceased operations once again after three games.

Global Wars 2017 was a professional wrestling tour co-produced by the American Ring of Honor (ROH) and Japanese New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) promotions. The tour's four events took place on October 12 at Buffalo RiverWorks in Buffalo, New York, October 13 at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, October 14 at Express Live! in Columbus, Ohio and October 15 at Odeum Expo Center in Villa Park, Illinois. This was the fourth year in which ROH and NJPW co- produced shows under the Global Wars name.

The 2013–14 Chicago Mustangs season was the second season of the Chicago Mustangs professional indoor soccer club. The Vipers will host only three games for the 2012 season and also have availability to host for the playoffs should they qualify. Mary Giatra Lemou (Greek: Μαίρη Γιατρά Λεμού, 1915–1989) was an Egyptian-born Greek actress. She was born in Alexandria. She studied theatricals in the dramatics at the National Theatre and piano at the Greek Odeum of Athens. She first appeared in the national theatre and the company Marika Kotopoli. In 1936 and 1937 she entered the Artistic Theatre with Tzavalas Karousos where she played many important roles. In the spring of 1940, she entered the accomplishable youth theatrical company at the Zefiros Theatre.
