The agreement stipulates that only original source media can be copied and the media must be owned by the DJ. Music from an MSS or AVLA licensed Music Supply Service (ERG, Multi Music, Promo Only, etc.) CAN NOT be copied. Downloading of music from iTunes and other online services is not permitted except in cases where such downloading service is licensed by the AVLA and approved under the licensing program. The licence does not permit live DJ mixes to be recorded and/or karaoke tracks to be copied. DJs playing original CDs and vinyl recordings are permitted to do so without any licensing requirements under AVLA.

In early 2009, after producing various short films for The Independent online, Donne set up the film collective "Brass Moustache" with producer and Director of Photography Joe Morris. Donne and Morris produced various short-form political documentaries including interviews with Noam Chomsky and former leader of the UK Labour Party Ed Miliband. They also collaborated on various music promo films for bands including "Lose My Way" for the UK indie-rock band TOY, which was chosen by "Creative Bloq" design magazine in its "25 Greatest Animated Music Videos". In 2014 Donne and Morris were commissioned by Tate Britain to make a short film for the Ruin Lust exhibition which formed part of the multi-discipline show.

The European Music Video was inspired by the 1979 movie Mad Max, filmed using the same roads in the You Yangs region of Australia and also featured actors Megan Dorman and Kick Gurry. The video was conceived and directed by Jolyon Watkins (Exit Films, Australia) and was a finalist for music promo of the year of the 2002 Muzik Magazine awards. The video begins with two bored girls (played by Dorman & Amiel Daemion herself) getting off a bus and start looking for some fun until they spot a black modified unoccupied 1974 Ford Falcon (XB) which resembles the iconic V8 Interceptor Pursuit Special from Mad Max next to the Bank of Australasia nearby. They steal it but before they could drive off, two male bank robbers have robbed the bank and attempt to flee the scene in the car as it was theirs.
