I grew up in South London, raved at Colliseum and everywhere else, volunteered at Delight FM, worked in Ayia Napa for four months every summer from 1999, spent all the money I made in bar jobs on patterned Moschino and Versace, took the photos for the flyers—which in those days needed developing—sold tickets for raves big and small and most importantly met some of my most treasured friends doing all of this.

There was a multimedia, "synesthetic" installation in an abandoned tobacco factory called Stara Fabryka Tytoniu; all-night DJ sets in the defunct, Soviet-era Forum Hotel; performances at Muzeum Inżynierii Miejskiej, The Musuem of Municipal Engineering in Kraków; and a special headlining act whose identity was never revealed, held 300 meters underground in the aforementioned Wieliczka Salt Mine, arguably the country's most treasured national monument—and one that was built in the 13th century.
