Semantic representations (SemR) in meaning–text theory consist primarily of a web-like semantic structure (SemS) which combines with other semantic-level structures (most notably the semantic-communicative structure [SemCommS], which represents what is commonly referred to as "information structure" in other frameworks). The SemS itself consists of a network of predications, represented as nodes with arrows running from predicate nodes to argument node(s). Arguments can be shared by multiple predicates, and predicates can themselves be arguments of other predicates. In 2017, cartographer Eric Brightwell of Pendersleigh and Sons Kathleen Miles, "Map Of Los Angeles: Eric Brightwell Of Pendersleigh & Sons Cartography, Uncovers The Real LA" March 2, 2012, created a map Eric Brightwell, "Los Angeles County Communities and Neighborhoods" that identified 472 neighborhoods (in comparison to Mapping LA's 114 neighborhoods). Comparing Brightwell's map with the Mapping LA Project, Elizabeth Fuller wrote in the LarchmontBuzz Elizabeth Fuller, "LarchmontBuzz" July 29, 2017 that "Many people who live in and represent their neighborhoods in various ways have objected to the Times’ designations for not following city-recognized borders, and for lumping many smaller neighborhoods into larger, more indistinct areas such as “Mid-Wilshire.” She said that Brightwell's map was a much more fine- grained view of “every L.A. neighborhood.” Jenna Chandler, the editor of Curbed Los Angeles, wrote that Brightwell's map of 472 neighborhoods "looks more accurate than the neighborhood maps compiled by the Los Angeles Times.

Scottish Standard English (SSE) itself encompasses wide linguistic variation and is often described as an accent continuum: at one end are the typically "Scottish-sounding" speakers, hereby referred to as "Scots-SSE" speakers, who use a high proportion of traditional Scottish phonological features, and at the other end of the spectrum are those who more closely emulate Southern Standard British English, through the use of more anglicised features than Scottish, and who are hereby referred to as speakers of "Anglo-SSE". Research thus far has yet to show any compelling evidence that either Anglo-SSE or Scots-SSE is perceived as Scotland's most prestigious speech variety – instead, they seem to compete with each other as Scottish standard languages. However, some studies show that the two varieties can be differentiated at a more fine-grained level. Overt and covert prestige has been clearly evidenced in their association with Anglo-SSE and Scots-SSE, where Anglo-SSE speakers are typically negatively evaluated in terms of likability and national identity.

For data in which the maximum key size is significantly smaller than the number of data items, counting sort may be parallelized by splitting the input into subarrays of approximately equal size, processing each subarray in parallel to generate a separate count array for each subarray, and then merging the count arrays. When used as part of a parallel radix sort algorithm, the key size (base of the radix representation) should be chosen to match the size of the split subarrays.. The simplicity of the counting sort algorithm and its use of the easily parallelizable prefix sum primitive also make it usable in more fine- grained parallel algorithms.. As described, counting sort is not an in-place algorithm; even disregarding the count array, it needs separate input and output arrays. It is possible to modify the algorithm so that it places the items into sorted order within the same array that was given to it as the input, using only the count array as auxiliary storage; however, the modified in-place version of counting sort is not stable.

Also as differentiating aspects, accommodation is mainly in condominiums of flats and apartments in the El Portil district whereas is of cottages and villas in the Nuevo Portil district.There is a healthy competition among the citizens of both districts because there are differences, but in fact is the same area with the same climate, sea, light, and even kind and welcoming citizens with very small details such as if the sand of the district beach is more fine grained sandy or more clayish, or if the district is more or less noisy or if the citizens have to walk less to reach the beach because they are closer, or even because they have the cheaper restaurants and Bars. That is something that the visitor has to know to understand how El Portii and Nuevo Portil works socially and invites to investigate how the environment looks like using Google to choose the preferred accommodation. The fair of El Portil and Nuevo Portil is scheduled for mid-August and is organized by the City of Punta Umbria and Cartaya.
