She claims to be of higher political authority than anyone in the United States, even the President, but is later outranked in an issue of Checkmate by Sasha Bordeaux. Although she explicitly states that her job is to kill people, specifically terrorists and those who aim to harm the United States, she has yet to be directly depicted as taking a life.

At one point, Fujiko was made Zenigata's replacement on the ICPO's Lupin operation, however this was a cover for her to get into a secret vault. Of this two-faced nature Lupin is surprisingly forgiving. In the 1999 television movie Da Capo of Love: Fujiko’s Unlucky Days, Lupin carefully treats the amnesiatic Fujiko, hoping she gets better as he "looks forward to her betrayals". She is an expert markswoman with her preferred weapon; the Stechkin APS, an old Russian firearm with selective fire (auto and semi-auto) and a wooden holster that doubles as a shoulder stock.

Three years later, she made her Olympic debut as the first ever female shooter to represent Sri Lanka at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, finishing a distant thirty-seventh in the 10 m air rifle with a score of 382 points. In 1994, Ramanayake reached the peak of her shooting career by landing successfully to fifth place in her pet event at the Asian Games in Hiroshima, Japan with 488.7 points. Ramanayake's rise continued on that same season, when she and her fellow markswoman Malini Wickramasinghe won Sri Lanka's first ever gold medal in the air rifle pairs at the Commonwealth Games in Victoria, British Columbia.

In the 10 m air rifle, held on the first day of the competition, Joo fired a substantial 394 out of a possible 400 to force in a massive draw with five other shooters for fourteenth place, having been much closer to an Olympic final at a slim disadvantage of two points.

Alyona Aksyonova (; born 13 November 1979 in Andijan) is an Uzbek sport shooter. She won a bronze medal in small-bore rifle prone at the 2000 Asian Championships in Langkawi, Malaysia, and was selected to compete for Uzbekistan in two editions of the Olympic Games (2000 and 2004). Akysonova's Olympic debut came as a 21-year-old at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. There, she finished in a massive eight-way tie for twentieth place in the 10 m air rifle with a qualifying score of 391, just three points below the Olympic final cutoff. Akysonova also competed in the 50 m rifle 3 positions, but plummeted to a thirtieth-place tie with Cuba's Eunice Caballero and fellow markswoman Yuliya Shakhova at 567 points (194 in prone, 185 in standing, and 188 in the kneeling series) in the prelims.

She managed to get a minimum qualifying score of 383 in air pistol to join with her fellow markswoman Cornelia Frölich and fill in the Olympic quota place won by Angela Schuler from the 2003 European Championships for Switzerland, after finishing fourth in an Olympic test event at the ISSF World Cup meet few months earlier. In her signature event, the 10 m air pistol, Rieder fired a frustrating 366 out of a possible 400 to force in a two-way tie with China's defending Olympic champion Tao Luna for thirty-eighth place. Two days later, Rieder recompensed her bitter air pistol feat to shoot a brilliant 293 in precision and a lowly 275 in the rapid fire stage for a tally of 568 points in the 25 m pistol, but her results were good enough to put her in twenty-ninth position out of thirty-seven shooters.

Having pursued the sport since the age of eighteen, Skoko-Celic has been training throughout her shooting career under coach and her eventual husband Zvonimir Kovačević at SC Osijek 1874. Skoko-Celic competed internationally for the former SFR Yugoslavia at the age of twenty-one, and eventually got off to a brilliant career start with a bronze medal each at the ISSF World Cup series in 1986 and in 1991. Following the breakup of Yugoslavia one year later, Skoko-Celic, along with her sister Suzana, made her first ever Olympic team under the independent nation Croatia at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. From there, she finished eleventh in the air pistol with 380, and then launched a near-perfect 99 in the sport pistol final to chase 1988 Olympic champions Nino Salukvadze of the Unified Team (now representing Georgia) and her fellow former Yugoslav markswoman Jasna Šekarić for fourth place with 677, narrowly missing out a chance for her first Olympic medal by two points.

Margaret Skinnider disguised as a man Operating variously as a scout, message runner (often dressed as a boy) and sniper, Skinnider took part in action against the British Army at the Garrison at the College of Surgeons and St. Stephen's Green under the Command of General Michael Mallin and Markievicz. Skinnider was reportedly an excellent markswoman. She was seriously wounded when she was shot three times attempting to burn down houses on Harcourt Street to try to cut off the retreat of British soldiers who had planted a machine gun post on the roof of the University Church. Nora Connolly O'Brien describes Skinnider's leading role in this action: In her autobiography, Doing my bit for Ireland (New York – Century, 1917,Skinnider herself vividly describes her role as a sniper at St. Stephen's Green in the Easter Rising: In terms of her role as a woman taking part in military action Skinnider comments: The former president of Sinn Féin, Gerry Adams, quoted Skinnider's stirring words in his 2006 address to the Sinn Féin Ard Feis.

She managed to get a minimum qualifying standard of 583 in small-bore rifle three positions to join with fellow markswoman and four-time Olympian Éva Joó and secure an Olympic berth for Hungary, following her bronze medal triumph at the ISSF World Cup meet in Changwon, South Korea a year earlier. In the 10 m air rifle, held on the first day of the Games, Krzyzewsky fired a modest 387 out of a possible 400 to obtain a thirty-seventh position throughout a 44-shooter field. Nearly a week later, in the 50 m rifle 3 positions, Krzyzewsky put up another substandard aim to land in thirty-first with a total score of 560 points (a scintillating 195 in prone, 178 in standing and 187 in the kneeling series). In 2007, Krzyzewsky showed her most potential form in bouncing back to the range by claiming her first individual gold in the small-bore rifle prone at the European Championships in Granada, Spain, shooting comfortably at 591 points.
