The next year, in 1914, the Ladies Confederate Monument Association donated a Memorial to the Confederate Dead on the north side of the park, near the Dwight Davis Tennis Center. Moothathu was born on 25 Edavam 989 Kolla era (1818 AD) in Vaikom, Travancore state and was adopted by a Moothathu family called Vattapalli Matom at Suchindrum to perform temple rites and rituals. The Child Marriage Restraint Act, also called the Sarda Act, was a law to restrict the practice of child marriage. Oak Hill Cemetery, located just north of downtown, is Birmingham, Alabama's oldest cemetery. Originally on the estate of James M. The ethical view of circumcision varies by country. Wragge's wife Leonora gave birth to a daughter, Leonora Ingleby, (later renamed Emma) in Oakamoor 1878 and Clement Lionel Egerton in 1880. His third child Rupert Lindley was born in August 1882 in Scotland. Wragge left for Australia soon after in 1883. His first male child, Clement Lionel Egerton, who was born in Farley, Staffordshire in 1880, would later enlist with the 2nd Light Horse Regiment of the First Australian Imperial Force and die from wounds at Gallipoli on 16 May 1915.

Sarolta Vay was born on 6 December 1859 in , in the Pest Central District, Hungary, to Sarolta (née Beniczky) and Count László Vay. Stemming from the old and noble who were Counts of Vojvodina and Laskod, her father served as Colonel-General of Archduke Joseph and was the keeper of the crown jewels. Her parents were married in 1855 and because of a law that their estates would pass to the crown without an heir, the couple were quite anxious for a male child. The comedian Yakkun Sakurazuka cross-dressing as a schoolgirl Otokonoko (男の娘 Otoko no ko, "male daughter" or "male girl", also pronounced as otoko no musume) is a Japanese term for men who adopt a culturally feminine gender expression, usually through cross-dressing or crossplay. Otokonoko (男の娘) is a play on the word 男の子, also pronounced otokonoko and meaning "boy" (male + child), where the kanji for child (子) is substituted with daughter/girl (娘). The term otokonoko is used interchangibly with the terms / for a man who dresses as a woman/girl, respectively. The term originated in Japanese manga and Internet culture in the 2000s, but the concept reflects a broad range of earlier traditions and examples of male drag-wearing in Japan, such as onnagata in kabuki theater and in the career of cross-dressing entertainer Akihiro Miwa.

In the phallic stage, a girl's Electra complex is her decisive psychodynamic experience in forming a discrete sexual identity (ego). Whereas a boy develops castration anxiety, a girl develops penis envy, for she perceives that she has been castrated previously (and missing the penis), and so forms resentment towards her own kind as inferior, while simultaneously striving to claim her father's penis through bearing a male child of her own. Furthermore, after the phallic stage, the girl's psychosexual development includes transferring her primary erogenous zone from the infantile clitoris to the adult vagina.

It is a common stereotype that gay men are sexual predators or pedophiles. The former perception can lead to a knee-jerk reaction that created the "gay panic defense", usually in straight men, who fear being hit on by gay men, and can be either a cause or an expression of homophobia. The perception that a greater proportion of gay than straight men are pedophiles or child sexual abusers is one contributing factor of discrimination against gay teachers, despite the stark contrast to statistical figures, which have generally revealed most male child sexual abusers, including those who target boys, are heterosexual and usually married with children of their own, and research on child sexual abuse shows that most instances of child sexual abuse (one cited percentage being over 90%) are perpetrated by heterosexual males raping underage females. Research has consistently indicated that a significant minority of child sex abuse perpetrators are female (5–20%), but other research has indicated that almost 40% of child sexual abuse against boys, and 6% of abuse against girls, is committed by women.

In 1978, Thorstad was a founding member of NAMBLA, "served as a member of the Steering Committee from some undetermined time until September 1996" and was one of a group of NAMBLA members who were sued in 2000 for the wrongful death of a ten- year-old boy in a long-running court case Curley v. Interpretations of Revelation 12 vary, but the general consensus of those who promoted this theory was that the September 2017 alignment was the Great Sign which is described in this passage of Scripture: that the woman represents the nation of Israel, which they believe is about to enter into a multi-year period of Tribulation, and the male child represents the global Church, which might be raptured to Heaven before the Tribulation period begins according to Revelation 12:5.
