In 2012, amateur Lydia Ko became the youngest-ever winner of an LPGA Tour event. At 15 years and four months, she surpassed the record set by Lexi Thompson at 16 years and seven months in September 2011. Jyri Göran Kjäll (born 13 January 1969) is a Finnish former boxer who won the bronze medal in the light welterweight division at the 1992 Summer Olympics. A year later he captured the silver medal at the 1993 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Tampere, Finland. Kjäll turned pro in 1994, moved to Florida, and had limited success. Although he retired in 2002 with a career record with 23-1-0 with 18 KO's and fought frequently in the US, his career never built up momentum for a title shot.

Dr. Ko Lap-yan heads a team of senior psychiatrists and residents at the Yan Wo Hospital in Hong Kong. Most episodes revolve around the team diagnosing patients. With a specialty at diagnosing criminals, Ko also has close ties with the Serious Crime Unit of the Hong Kong Police Force, a unit headed by Senior Inspector Chung Kwon-ban. The second series sees Ko's resignation from the Yan Wo Hospital; he is later transferred to a new psychiatric department, the Forensics Psychiatry Department, of Bok On Hospital, where he formally diagnoses criminals.

Miguel Brito dos Reis Dias (born April 1, 1968, in Santa Maria) is a retired boxer from The Netherlands, who was born on Cape Verde. He represented the Netherlands at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, where he was eliminated in the first round of the bantamweight division (- 54 kg) by Tunisia's Riadh Klai. A year earlier, at the 1991 European Amateur Boxing Championships, he won the silver medal in his weight category. Dias became a pro in 1995, and retired in 2002 with a record of nine wins (8 ko's) and one loss.

Ko was a qualified driver while Lee, an assistant operator, was operating under Ko's supervision. Lee was driving at the time of the accident, but was seated in the left of the cabin and could not see the signals, which were on the right and were obscured by the long hood of the vehicle. Realizing that Tatsu's longing to find his lost princess is what granted him his ability to paint, Ume-ko tells her father that by her death, Tatsu's talent may be restored. The following morning, Tatsu discovers a letter from Ume-ko, saying that she had committed suicide in hopes that it would restore Tatsu's ability. Distraught at what has happened, Tatsu attempts suicide by drowning at a nearby waterfall, but is unsuccessful. Tatsu's sorrow continues to grow as time passes until one day he sees what appears to be Ume-ko's ghost at the family garden, which motivates him to paint once more.

At a press conference on 23 January 2017, Frank Warren announced that Flanagan would be making his fifth defence of his WBO world title against former super lightweight world title challenger Petr Petrov (38-4-2, 19 KO's) on 8 April 2017 at the Manchester Arena in Manchester. This would be the first time since October 2015 that Flanagan would be fighting in his home city. The fight went the distance and Flanagan won via unanimous decision. Tam demands the Chief Executive, Lo Kin- kuen, to meet with him before midnight, otherwise he will kill all the hostages and himself. He then sends a voice message to his wife Chim Sui-wah (Mimi Kung) informing her of his action, which triggers her cardiac attack and causes her minibus to crash at a high speed. Mak and Lok witness Chim's accident along with many journalists near the scene.

Upon returning to Ryu-O, he reveals himself to be the guardian of the other half of the sphere, and the two halves form the Blue Sphere. Using the Blue Sphere to continue up the tower, the party comes to a world of clouds, dominated by Byak-ko and an army of thugs. The new Majoor-Regent had direct authority over 150,000 souls in contrast to his brother, Majoor Han Chan Piet, who ruled the districts of Besuki and Panarukan through allied members of the traditional Javanese bureaucracy, including Muslim members of the Han family of Lasem. Majoor Han Kik Ko's rule gave rise to favourable development in the district: new methods of irrigation were implemented, rice cultivation increased, and new crops were introduced. In response, Ko steals a time-bomb from the police basement and inserts it into Lee's body's rectum, and hands the body to Park, whose van gets blasted off a bridge into a lake. Aerts played a fictionalized version of himself in the 2011 Dutch comedy film New Kids Turbo in which the protagonists, a group of guys who always look for trouble and create chaos in a small village, borrow some money from him. Having to choose between his lover and his brother, Tin sadly leaves Alan. When Ko discovers that Alan safely returned from Thailand, he falls out with him and annexes all his purchased arms, formally declaring war with Alan. Later, Alan falls into Ko's trap and becomes encircled where his underlings are fully wiped out and Jenny is also killed from protecting him. Alan decides to single-highhandedly deal with Ko. In Hong Kong, Tin hears news of it and leaves his beloved wife and returns to Macau to fight with Ko alongside Alan in a gunfight where after a fierce battle, the trio dies together.

Drake Thadzi (born November 23, 1964 in Lilongwe) is a 6'1 light heavyweight retired boxer from Malawi, who represented his native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. There he was decisioned in the second round of competition in the light heavyweight division (- 81 kg) by Algeria's eventual bronze medalist Mustapha Moussa. Soon afterwards Thadzi turned professional, before retiring in 1998 after a loss against Dariusz Michalczewski with a record of 40 fights: 30 wins (25 KO's), 1 draw and 9 losses. Some other career highlights: Thadzi challenged Virgil Hill for the WBA light heavyweight title in 1995 but lost a decision.

On March 5, 2011, Kirkland returned to the ring after an almost 2-year layoff to defeat Ahsandi Gibbs via first-round KO. On April 9, 2011, Kirkland faced Nobuhiro Ishida of Japan, in what was supposed to be a stay-busy fight for Kirkland. However, in a stunning upset, the previously undefeated Kirkland was stopped in the first round by the Japanese fighter, who isn't known for being a big puncher having only 7 KO's in 29 fights, getting knocked down 3 times. After the loss, Kirkland split with trainer Kenny Adams and reunited with Ann Wolfe. Kirkland and Wolfe had broken up after Kirkland went to prison.

On February 28, 2018, Ko Un, one of South Korea's most iconic and prominent poets and frequently mentioned Nobel laureate shortlist candidate, was also accused of sexual assault. First reported by the Dong-A Ilbo, poet Choi Young-mi's poem 'The Beast' suggests sexual assault by Ko approximately 20 years ago. The poem did not explicitly mention Ko, but the details of the frequently mentioned "En", which bears similarities to Ko's name – Ko Un – highly matches the accused poet's past. Schwarz first professional fight was on the 29 August 2013 when he won a very fast 20 second KO victory over German 34 year old Mario Schmidt. After getting to a record of 12-0-0 (8 KO's), he accepted the challenge of fellow German contender Konstantin Airich and won via Unanimous Decision over an eight-round fight. In his 15th professional fight on the 15 November 2015, Schwarz was allowed to fight against the powerful 20-year-old German Ilja Mezencev for the vacant WBO Youth World Champion title. Unknown to Yat-Tsun, his uncle, Tung Chin-Long (Elliot Ngok), is involved with rigging horse races. Tung Chin-Long's wife, Sung Gam- Chi (Michelle Yim), proves to be especially dangerous in insuring the safety of her family, particularly for the future of her favoured older son Tung Yat- Long (Stephen Wong). Her younger son, Tung Yat-Chiu (Vin Choi), ends up being a selfish troublemaker and her niece, Sung Ka-Yee (Shirley Yeung), reveals herself to be manipulative, spiteful, and two-faced. Tong Chi-Ko's father commits suicide after mistakenly believing his wife and daughter left him because he was unwilling to stop gambling and unable to get out of debt.

In 1809, Tan Peeng Ko, Kapitein der Chinezen of Batavia set up a subsidiary office on the southern side of the city, closer to Glodok, the Chinese quarter, to simplify the implementation of the council's day-to-day activities. In 1866, Kapitein Tan Peeng Ko's son and successor, Tan Eng Goan, the 1st Majoor der Chinezen of Batavia, officially moved the Kong Tong to larger premises in Tongkangan, where the Koan Koan remained until its abolition by the Republic of Indonesia in the early 1950s. The history of other Chinese councils is neither as old nor as well documented. The Kong Koan of Surabaya became defunct in the 1930s following the abolition of the system of Chinese officers.

Although promoter Lee Faulkner attempted to organize a legitimate "world" title fight between US champ Joe Lewis and a Thai kickboxing champion, a fight never materialized. By the end of 1971, interest in kickboxing had hit an all-time low, with promoters unable to attract a crowd to a kickboxing event. Cenicola fought the promotional banners of Top Rank Boxing, Main Events and Tiger Eye. His most notable win was a hard fought decision against Robert "Choo Choo" Dixon on September 12, 1986, at the Omni New Daisy Theater in Memphis, Tennessee. Cenicola received a perforated eardrum and a torn retina and received more than 100 stitches for cuts he received during the fight but managed a unanimous decision, taking his record to 18-0 with 11 KO's. He was ranked in the top ten as a lightweight in the world in 1986. After two straight losses to Bryant Paden on August 27, 1987, and to the number one contender Louie Lomeli on February 6, 1988, Cenciola retired at the age of 28 on February 7, 1988.

She said that "Ko's talents as a novelist are evident", although his "attention to detail can get indulgently long-winded at times". Lim singled out Ko Chen-tung for praise, saying that "[he] thoroughly deserves his Golden Horse nomination for Best Newcomer, given his turn as the impetuous rebel made good"; overall, she gave the film a rating of 3.5 out of 5. In October 2014, reports surfaced that according to Ethan Gutmann, an investigative writer who testified before the U.S. Congress on forced organ harvesting, Ko reportedly visited China in 2004 and tried to negotiate good prices for the organs illegally harvested from newly executed Falun Gong practitioners. Ko denied the accusation, and said he told Gutmann that there were some doctors in Taiwan who had been involved in buying or selling organs for transplant, but that he was not one of them. He added that he did not know whether the organs came from Falun Gong practitioners or not, and that he only stated in the interview with Gutmann that the majority of organ sources in mainland China were unclear. Ko's office stated that a recording of a conversation between Gutmann and Ko drastically contradict with details provided by Gutmann.

In Hsien-Ko's Darkstalkers 3 storyline, which makes no mention of the twins' mother, they discover that they are connected psychically after experiencing the same dream on the night of their sixteenth birthday, but the very next night they both suffer a nightmare and fall into a coma, which in turn sees their collective consciousness transported into Majigen. After awakening in this foreign territory, they find they have gained new powers simply from unleashing the power of an unspecified forbidden spell and team up to fight their way out of the realm. She appears as a playable character in Namco × Capcom, and is paired with Fong Ling from Resident Evil: Dead Aim as a single unit, while in Project X Zone she is paired up with Frank West from Dead Rising.

Michael's spacious pad, whose open layout looks suspiciously like a sound stage, serves as a cost-effective location for a lengthy stretch, while a gaggle of characters drop in and out to deliver trite gags. These range from a mildly irritating demo of wonky weapons by an ammo expert (Law Kar-ying), to a criminally infantile cake-throwing match. Two romantic arcs unfold — one between Ken's R2-D2 doppelganger robot, Stupido, and Michael's femme-bot, Skinny; the other a love triangle involving Michael, Ko's younger sister Ko Fei (Li Yuchun) and Mark. When Yik Tin Hang finally arrives to exact revenge, he challenges Ken and his friends to a game of table tennis. He later invites them to a “charity” mahjong, dice and three-person card game from China (called "Fighting the Landlord") event at a hall within the island resort on Paradise Island.

Bregy made his K-1 debut on June 3, 2000 at K-1 Fight Night 2000 in Zürich, Switzerland, against Reinhard Ulz. He won the fight by 2 round KO. On May 21, 2005, in Stockholm, Sweden, Bregy beat all three opponents Pavel Majer, Denis Grigoriev and Gary Turner and won his first K-1 tournament title. In 2006 Bregy continued his strong performance in K-1 World GP in Amsterdam, winning the tournament by three consecutive KO's over Freddy Kemayo, Naoufal Benazzouz and Gokhan Saki and qualified himself for K-1 World GP Final Elimination 2006 in Osaka, Japan. Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling make their first appearance in the second episode of the 1997 anime miniseries Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge. The twins travel Earth in an old T-bucket-style convertible with a trailer resembling a covered wagon attached. Their personalities, and speech patterns in the English dub of the program, differed considerably; Mei-Ling is the more sensible of the pair and speaks eloquently, whereas Hsien-Ko has a more childlike disposition, and her dialogue often contains modern colloquialisms or improper grammar (often saying "don't" in place of "doesn't"). She also appears in the 1995 American cartoon series that is loosely based on the games (in the episodes "Ghost Hunter" and "Darkest Before Dawn"), where Hsien-Ko's backstory was altered like those of several characters, in her case her transformation having resulted from her accidentally consuming a substance she mistook for rice that was hidden under a floorboard inside a hut.

In 1936, together with co- legislators Soetardjo Kartohadikoesoemo, Sayyid Ismail Alatas, I. J. Kasimo, Sam Ratulangi and Datoek Toemoenggoeng, Ko initiated and was one of the six signatories of the Soetardjo Petition, which was a request to Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands for Indonesian independence as part of a Dutch commonwealth under the Dutch Crown. On 19 September 1936, Ko gave a speech in support of the parliamentary motion, which was passed by the Volksraad, but refused by the Dutch and colonial authorities in 1938. In 1939, Ko – the Dutch-educated son of a Chinese officer – was elected chairman of the Federasi Perkoempoeloan Boeroeh Tionghoa (the ‘Federation of Chinese Labour Unions’), an ethnic Chinese trade union organisation. Ko's politics, while progressive, did not go far enough for more left-leaning members of the PTI – including Liem, Tan Ling Djie and Tjoa Sik Ien – who, espousing socialist or even communist sympathies, advocated anti-Dutch Indonesian nationalism and rejected cooperation with the Dutch colonial state.

Ko's works include Spectacular sea view (2017), "a rueful spin on a real estate catchphrase associated with multimillion dollar apartments"; One day, workers replaced the traditional high-pressure sodium streetlights with the new LED ones (2017), which grew out of an interest in construction sites; The sun is not here (2015), a series of black-and-white photographs of sunrises that questions how one sees the world through photographs; and ‘Modern Home Collection’ (2013), an array of framed prints of photographed domestic objects collected from ad hoc Internet searches. In her solo exhibition, Underground Construction: Failed at Edouard Malingue Gallery in 2015, Ko looks at the future of the high-speed railway connecting Hong Kong to Mainland China and explores the personal repercussions of this major development project.

Student groups at KO range from a newspaper (the KO News), a literary magazine called epic and a student- run yearbook to multicultural and community-service organizations. KO's debate and public speaking club, the Forensic Union, has been consistently winning tournaments in the Debating Association of New England Independent Schools for over twenty years and has placed highly in international competitions including the World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championship. There are also numerous performing groups (part of the required arts program), including the Octopipers, a selective group of eighth-grade girls that began in Oxford; F2B, a selective chorus group for Middle School boys; the sixth- grade Upper Prep Choraliers; Crimson 7, an a cappella group of Upper School boys; Voce Novissima, an elite all-girls' Upper School choir; Middle and Upper School mixed choruses; Middle and Upper School Concert Band; and the Jazz Ensemble in both the Middle School and Upper School. Kingswood Oxford has both a Middle School and Upper School string orchestra as well.

Man-chun calls Chi-sing to negotiate with Loan Shark Man, while on the other hand orders his henchmen to sweep Ko's business and rape his wife and daughter. While Ko was negotiating with Chi-sing, he finds out that his business were all swept and his wife and daughter raped and decides to kill Chi-sing before he was rescued by Fei-lung, which makes Ko believe that Fei-lung is behind all this and decides to take revenge on him. Later, Superintendent Ko tells Chi-sing to immediately assist in arresting Fei-ung, but Chi-sing explains to Ko that Man-chun is the mastermind behind this and persuades him to arrest Man-chun instead, which leads Ko to misunderstand that Chi-sing has renegaded and detains him. When Chi-sing's girlfriend Judy (Joey Meng) learns that Man-chun sent his top henchmen Ma Wong (Frankie Ng) and Fa Fit (Lung Fong) to kidnap Fei-ung's wife Daisy (Suki Kwan), Judy immediately informs Daisy; while on the other hand, Loan Shark Ko has captured Fei-lung's mother to threaten Fei-lung to surrender and Man-chun unexpectedly arrives and kills Ko while trapping Fei-lung, his mother and son in a farm.
