On 9 September 2016, he returned to Worcester City for a third loan spell. He played two games in the following four days, keeping clean sheets on both occasions. Having kept six clean sheets in ten games for Worcester, and then went on to join National League club Macclesfield Town on loan on 11 November.
After UEFA Euro 2008, Eduardo was called up by new Portugal national team coach Carlos Queiroz for the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Denmark, where he was understudy to Quim. In the run up to the 1986 FIFA World Cup Goram played the full 90 minutes in friendly matches against Romania and the Netherlands, keeping clean sheets in both games.
