Punchbowl Glacier () is a glacier that flows southwards between Poibrene Heights and Metlichina Ridge, and enters the north end of Exasperation Inlet, north of Jorum Glacier, on the east side of Graham Land, Antarctica. Surveyed by Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) in 1947 and 1955. The name applied by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) is descriptive of shape as the glacier is hemmed in by mountains.

It was formed as a result of the disintegration of Larsen Ice Shelf in the area in 2002 and the subsequent retreat of Jorum Glacier and Minzuhar Glacier. The feature is named after the settlement of Furen in northwestern Bulgaria.

The catastrophic collapse of the Larsen B ice shelf in the space of three weeks during February 2002 yielded some unexpected observations. The glaciers that had fed the ice sheet (Crane, Jorum, Green, Hektoria – see image) increased substantially in velocity. This cannot have been due to seasonal variability, as glaciers flowing into the remnants of the ice shelf (Flask, Leppard) did not accelerate. Ice shelves exert a dominant control in Antarctica, but are less important in Greenland, where the ice sheet meets the sea in fjords.

It rises to over 1500 m at its west extremity, and surmounts Jorum Glacier and Borima Bay to the north, Exasperation Inlet to the east, and Spillane Fjord and Crane Glacier to the south. The feature is named after the settlement of Austa in Southern Bulgaria.

Lumumba is a Zanu-PF activist who was appointed by Zimbabwe’s Minister of Finance and Economic development Mthuli Ncube to head the ministry’s communications task force. He was fired three days after his appointment, after he accused the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBOZ) of supplying the Black market with Zimbabwean bond notes. Zimbabwe's Minister of Energy and Power Development, Jorum Gumbo dismissed claims made by Lumumba that a cartel controlled the country's fuel industry. In 2013, Lumumba ran for parliament in a bid to represent the Hatfield Constituency under Zanu-PF.

The 2016 event saw over 40,000 registrations despite a 6-month state of emergency declared in October following violent anti-government protests. Abe Gashahun and Foiteyn Tesfaye, both relatively new and unknown young athletes, were the surprise winners of the 16th edition of the Great Ethiopian Run 10km international road race which was held on Sunday November 20, 2016. Abe Gashahun won in a tight sprint finish ahead of Kenyan athlete Jorum Lumbasi, who became the first Kenyan male to place in the top three since Nathan Naibei finished 2nd here in 2005. Four athletes had entered the final home straight locked together and Gashahun only clinched victory in the final few metres of the race.
