Regularly used during his first season, he lost his space in his second, being loaned to Hapoel Petah Tikva in January 2015. On 1 August 2015, already as a free agent, Arel joined Gimnàstic de Tarragona, signing a two-year deal with the club after impressing on a trial.

McAndrews recent move to Wyoming FC has been seen as very successful due to his heavy emphasis on youth production, his star young gun Conor Fitzpatrick impressing on many occasions in the First Grade squad.
Rangers offered Zaliukus a contract, but he rejected the contract offer from Rangers to pursue other options. After turning down a deal at Rangers, Žaliūkas joined Queens Park Rangers (QPR) on trial in the hope of earning a permanent contract, after impressing on trial Harry Redknapp confirmed that Žaliūkas would be an option to sign permanently, however with QPR still making a decision on a contract offer, Žaliūkas joined Leeds United on trial and QPR instead signed Oguchi Onyewu after losing out on Žaliūkas.
Sowerby played youth team football for Preston North End, joining North West Counties League side Squires Gate in 2013. After impressing on a trial basis, he signed with League One side Fleetwood Town in November 2014. He made his debut in the Football League on 22 August 2015, coming on as a late substitute for Antoni Sarcevic in a 4–0 win over Colchester United at Highbury Stadium. He scored his first goal for Fleetwood in a 2–0 win over Peterborough United on 15 October 2016.
In August 2010 he joined League Two club Bury on a one-year deal, after impressing on trial. He made his debut in a 1–0 defeat to Port Vale at Gigg Lane on 7 August 2010. He scored his first goals in professional football on 26 February 2011, when he scored twice as Bury beat Crewe Alexandra 3–1. In his first season at Bury, Bennett scored two goals in thirty-three appearance in all competitions, as he helped Bury promoted to League One.
After impressing on trial, on 21 July 2014 Llera was offered a contract by Oldham Athletic, which was later withdrawn. He eventually moved to League One's Scunthorpe United late in the month, agreeing to a one-year deal also after a trial period. Llera made his competitive debut on 9 August 2014, in a 1–3 defeat at Swindon Town. His first appearance at Glanford Park took place the following weekend, and he scored a 39th minute own goal in 0–4 loss to Preston North End.

Green started the 2004–05 season as back-up to Carlos Bocanegra, but was soon given his chance with five appearances during September and October. In January 2005, he joined Football League One side Sheffield Wednesday on a one-month loan deal. Green made three appearances for the Owls, impressing on his debut against Milton Keynes Dons.
On 22 May 2012 it was announced that Bury had completed the signing of Carson on a two-year contract after impressing on loan. In his first season at Gigg Lane he made 39 league appearances, but Bury were relegated to the fourth tier (EFL League Two). On 3 October 2013, Carson joined Portsmouth in a three-month loan deal. He was given the number 40 shirt and made his debut in a league match against Rochdale, he kept a clean sheet in a 3–0 victory.
Willy was born in Torremejía, Badajoz, Extremadura, and made his senior debut with CF Extremadura on 22 October 2006 at the age of just 17, starting in a 1–0 Segunda División B away win against CD Alcalá. In January 2008 he moved to Rayo Vallecano, initially returning to youth football. After playing for Rayo's B-team Willy joined Real Betis, representing the latter's C and B-teams. On 5 August 2011, he signed for CF Villanovense in the third division, after impressing on a trial basis.
On 22 June 2016, Iago signed a one-year loan deal with Série A side Coritiba, after impressing on a trial period. He made his debut in the tournament a day later, replacing Walisson Maia in a 1–1 home draw against Internacional. Iago scored his first professional goal on 21 August 2016, netting the winner in a 2–1 home win against Santos. Ten days later, he scored the game's only in a home success over Vitória, taking Coxa to the following round of the year's Copa Sudamericana.
Jones signed on a free transfer for Russell Slade's Grimsby Town in July 2004 after impressing on trial. During the 2004–05 season, his first year at Blundell Park Jones struggled to cement his place in the first team, and was often overlooked in favour of Terrell Forbes and Justin Whittle. Jones made his debut on the opening day of the season in a 1–0 away defeat against Darlington. During the 2005–06 season Jones moved on to play a central role in the team in his second season.
On 27 July 2011, Kalala signed a one-year contract with Southend United with the option of a further year after impressing on trial. He scored his first and only goal for the club in a 4-1 loss to Swindon Town. Following the conclusion of the 2011–12 season, manager Paul Sturrock opted against extending his contract and he was subsequently released. Kalala returned to Southend in the summer to train with the club, but after picking up an injury he returned to France to help with his rehabilitation.
On 21 September 2012, Moussa signed a short-term contract with Coventry City and made first appearance against Arsenal in the League Cup. He scored his first goal for the Sky Blues on 17 November 2012 against Hartlepool United in a 5–0 win. On 3 January 2013, he signed an 18-month contract after impressing on his short-term deal. His first season with the Sky Blues was capped off by winning the 'Football League Goal of the Season' award for his solo effort against MK Dons.
Williams was born in Buckley, Flintshire, to coal miner William Williams and his wife, Elizabeth Williams.1891 Wales Census A prolific scorer in junior football, he played for Bury, though not in the Football League, and for Accrington Stanley before impressing on trial with Second Division club Birmingham. Williams signed for them in August 1908, and made his debut on 7 September 1908, playing at inside left in a 3–1 win at home to Bradford. He was given a decent run of games in the starting eleven,Matthews, p. 155.
He subsequently joined Charlton Athletic development squad after impressing on trial against Crystal Palace in the under-18 play-off final. On 10 October 2018 he became the first Charlton player to score a hat-trick on debut following the record 8–0 win away at Stevenage in the EFL Trophy. He went onto make another six appearances that season as Charlton were promoted to the EFL Championship following the play-off victory over Sunderland. In May 2019, Charlton announced that his contract had been extended by a further year.
Thomas Løvendahl Sørensen (born 12 June 1976) is a retired Danish footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Sørensen started his career with his local side Odense BK. After impressing on loan at Vejle Boldklub and Svendborg he was signed by English side Sunderland in 1998. After five years as first-choice goalkeeper on Wearside, he joined Aston Villa for £2 million. He remained a regular for his time at Villa Park until a fall-out with manager Martin O'Neill saw him dropped and then released in May 2008.
After the competition resumed he would be given a lot more first-team opportunities as a result of the heavy playing schedule and new 5-substitute rule, impressing on the first game back in a 2-0 loss at Juventus on June 22, where he replaced Riccardo Orsolini in the 82nd minute. His first Serie A goal came on July 5, in a convincing performance at San Siro, where he would score the equaliser and secure the sending-off of Alessandro Bastoni in a 2-1 win over Inter Milan.
Derik signed a two-year contract with Spanish second division side CD Numancia on 26 November 2018, after impressing on a trial basis. He did not debut until the following 12 January, when he played the whole of a 1–1 draw at CF Reus Deportiu. Derik scored his first goal for the club from Soria on 18 September 2019, as they came from behind to draw 3–3 at Deportivo de La Coruña. He left the club in July 2020, as his contract expired, after suffering relegation.
Carvalho spent his youth at the centre of excellence at Stevenage after leaving Fulham's Academy. He went on join the Nike Academy and was signed to Port Vale's youth team after impressing on trial at Birmingham City. He never made a first-team appearance at Vale Park, though was loaned out to Southern League Premier Division side Hemel Hempstead Town for one month after the "Tudors" suffered an injury crisis in November 2013. On 6 December, he joined Hempstead's divisional rivals Corby Town on a one month loan deal.
On 14 August it was announced that Spencer had signed on non-contract terms for Rochdale. Spencer was released from Rochdale and later signed a six-month contract for Southend United in the January transfer window of 2010 after impressing on trial. Spencer made his first appearance as a substitute against Huddersfield Town on 16 January 2010 in a 2–1 defeat, Spencer scored the only Southend goal. He had to wait another two games for another goal, when he scored in a 2–2 draw with Swindon Town.
On 24 July 2011, Gabbidon signed a one-year contract with Queens Park Rangers (QPR) after impressing on trial with the club. He made his début on 13 August 2011, scoring an own goal in the 4–0 loss to Bolton Wanderers. On 17 January 2012, Gabbidon scored his first first-team goal since March 2005, a header from a corner in QPR's 1–0 FA Cup third round replay tie win against Milton Keynes Dons. It was his only goal for QPR as following the sacking of manager Neil Warnock.
Sutil at the 2013 Malaysian Grand Prix On 28 February 2013, Force India announced that Sutil would return to the team to complete their driver lineup alongside Paul di Resta. He finished seventh at the season-opening , impressing on his comeback by leading for a number of laps throughout the race. In Malaysia, he retired from the race following problems with a new captive wheel nut system that the team had introduced at the beginning of the season. He also retired from the , after being hit by Esteban Gutiérrez.
Gracco previously played for Italian amateur side A.S.D. Città di Pompei until the summer of 2012, as the team disbanded as they couldn't secure a playing pitch for the current season. On 26 December 2012, he signed non-contract terms with Football League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge, after impressing on trial. On 31 January 2013, he signed a permanent 18-month contract with the club. He made his professional debut with the Daggers on 1 April 2013, in a 4–2 home league defeat to Bristol Rovers, replacing Gavin Hoyte as a late substitute.
Bellett spent time as a youngster with Grays Athletic, Arsenal, Chelmsford City and Barking and was called up for the England Youth side. In his early football career he was also based in Malaysia with the Royal Air Force. He signed professional forms with Chelsea in September 1954 after impressing on trial, making his Football League First Division debut in February 1956 in a 2–2 draw with Manchester City. He will also be remembered as being in the iconic Tom Finney splash photograph with his appearance in it almost being completely obscured.
League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge took Lewington on trial in the summer of 2009. He appeared for the Daggers in their 2009–10 pre-season campaign, with his first outing a 2–1 win against Braintree Town on 27 July 2009. After impressing on trial, Lewington signed a deal with the club on 4 August. He spent his first season primarily on the substitutes bench as back-up for stalwart Tony Roberts as the club were promoted to League One via the play-offs with victory over Rotherham United in the final in May 2010.
Lewis James Hardcastle (born 4 July 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Barrow. Having been with Blackburn Rovers since the age of six, he turned professional at the club in December 2015 after impressing on loan at Salford City. He captained the Blackburn Rovers U23 team to the Premier League 2 Division 2 title during the 2017–18 season. He joined Port Vale on loan for the first half of the 2018–19 season, and signed permanently with Barrow in February 2019 following a spell on loan.
He signed for Football League Two side Plymouth Argyle on 30 July 2011 on a free transfer after being released by Ipswich and impressing on trial. He made his professional debut on 6 August 2011, in the opening day draw with Shrewsbury Town at the New Meadow. On 15 October, Hourihane scored his first goal for Plymouth in a 3–2 win over Dagenham & Redbridge. He became the club's captain during the 2012–13 season following the departure of Darren Purse to Port Vale and signed a new two-year contract in May 2013.

Smith signed a new one-year deal with Wrexham after the 2014–15 season, keeping him at the Red Dragons for the 2015–16 season.
Born in O Carballiño, Ourense, Galicia, Ratón joined Valencia CF's youth setup in 2007, aged 13, after spells at CD Arenteiro and Pabellón CF. He subsequently represented Deportivo de La Coruña and Montañeros CF as a youth, before signing for Arroyo CP in 2012. After making no appearances for Arroyo, Ratón left the club in December 2012 and moved to Algeciras CF in Tercera División. He made his senior debut on 10 February 2013, starting in a 2–0 home win against CD Alcalá. Ratón joined Real Betis' reserve team also in the fourth level in June 2013, after impressing on a trial.
Born in Nova Cruz, Rio Grande do Norte, Gil started his career at Santa Cruz-RN. In 2005, he joined Mogi Mirim after impressing on a trial, and subsequently became an undisputed starter for the side. He then had spells at Guaratinguetá and Série A club Vitória in 2009, making his division debut for the latter on 16 July in a 1–1 away draw against Náutico. Released by Vitória in December 2009, Gil signed for Santo André in Série B. Sparingly used by the club during the season, he moved to fellow second tier club Ponte Preta.

After impressing on loan, he returned to Paris Saint-Germain for the 2009–10 season, where he played more regularly, playing in 16 of Paris Saint- Germain Ligue 1 games and making a further 4 appearances in Cup games, again Ngoyi was usually used as back up to Makélélé and Clément. He spent the 2010–11 season on loan at Brest playing 25 games. After his former France U21 teammate Blaise Matuidi signed for Paris Saint-Germain, Ngoyi went on loan to Ligue 2 side Nantes for the 2011–12 season.
A convincing 1st-place finish at the National ESL Pro Series - Season IX set XiaoWeiXiao and the team up for their participation in the upcoming LCS Summer Promotion. LMQ went on to beat XDG in their promotion match-up, meaning that the Chinese outfit had made it into the North American LCS. The Summer Split was a complete success for XiaoWeiXiao and LMQ, with the midlaner impressing on a range of champions including Yasuo and Twisted Fate. He also managed to pick up 3 Weekly MVP awards, more than anyone else has done in one split.

On 6 August 2018, Tiago Reis joined Vasco da Gama, being initially assigned to the under-20 squad. Promoted to the main squad after impressing in the 2019 Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, he made his first team debut on 2 March by coming on as a second-half substitute for fellow youth graduate Marrony in a 2–0 Campeonato Carioca home win against Boavista.

He made his debut for the club on 19 August, starting in a 2–1 away win against Córdoba CF. On 15 June 2018, Bijker was transferred to Belgian side KV Mechelen, with Cádiz retaining 15% of a future transfer.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Daley's football career started at Glenmuir High School but was overlooked by many of the clubs in his home. He turned out for local sides Central Strikers and Israel then Value P, before he moved to newly promoted Jamaica National Premier League side Hazard United. He had a trial with Brazilian side Vasco da Gama in 2001, before he first came to England in 2002 for trials with Charlton Athletic and Everton. In August 2003, he signed a year-long loan spell with Division One side Reading after impressing on trial in a 7–0 victory over Northampton Town.
Born in San Miguel de Tucumán, Kranevitter started his career at San Martín de Tucumán's youth setup, but left the club at the age of 12 due to his family's poor financial situation. In 2007, aged 14, he joined River Plate after impressing on a trial. After being initially assigned to the reserves, Kranevitter was also a member of the under-20s during its U-20 Copa Libertadores winning campaign in 2012. On 2 December of that year he made his first team debut, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 1–0 home win against Lanús.
In July 2011, Boulding joined Scottish First Division side Livingston on a one-year deal, after impressing on trial. He made his debut on 30 July 2011, scoring the first goal in a 6–0 win over Arbroath in the Scottish League Cup. On 26 November 2011, he was sent off for foul and abusive language in a match against Ross County. Bouldings's form picked up in the latter half of the season, scoring ten goals over six games, including a hat-trick over Raith Rovers and in doing so picked up the Ginger Boot award for April 2012.
In 1929 Rosenberg moved to Berlin to study photography with Walter Peterhans, who was a member of the Bauhaus design movement. Whilst studying under Peterhans, Rosenberg met Grete Stern, Peterhans' only other private student. Berlin's liberal environment allowed women to live free social and sexual lives, and Rosenberg was able to break away from her family's traditional expectations. Rosenberg's studies with Peterhans were interrupted in 1930 when he moved to Dessau to become the Master of Photography at the Bauhaus School for art and design, but not before impressing on her that photography was an art form, a novel idea at the time.

On 30 June 2014, Davis signed for Premier League club Leicester City, who placed him in their development squad. He joined League One club Fleetwood Town on 3 October 2015 on a one-month loan, alongside Stoke City centre-back Dionatan Teixeira, following an injury crisis at the club. After impressing on his loan spell, Davis signed for Fleetwood permanently on 11 January 2016 on a contract of undisclosed length for an undisclosed fee. He ended the 2015–16 season with 25 appearances to his name as Fleetwood posted a 19th-place finish, but played just eight times throughout the 2016–17 season.
Shaklin proves a major influence both on Cutter's staff, impressing on them the need for good and honest work, and on the local Arab community in Bahrain. Putting his teachings in terms of Islam and the Koran, he soon gains influence over the local sheikh, who offers Cutter a substantial interest-free loan for a large aircraft he needs. He accepts, and when he returns from Britain with the aircraft, finds that the authorities are very much upset about the transaction, decrying Shaklin's influence over the sheikh. Cutter does his best to soothe matters, but the British order Shaklin out of the area.
Ball playing for Manchester City in 2007 He joined Manchester City on 31 January 2007 after impressing on a week-long trial, on a six-month contract for a nominal fee. He made his debut ten days later against Portsmouth, and scored his first goal for the club in an FA Cup Fifth Round match against Preston North End on 18 February. He was often used as third-choice captain, when either Richard Dunne (captain) or Micah Richards (vice-captain) were unavailable. On 5 May 2007, in a 1–0 home defeat to Manchester United, he stamped on Cristiano Ronaldo's stomach.
After impressing on trial – scoring a goal against Tottenham Hotspur in a friendly – Allen signed a two-year contract with Conference National side Stevenage Borough. In February 2008, he went on loan to Crawley Town. At the end of the 2007–08 season he retired from football due to a persistent knee injury and the remainder of his contract was cancelled by Stevenage. However, in January 2009, he returned to football with Conference South side Thurrock, but made only one appearance from the substitutes bench, against Hampton & Richmond Borough, before leaving the club because of injury.
On 7 January 2017, free agent Perone agreed to a six-month contract with Segunda División side Gimnàstic de Tarragona, after impressing on a trial basis. On 31 January of the following year, he signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with fellow league team Real Zaragoza, after cutting ties with Nàstic. On 24 January 2019, Perone was loaned to Extremadura UD, still in the Spanish second division. After narrowly avoiding relegation, he signed a permanent two-year contract with the club due to an obligatory clause in the previous loan deal, but returned to Nàstic on loan on 8 August.
Dicko began playing football at the age of six with local club Jeanne d'Arc de Maisons-Alfort. At the age of 13, he was signed by Créteil-Lusitanos, staying at the club for three seasons, before moving to Strasbourg in the spring of 2007. Following his arrival, Dicko's progress was hindered by a number of injuries during his first season at the club, including an ankle injury that kept him out of action for four months. He made his debut for Strasbourg's reserve team in the 2009–10, impressing on a number of occasions, despite the team's relegation to CFA 2.

In February 2011, he signed a two-year contract extension until the summer of 2013. In November 2011, he joined Southern Premier Division side St Albans City on loan.

He made his debut against Brighton & Hove Albion in a 4–1 home defeat on 13 February after 16 months without first team action. It was followed up with another win, when Thorne scored City's first hat-trick for two years, to defeat Notts County 3–0. Two away draws followed at Bury and Wrexham, but City returned to winning ways with a 4–2 victory over Shrewsbury Town to finish the month unbeaten. McCall had also been busy in the transfer market during January, with the trio of Ben Starosta, Scott Loach and TJ Moncur all arriving on loan. Bullock made his loan permanent and signed an 18-month contract, and David Brown signed after impressing on a trial.
Hughes Hall Boat Club (HHBC) is the rowing club for members of Hughes Hall, Cambridge. HHBC houses its boats in the boathouse. HHBC has a history of consistently impressing on several fronts. It has risen rapidly through the Cambridge College rowing ranks since its inception in the 1970s to become one of the most successful clubs on the river, frequently winning the prestigious accolade of Blades in the annual Lent and May Bumps Regatta. The Men's first crew won blades in the May Bumps in 1993, 1995, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2019.
A Tours FC youth graduate, Paris-born Coulibaly joined Bournemouth's development squad on 23 July 2014 on a one-year deal, after impressing on a trial. On 27 August 2015, he switched clubs and countries again by signing for SD Huesca and being assigned to its farm team in Tercera División. On 4 June 2016 Coulibaly made his professional debut, coming on as a late substitute for goalscorer Tyronne del Pino in a 1–0 Segunda División home win against CD Lugo. On 14 August, he was loaned to Segunda División B club CF Badalona, for one year.
And cameo Preston Whilst at University he played for Team Northumbria of the Northern Football League Division Two. In his first season with the club he won the League and Cup double, gaining promotion to Division One. He also featured in the 2012 Northumberland Senior Cup final at St James' Park scoring twice in a defeat to Newcastle United Reserves on penalties after a 4–4 draw. After completing his degree in the summer of 2013, he returned home and signed for Northern Premier League Premier Division side FC United of Manchester after impressing on trial.
In July 2014, Tyson signed a one-year contract with League One club Doncaster Rovers after impressing on a three-week trial. He triggered a one- year contract extension in April 2015, and said he "rediscovered his love for football" playing under Paul Dickov. He scored a hat-trick on the last day of the 2014–15 season, in a 5–2 win over Scunthorpe United at the Keepmoat Stadium on 3 May. This took him to a final tally of 14 goals in 44 games in all competitions to finish the season as the club's top-scorer, and he was also voted the club's Player of the Year.

In 2009, again following the father, he joined Beerschot AC. After progressing through the latter's youth setup, he made his first team – and Pro League – debut on 31 October 2012, starting in a 1–3 away loss against Cercle Brugge. Wanderson appeared in six league matches for Beerschot before it was relegated and subsequently declared bankrupt. On 20 June 2013 he signed a two-year deal with Lierse SK, after impressing on a trial.
Sinclair began his career in the youth structure at Gillingham, starting the first year of his scholarship in July 2001 and departing at the end of two years in 2003. In the summer of 2006, he joined Maidstone United from Beckenham Town. However, he failed to appear for the club's opening Isthmian League Division One South fixture at Hastings United on 17 August 2006 and following discussions with him, on 21 August 2006 the club decided they no longer required his services. Sinclair signed a one-year contract with Gillingham in July 2010 after impressing on trial, returning to the club where he was a trainee as a teenager.
On 23 March 2011, after impressing on trial at Borussia Dortmund, Amini was called up to the Australian national side training camp by Head Coach Holger Osieck which was being held in Germany. Amini was named among the 43 players squad to represent Afghanistan for 2014 AFC Challenge Cup preparations camp in Qatar, but he refused the call saying "I only want to play for Australia if I get the chance". Amini was called-up to Australia's senior squad ahead of the World Cup qualifiers in March 2017. He debuted on 28 March 2017 against the United Arab Emirates at Allianz Stadium in Sydney, when subbed on in the 87th minute.
He impressed in his first year with Prescot, winning the Manager's and Supporters Player of the Year Awards, also finishing as top goalscorer with eleven goals as the side struggled towards the bottom of the table. In August 2015, he signed for Football League Two side Accrington Stanley on a short-term contract after impressing on trial during pre-season. He linked up with manager John Coleman, who was his former Primary School teacher at St Aloysius in Liverpool. He made his professional debut in September 2015, featuring as a substitute for Adam Morgan in the 2–1 defeat to Bury in the Football League Trophy.

Yassine El Ghanassy was born on 12 July 1990 as the only son of the former football player Hajjaj El Ghanassy. He started playing when he was fifteen at the team Fayt-Manage in Hainaut. He was signed by the youth team of La Louvière, where he quickly gained the attention of many sides. At the age of sixteen, he went to the English team Birmingham City, impressing on trial, but a transfer didn't follow as La Louvière wanted a transfer price which was too high for such a young player. In 2008, El Ghanassy made his debut in the first team of La Louvière.
Born in Bootle, Glennon joined Liverpool at under-6 level and spent over a decade at the club before moving to Burnley in June 2018 after impressing on trial. On 25 July 2019, he signed a two-year extended contract with option of a further year at Turf Moor following an impressive first season in the under-23 squad, as well as being named on the first team bench for a Premier League game against Manchester City in April. On 7 January 2020, he became manager Ian Holloway's first signing when he joined EFL League Two side Grimsby Town on loan until the end of the season.
On 11 August, he signed for Burnley on a one-year contract,BBC Radio Lancashire, 11 August 2007 scoring his first goal against Leicester City. At the end of the season, he was offered a new deal as a player-coach by manager Owen Coyle, but he rejected the offer and left the club on 30 June 2008. On 8 August 2008, Unsworth joined Huddersfield Town on a one-year deal after impressing on trial in their pre-season. He along with five other players made his debut in a 1–1 draw against Stockport County at the Galpharm Stadium on 9 August 2008.
Dann joined Walsall in 2003 as a junior after impressing on trial at the Bescot Stadium, signing a professional contract with the Saddlers the following year. He moved up the ranks at Walsall to become a regular in the reserve team throughout 2004–05 and was allowed to join Danish side Køge BK on loan towards the end of the campaign. Dann then joined Conference North side Redditch United on loan in October 2005 initially until the end of the season, but he was recalled in January 2006. He then Joined Redditch's league rivals Hednesford Town on loan following injuries to their regular centre-backs Richard Teesdale and Ian Wright.
Burton signed for League Two club Scunthorpe United on a one-year deal on 22 July 2013 after impressing on trial. He joined League Two team York City, managed by his former Scunthorpe manager Russ Wilcox, on a one-month loan on 30 October 2014. He made his debut two days later in a 1–0 away win over Cheltenham Town, but after being ruled out for two to three months with a medial ligament injury sustained in his second appearance for the club, the loan came to an end on 12 November 2014. Burton was released from Scunthorpe in January 2015 and then joined Eastleigh the following month.
Upon graduating from Durban High School and impressing on the youth circuit, Amla made his debut for his provincial team, the KwaZulu-Natal Dolphins, soon captaining South Africa at the 2002 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand, leading his team to the final. During his formative years, former Western Province captain and coach Hylton Ackerman had been influential in Amla's development, first spotting his talent and honing his skills during his coaching career. His promise led him to being appointed captain of KwaZulu-Natal at the young age of 21. Amla was cited as a future captain of South Africa ever since his first-class years.
FC Union Berlin and after impressing on trial, he was set to join the German club in 1991 but changed his mind and turned back at Lusaka International Airport, deciding that the monetary aspect of the deal was not worthwhile. After more negotiations, Malitoli got an improved offer but when he was left out of Zambia's 1992 CAN squad, the German club, disappointed at not seeing their target in action at the continental showpiece, changed their minds and instead signed on his club mate Gibby Mbasela who impressed at the tournament, with Nkana officials agreeing to swapping the two players on the same contract terms.

The panel was unable to conclusively establish the cause but it decided the most likely cause was that the automatic pilot was inadvertently engaged shortly after takeoff while the gyroscope was caged. The Department of Civil Aviation took action to ensure that operation of the automatic pilot on-off control on Douglas DC-3 aircraft was made distinctive from operation of any other control in the cockpit, and that instructions were issued impressing on pilots that gyroscopes should be un-caged prior to takeoff.
Coughlan first played competitive hurling with the Blackrock club, making his senior debut in 1918. In a hugely successful club career, he lined out in twelve county finals, winning seven county senior championship medals. After impressing on the club scene, Coughlan came to prominence at inter-county level at the age of nineteen when he was added to the Cork senior panel in 1919. Over the course of the next thirteen seasons he won five All- Ireland medals, beginning with a lone triumph as a non-playing substitute in his debut season, three championship titles in four seasons between 1926 and 1929 and a fifth and final winners' medal as captain of the team in 1931.
He was signed by English Second Division side Port Vale in February 1991 for a fee of £80,000 after impressing on trial. Initially signed as a striker, manager John Rudge converted him into a bustling, hard-tackling, goalscoring midfielder. Instantly recognisable for his mane of long blonde hair, Van der Laan soon became a popular figure with the Vale fans, his bustling style and midfield engine enabled him to settle into the English game very quickly, as he hit four goals in eighteen games in 1990–91. He made 49 appearances in 1991–92, scoring six goals, including a strike in front of the Kop in a 2–2 League Cup draw with Liverpool.
After having trials with Premier League clubs Everton and Blackburn Rovers, O'Connell was signed by the academy of the latter on a two-year contract in the summer of 2011. A left- sided centre back and left back, he made 35 appearances and scored three goals for the academy and reserve teams during 2011–12 and was part of the academy team which reach the finals of the FA Youth Cup and the Premier Academy League. O'Connell signed a two-year professional contract with Rovers in May 2012. After impressing on loan away from Ewood Park during the 2012–13 and 2013–14 seasons, O'Connell signed a new two-year contract in the summer of 2014.
On 6 August 2014, Whitehouse signed for League One club Notts County on a one-year contract, after impressing on trial by scoring three goals in pre-season. He joined Conference Premier club Nuneaton Town on 31 January 2015 on a one-month loan and debuted the following day in a 1–0 defeat away to Forest Green Rovers. He made five appearances for Nuneaton, and after returning to County scored his first goal for the club on 21 March 2015 in a 4–1 away defeat to Milton Keynes Dons. Having made eight appearances and scored one goal for County in 2014–15, he was released by the club in May 2015.
When he was 16, he burst into song after winning a game of cards, and the friend with whom he was playing said he must get his voice trained. Two years later he began studying in earnest with the baritones Luigi Montesanto and Mariano Stabile, the latter impressing on the young tenor the importance of clear diction, advice he readily followed. World War Two interrupted di Stefano's early career as he had to join the Italian army, where he often entertained the troops with his singing. He was considered such a bad soldier that his commanding officer decided that he would better serve his country by leaving the forces in order to sing.
Later that month, he signed for Tooting & Mitcham United, scoring one goal in four appearances. In January 2013, Vose went on trial with Stoke City, before signing a one-year deal at Barnet in February 2013. He made two appearances for Barnet in Football League Two; his debut as a 90th-minute substitute for Jon Nurse in a 2–0 win over Fleetwood Town on 19 March 2013, and his second when he came on as substitute on the final day of the season against Northampton Town. He left Barnet by mutual consent in August 2013. On 1 November 2013, Vose signed for Colchester United on a monthly contract after impressing on trial with the club.
McCormack was born in Dublin and began his career with Stella Maris. He moved to England to sign for First Division club Preston North End in December 2002 after impressing on trial, and progressed to sign a professional contract in 2003. He joined Leyton Orient of the Third Division on 29 August 2003 on a one-month loan and made the first professional appearance of his career in a 4–1 home defeat to Cheltenham Town the following day, when he replaced Billy Jones at half-time. McCormack received the first red card of his career in a 0–0 draw with Lincoln City on 13 September, after committing two bookable offences.
After a year absence Honda returned with a pair Honda Civic Type-R's prepared by Arena Motorsport, who had previously entered as an independent in 1999. Guernseyman Andy Priaulx, who crossed over from Formula 3 after impressing on a one off BTCC outing for Vauxhall in 2001, was signed alongside Northern Irishman Alan Morrison, the 2000 Production (then Class B) champion. In late 2001 it was announced that Proton would enter a pair of manufacturer backed cars backed by Petronas and run under the Petronas Syntium Proton - Team [PSP] banner. Jason Plato was initially linked with the drive before Scottish veteran David Leslie and Phil Bennett, who had been dropped by Vauxhall, were officially announced.
Howieson signed a two-year scholarship with Burnley in July 2011, after impressing on trial. He scored his first goal for the youth team in November 2011, in a 6–1 win over rivals Preston North End. Howieson grabbed headlines when he scored two goals in the FA Youth Cup quarter final against Fulham in February 2012, helping the Clarets in to the semi-finals for the first time since 1978. His performances in the FA Youth Cup attracted interests from Newcastle and Liverpool in March 2012. On 29 March 2012, Howieson signed professional terms with Burnley on a two-and-a-half-year deal, keeping him at the club until June 2014.
In May 1906, Hammond was hired as the head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels football team. He began practice with the team on September 15, 1906, and Atlanta's The Constitution reported at the time that "the squad of candidates" that turned out for Hammond's team was "decidedly small," and "the new material in sight right now is nothing to be proud of." Accordingly, the Atlanta paper noted that "those who have entertained enthusiastic hopes for a successful eleven this season are somewhat disappointed to date." Hammond spent the first two weeks with the team "drilling them daily in the elementary part of the game and impressing on them the importance of the new rules," which included legalization of the forward pass.

In February 2013, after impressing with the under-20s in Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, he was promoted to the main squad. On 7 March 2013 Erik renewed his link with the Esmeraldino, signing until December 2016. He made his senior debut on the 27th, coming on as a second-half substitute for David in a 2–0 home win against CRAC for the Campeonato Goiano championship; he appeared in only one further match in the competition, as his side finished second. On 7 July 2013 Erik made his Série A debut, starting in a 1–0 home win against Vitória.
After being released by Celtic, Thomson went on trial at Carlisle United and Oldham Athletic. Thomson signed for Rochdale on 26 July 2013, after impressing on trial. After signing, Thomson said he believed joining Rochdale "was the best move" for progressing his career. Thomson was second choice goalkeeper behind Josh Lillis for the majority of the season until he made his debut for the club against Mansfield Town on 26 December 2013, as Lillis was absent due to illness. Thomson had a shut-out as Rochdale recorded a 3–0 victory. Rochdale gained promotion to League One at the end of the 2013–14 season. Thomson also departed the club at the end of the 2013–14 season due to a lack of first team opportunities.
Both players attend the club's pre-season tour of the United States, in which they play against Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint- Germain. In the regular season, after starting most games as a substitute, Hunter's club signs one of Harry Kane or Ángel Di María, and Hunter is loaned out to either Newcastle United or Aston Villa, or Norwich City. After impressing on loan in the Championship, Hunter returns to his parent club only to find that Walker has left for the club's Premier League rival. Hunter is able to receive sponsorship deals from Adidas, each deal being received whenever Hunter hits a milestone number of followers in the Twitter-based social media menu of the game mode.
Born in Vigo, Galicia, Comesaña was an ED Val Miñor youth graduate. On 9 July 2015, he signed for Segunda División B side Coruxo FC, after impressing on a trial basis. On 22 August 2015 Comesaña made his senior debut, starting and scoring his team's second in a 3–2 away win against Atlético Astorga FC. On 6 December, he scored a hat-trick in a 5–1 home routing of SD Compostela. On 16 July 2016, after scoring eight goals in 37 matches during the campaign, Comesaña signed a four-year contract with Rayo Vallecano, freshly relegated to Segunda División. He made his professional debut on 28 August, coming on as a second-half substitute for Adri Embarba in a 0–0 home draw against Real Valladolid.
Kreuzer made his AFL debut in Round 3 of the 2008 season against Essendon at the MCG on 5 April 2008, impressing on debut and scoring a goal with his first kick. He played largely as the second ruckman through the early part of the season. He earned a NAB Rising Star nomination in his ninth game (against Port Adelaide), after moving into the forward-line in the final quarter and scoring three goals, which helped Carlton overcome a 30-point deficit in wet conditions; he would ultimately poll eleven votes to finish fourth for the award. Towards the end of the season, Kreuzer was playing both ruck and forward roles. He was noted for his accuracy in front of goal, scoring 13 goals and only one behind in his debut season.
Wycombe Wanderers in 2014 McCoy entered the professional game after signing for Wycombe Wanderers of League Two on 27 July 2010 on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee, after impressing on trial. He made his debut for Wycombe on 10 August 2010 in their League Cup first round 2–1 defeat to Millwall at Adams Park. He did not make his Football League debut until 3 January 2011 in a 1–0 home win over Gillingham, before making the right back position his own ahead of Danny Foster. McCoy signed a new contract with Wycombe in March 2011, tying him to the club until the summer of 2013. He helped Wycombe earn promotion to League One after finishing third in League Two in 2010–11, appearing 25 times.
Gassama began his career on homeland's club Gambia Ports Authority F.C. but moved to Spain in 2009, signing a contract with Real Zaragoza after impressing on a trial. He was subsequently loaned to Tercera División club RSD Santa Isabel in the 2010–11 season. Slovak played as a youth in the developmental program of hometown club, HC Košice, from 1997 to 2001. He made his Slovak Extraliga debut with Košice in the 1999–00 season, appearing in a pair of games. After impressing on the international junior stage for the Slovak junior team, Slovak was selected by the Nashville Predators in the second round, 42nd overall, in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. With intention to pursue an NHL career, Slovak opted to play major junior hockey in North America after he was drafted 4th overall in the 2001 CHL Import Draft by the Kelowna Rockets of the Western Hockey League (WHL). Slovak enjoyed a standout second season with the Rockets in 2002–03, contributing with 71 points in 65 games to lead the league amongst defensemen.
Blood signed with Port Vale for a £50 fee in November 1919 after impressing on trial the previous year. His war service left him with a hole in his right leg, as well as having one leg shorter than the other, doctors said he was not fit enough to play professional football, though the management at The Old Recreation Ground felt otherwise. In the 1919–20 season he finished as top-scorer with 26 goals in 32 games – a remarkable feat for a 25-year-old newcomer to the Football League still carrying the scars of war. He scored twice in games against Clapton Orient, Bury, Bristol City, Stockport County (both home and away); hit a hat-trick past Nottingham Forest; and put four past Rotherham County on 28 February.

1941, as can be seen, was a critical time in Irish history. Some of the Institute founders, including the longest serving President, Colonel Anthony Lawlor with other supporters, who had been impressing on the government and public, over more than a five-year period, that another European war was inevitable and Ireland with a dependence on maritime links would quickly fall into crisis. The Institute ran a series of activities supporting their objectives given above with public lectures on maritime themes, public film shows on similarly related subjects and managing their positive inputs to the public press and popular media of the day as well as the specialised maritime press. A programme of Maritime Weeks, with poster displays, lectures, film-nights, public library displays of maritime material were organised and deputations to the government were arranged.
Born in Carpina, Pernambuco, Kempes moved to Rio de Janeiro at early age, and joined Canto do Rio at the age of 17 after impressing on a trial. He was promoted to the first team in 2001, and subsequently represented Nacional de Muriaé before joining Série A club Paraná in 2004. After being rarely used, Kempes moved to Espírito Santo and played for Estrela do Norte and Vitória, winning the 2006 Campeonato Capixaba with the latter. Spells at Sertãozinho and 15 de Novembro de Campo Bom followed before signing a contract with Ceará on 11 July 2007. In 2008 Kempes joined Caxias, and after being the club's top goalscorer in the year's Campeonato Gaúcho, signed for Ipatinga on loan; at the latter he scored his first top tier goal, in a 2–1 home win against Fluminense on 10 August.
Upon leaving Konyaspor, Téhoué had a short spell with French side UJA Alfortville. On 6 August 2015, after impressing on a trial, he joined Real Betis and was immediately assigned to the reserves in Segunda División B. Rayco made his senior debut on 22 August 2015, starting in a 0–1 home loss against Mérida AD. His first goal came on 4 October, but in a 2–4 loss against Real Jaén also at the Ciudad Deportiva Luis del Sol. On 8 July 2016 Rayco moved to another reserve team, CF Pobla de Mafumet in Tercera División. On 1 December he made his first team debut, coming on as a late substitute for Elvir Maloku in a 0–3 home loss against Deportivo Alavés for the season's Copa del Rey.
Charles Frederick Hartley (born 4 January 1994), known as Charlie Hartley, is an English former professional cricketer who played for Kent County Cricket Club. In January 2009 when his contract expired, Bingham joined Football League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge on trial. He was immediately loaned out to Isthmian League Premier Division side Sutton United along with Jacob Erskine, making his debut in a 0–0 draw with Canvey Island. His only other appearance for the club came in a 3–2 defeat to Horsham in the Isthmian League Cup. In February 2009, he signed an eighteen-month contract by Dagenham after impressing on trial. He made his professional debut for the Daggers in August 2009, coming on as a last minute substitute for Jon Nurse in a 3–0 home win over Lincoln City. At the start of November 2009 after impressing in his first two appearances for the club, he signed a new two-year contract extension until 2012.
