The school provides secondary education leading up to GCE 'O' Level and IGCSE qualifications.

Badshahi Mosque The art galleries of Lahore also display a number of artefacts belonging to the Mughal period. Many contemporary artworks are also exhibited in the art galleries of the city. Whitfield is a residential, social-housing scheme located to the north of Dundee, Scotland. Building of scheme commenced in the 1960s to accommodate Dundee's expanding population. Much of the housing was low rise, deck access flats, innovative for the time, built using the "Skarne" prefabrication system. The construction of the northernmost parts of the scheme, which were almost-exclusively Skarne blocks, continued into the early 1970s.

The foundation stone for the church in Edmonton, Greater London was laid on July 22, 1905, by Samuel Forde Ridley, MP. The church was designed by Charles Henry Bourne Quennell, whose wife painted the pictures on the pulpit in the church. Dumbiedykes flats from Salisbury Crags Dumbiedykes () is a residential area in the centre of Edinburgh, Scotland, dominated by the housing scheme (council estate) of the same name. It is bounded in the north by Holyrood Road, the west by the Pleasance and St Leonard's Street and the east by Holyrood Park. Through the first part of the 20th. century, the area was composed of tenement buildings many of which did not have internal toilet facilities.

Sirisara Uyana Housing Scheme in Borella The General Cemetery (Kanatte) is located in Borella. It is the main National Burial Ground and Crematorium for the City of Colombo. It is located at the intersection of Narahenpita Road (Elvitigala Mawatha), Bullers Road (Bauddhaloka Mawatha), and Baseline Road (D S Senanayake Mawtha) at a large traffic circle. The cemetery was established in 1840 and is a very popular place of burial for all nationalities.
Two years after opening, Manchester City Council deemed The Crescents unsuitable for families and the housing scheme became adult-only. The decks had intended to be streets in the sky where neighbours would see one another and children could play unsupervised. Serious design flaws such as thick concrete balconies prevented residents from seeing one another. Worst of all, the balconies had a horizontal aperture which allowed curious children to climb onto the balcony ledge.
By 1984, the Crescents had become so undesired by prospective residents that Manchester City Council, which lacked sufficient funds to demolish the housing scheme, stopped charging rents entirely from tenants. However the council did still provide electricity to the building to those who needed it. The Crescents became an eclectic place for various subculture groups such as bohemians, criminals and squatters. Unwanted by the council, occupants resorted to altering The Crescents themselves.

Cranhill is an inner city district and housing scheme in the north east of Glasgow, Scotland. Cranhill was developed from public funding in the early 1950s and was originally, chiefly composed of four-storey tenement blocks surrounding a patch of grassland, which became Cranhill Park. In more recent years, a number of semi-detached and detached homes have been built.

Serenity Place Serenity Place facing Tseung Kwan O Tunnel Road Serenity Place () is a private housing estate in 88 Po Hong Road, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong, developed by Hong Kong Housing Society. It is the Society's last Sandwich Class Housing Scheme project that was converted to private development. It was developed in 2000 and was opened to the public in 2003. The estate comprises five residential towers, offering a total of 1,526 units.
A small length of the platform remained visible until at least 1997 however nothing remains of the station as it has been totally demolished to make way for a housing scheme that now stands on the site of the station and trackbed, however the Station Road name provides a link with the past. The trackbed to the west has a footpath on it. A section of the old trackbed survives running east towards Morningside (Datum 2018).

Claremont Court housing estate, facing East Claremont Court is a rare example of a Modernist style municipal flatted housing scheme (surrounding a landscape courtyard) situated this close to the New Town UNESCO zone. The scheme was designed by Basil Spence and Partners (Peter Ferguson, partner in charge; Richard Cassidy, job architect; T Harley Haddow, engineers), constructed between 1959 and 1962 and Grade C listed 19 July 2011 as an important example of Scottish post-war housing.
Edinburgh College (Granton Campus), West Granton From 1932, the Council developed Granton as a major housing scheme. Over 1,500 houses, mainly tenements, were built from east to west, designed by City Architect Ebenezer MacRae and his team. The majority of these properties are still in use. However, there are many newer developments in these areas. The Tibbington estate was built by the local council in the late 1920s and early 1930s, with a small part being added in the 1950s. The centrepiece of the new housing development would be the Hulme Crescents. The Crescents were designed by Hugh Wilson and J. L. Cadder (pronounced Cawder) is a council housing scheme in Glasgow, Scotland. Within the Canal ward under Glasgow City Council but historically more closely associated with the Maryhill district, it is located north of Glasgow city centre, sited on the route of the Forth and Clyde Canal. Cadder was built in the early 1950s and contains Lambhill cemetery and crematorium, Western Necropolis and St. Kentigern's RC Cemetery. This Cadder is often confused with Cadder (part of Bishopbriggs) which is about to the north-west along the canal.
This was done during the municipality name change of local Erskineville government. Previously, the oval was bound by Swanson Street, Copeland Street, Ashmore Street, Binning Street and Mitchell Road but has since undergone redevelopment in both 1937 and more recently in 2006. When first developed in 1937 under the Erskineville Housing Scheme, the ground was altered with the addition of housing on and around the oval. Reynolds Park lies within an area that in the 19th century was the estate of a series of wealthy local businessmen. In the late 19th century it came into the possession of the Reynolds family, who had made their fortune in the cotton trade. In 1929 James Reynolds, last owner of the estate, donated it to the City Corporation, though his daughter continued to live at the park and was active in its development as an amenity. Thirty year old Salford homes make case for passive design Building4Change, published 29 June 2011 The Beddington Zero Energy Development (BedZED), a non-traditional housing scheme of 82 dwellings near Beddington, London included zero fossil energy usage as one of its key design features. The project was completed in 2002 and is the UK's largest eco- development. As designed, the energy used is generated from renewables on site. Several No. 38 Squadron Dakotas in 1950 Following World War II, the Australian Commonwealth and state governments launched a joint Commonwealth Housing Scheme to address a national shortage of accommodation. Cadder (Scottish Gaelic: Coile Dobhair) is a district of the town of Bishopbriggs, East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. It is located 7 km north of Glasgow city centre, 0.5 km south of the River Kelvin, and approximately 1.5 km north-east of Bishopbriggs town centre, sited on the route of the Forth and Clyde Canal. There is a Glasgow council housing scheme of a similar name, generally pronounced Cawder, in the district of Lambhill some to the south- west along the Canal, which was built in the early 1950s. Similarly, within Cadder, there is Cawder Golf Club, which also uses that original pronunciation.
On 31 December 2001, PKW moved to 61 Kerbau Road, the first visual arts group to be awarded a space under the Arts Housing Scheme by the National Arts Council. The new location allowed for multidisciplinary collaborations with other art groups located in the area, such as performance companies Spell#7 and Sri Warisan Performing Arts. Militari on the map of Bucharest Militari is a district in the western part of Bucharest, in Sector 6. It is home to more than 100,000 inhabitants. In the past a village called "Militari" existed here, but today there are only few houses left from that time. The earliest housing scheme comprises small-semi detchaced houses, which have been built in the 1950s by Communist party workers; with the first tower blocks being built in 1966–1967. Later, in the 1970s and 1980s, most of the present-day blocks of flats (with 8 and 10 floors) were built.

The British military authorities responded by proposing to reclaim the entire Inundation, with part of it to be used as a tip for the disposal of "suitable surplus material", part as a public park and part for a public housing scheme, with the War Office retaining control of a limited area. Gibraltar's then Governor, Sir Charles Monro, approved the scheme and noted its "desirability from a civil point of view of increasing to the greatest possible extent the area available for recreation grounds and building purposes in Gibraltar".
In 1976 a Defence Housing Authority medium density housing scheme, designed by architectural firm Robertson and Hindmarsh Pty Ltd, was constructed on the former ADHQ site. Under the Punjab Local Government Act 2013, the Tehsil Municipal Administration for Haroonabad was converted into a Municipal Committee for the city of Haroonabad. Its final exhibition was titled Postcards from the Future. The exhibition showcased postcards featuring the various sculptural works that had been exhibited in the past 15 years of operation- an ironic tribute as the three-dimensional works were paid homage in two-dimensional prints. The Termites formed during the mid-1980s in Kilmarnock - A town that was, at the time, rich in psychobilly music with bands such as The Longhorns. It was with this band that the Termites first started out, supporting The Longhorns in Kilmarnock clubs. Initially a four piece of Kenny Mitchell (vocals), Scott Ballantyne (guitar), Ewin Murray (drums) and Gerry Doyle (electric bass), the band became known for powerful, and usually violent, live shows. All four members of the band were brought up around the 'Tap Shoaps' (Top Shops) of Kilmarnock's housing scheme, New Farm Loch, and as a result, were as much a gang as a band.
Michael Joseph Savage, the first Prime Minister from the Labour Party Party leader Michael Joseph Savage became Prime Minister on 6 December 1935, marking the beginning of Labour's first term in office. In the 1970s, the Newnes path development was built over the northern allotments, and a sheltered housing scheme built over St Margaret's Parish Hall. In 1936 the long wait for a victory in a final ended at last, with the club lifting the West Of Scotland Cup after a replay against Vale of Clyde. The club was also forced to move home in 1936 when the Glasgow Corporation exercised a compulsory purchase order on Barrowfield Park in order to construct a new housing scheme (also called Barrowfield) on the land. Waverley identified a new site at Westthorn on the boundary of Parkhead, Dalmarnock and Braidfauld adjacent to Belvidere Hospital. This ground was named New Barrowfield, meaning there were three different football venues known by that name, albeit the others no longer existed.

In the early twentieth century, manufacturing in the area diversified, and Erskineville became a resolutely working class inner city suburb. In 1938 the Erskineville Public Housing Scheme was inaugurated on the western end of Erskineville Park, as an early response by the NSW Government to the Housing Improvement Act 1937 towards the problem of slum clearance in the inner city. From the 1970s, Erskineville underwent gentrification with new residents attracted to the village atmosphere, public transport links and the proximity to the CBD. Sydney Park Road From the 19th century until the second half of the 20th century, the south-eastern section of Erskineville was taken up by large industrial uses.

The Akroydon model housing scheme is a Victorian-era model village at Boothtown, Halifax, West Yorkshire, England. It was designed in the Gothic style by George Gilbert Scott in 1859 for the workers at the mills of Colonel Edward Akroyd, who had bought, in 1855, the of land on which the houses were to be built. Housing in Akroydon As Scott's original plan to have dormer windows in the cottages was unacceptable to members of the Akroyd Town Building Association, Akroyd employed a local architect – W. H. Crossland – under the supervision of Scott, to come up with an acceptable design. The plan was for a quadrangular arrangement of 350 houses, but only 90 were actually built.
Castlemilk () is a district of Glasgow, Scotland. It lies to the far south of the city centre, adjacent to the Croftfoot and Simshill residential areas within the city to the north-west, the town of Rutherglen - neighbourhoods of Spittal to the north-east and Fernhill to the east, Linn Park and its golf course to the west, and the separate village of Carmunnock further south across countryside. The area was developed by the Glasgow Corporation as a peripheral housing scheme in the 1950s to accommodate 34,000 people from inner-city slum areas such as the Gorbals. The new residents were provided with open spaces, a clean environment and indoor toilets and bathrooms.

Cumnock housed many miners, and also served as the market town for the other, smaller towns in the district, like Auchinleck, Lugar, Muirkirk, Ochiltree and New Cumnock (the original Cumnock/Comenagh/Comno etc.) The town has a strong socialist heritage due to its history as a mining centre. Building commenced on Hillfields Park Housing estate in 1919, and the estate was first to be built under the National Housing Scheme in Bristol. Hillfields was further expanded in 1922 when the new Elisha Smith Robinson paper and printing company opened in Filwood Road, Fishponds, and the company arranged for houses to be built at Maple Avenue to accommodate the new workers. The area expanded quickly, Hillfields Park Infant School opened in 1927 and the junior school opened in 1929. The most famous pupil to go to the junior school was Arthur Milton, who played County cricket for Gloucestershire County from 1948 to 1974, and gained 6 caps with the England cricket team.
The eight-bed centre was constructed as a result of a partnership between Birmingham's Social Services Department, CVHAT, Walker Troup Architects, and design and build contractor Lovell Partnerships. The children's home was part of a larger housing scheme by Lovell Partnerships and designed by Walker Troup Architects which proved to be the last large-scale residential construction project for the HAT. The scheme consisted of 237 homes, of which, 211 were for rent and 26 were offered for sale in the scheme which cost £22.7 million. Construction commenced in October 2002. By 2000, 1,500 properties had been demolished whilst 700 new homes had been constructed and a further 786 had been refurbished.
Much of Waterlooville as well as Purbrook, Cowplain and Horndean, has spread out from London Road. In 2009, years of planning and joint involvement of Havant and Winchester councils came to fruition with the 'West of Waterlooville Major Development Area' housing scheme, starting with Maurepas Roundabout being enlarged to accommodate a new road and increased traffic.

Most of the Victorian red sandstone tenements on Dalmarnock Road and Springfield Road were demolished in the 1960s and early-1970s, although some were renovated. In the 1960s, a new housing scheme was built, consisting of four twenty-two storey tower blocks and "H-block" maisonettes. Two of the towers, 40 & 50 Millerfield Road, were demolished on 3 February 2002.
The Necessary Stage was the first arts group to be housed in a community building with a community club by Singapore's National Arts Council (NAC). The move was part of the NAC's Arts Housing Scheme that offered alternative locations to arts groups besides old vacant buildings, in line with PA's plan to repackage its community clubs as fashionable multi-purpose spaces. The origins of the name ‘Ardler’ are unclear, and certainly not to be confused with the village named Ardler in Perth and Kinross (near Coupar Angus and 15 miles north-west of Dundee). The name can be found on maps in the 18th century as ‘Airdlaw’, which could mean that it was the settlement of the Aird family. On the other hand, ‘aird’ or ‘erd’ is Scots for earth, so could simply relate to the fact that where the housing scheme is now was once farmland. Ardler Cottages, Ardler ponds (feeding into the Gelly burn, which now runs underground through the middle of Ardler) and three fields once stood on the current site of Downfield Golf Course just to the west of the scheme.

The Society was registered on 9 October 1945 and its registration number is 4/Cal/1945 and it is still existing. On 18 July 1947, the Society bought the said golf club land from the Official Trustee of Bengal at a price of about Rs. 10,10,000/- only to make their housing colony named Tollygunge Scheme (Jodhpur Club Lands). On 23 May 1948, the Society held a Special General Meeting and prepared detail plan of the Housing Scheme. The Architectural Research Group (ARG) was an association of mostly young architects in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, established in 1932 by Louis Kahn and Dominique Berninger "for the group study of Housing and Slum Clearance." Berninger acted as its president during the whole of the group's brief existence, 1932 to 1935. Until 1932, both founders were employed by the Philadelphia firm of Zantzinger, Borie & Medary, with Kahn working on their U.S. Department of Justice Building in Washington, D.C.. Its members were interested in the ideas of the European avantgarde and a populist social agenda.Louis Isadore Kahn (1901–1974) – Philadelphia Architects and Buildings Uncommissioned, most of the ARG's significant project output was left unbuilt, including Kahn's public housing scheme submitted to the Public Works Administration.

The marchers coming from Dera Ghazi Khan and Muzaffargarh were to take bypass from Bahawalpur chowk to reach Multan. Once the Azadi March caravan entered Punjab Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman thanked Sindh leader Rashid Mahmood soomro for making good arrangements in Sindh for Azadi March, the Azadi March arrived at Multan on 28 October 2019.
Whitford James Richard Brown was born at Maori Creek near Greymouth in the South Island on 13 May 1910. He moved to Wanganui as a teenager, then transferred from the New Zealand Public Works Department to the New Zealand Railways Department at Wanganui, where he worked as a civil engineer until shifting to Porirua East in Christmas 1954 to work in the New Zealand Railways head office in Wellington. After his marriage to Frances Ward, daughter of New Zealand astronomer Joseph Thomas Ward, Brown and his family settled in Porirua East. Their 4 Martin Street home was one of many in the Government's state housing scheme but, at this time, there were relatively few houses at all in the area and remote from shops and other facilities.
Two further large estates were developed between Hove village and Brunswick, and both avoided using the name Hove: Cliftonville was designed, laid out and initially developed under Frederick Banister from the late 1840s; and West Brighton Estate in the 1870s. Graham Fitzpatrick was raised in the Edinburgh's Royston housing scheme, attending Ainslie Park High School and Broughton High School His YTS traineeship at film workshop Pilton Video offered a basic grounding in film, documentary and drama, working across over sixty productions, including arts and charity films, short films, TV documentaries, mainly as an editor. The same meetings also resulted in a long series of social improvements in the town of Doneraile which saw the installation of a modern water supply system and the building of an advanced electrification plant. He also took advantage of the Irish Labourers Act (1883) to pursue a plan to have all cabins demolished and replaced by a modern housing scheme. In all of these enterprises, Sheehan could count on the support of Lord Castletown of Upper Ossory (Bernard Edward Barnaby FitzPatrick, 2nd Baron Castletown), who had married Lord Doneraile's only child, the Honourable Emily Ursula Clare St. Leger. By the 1960s, Sydney's suburban sprawl had reached Liverpool and the Housing Commission's development of the Green Valley Housing Estate between 1961 and 1965, was the largest single housing scheme ever attempted to that date. Within the space of a few years 7,464 cottages, flats and units were built and, by 1966, over 24,000 people were living in an area that had been occupied by market gardeners, dairymen and poultry farmer farmers a decade earlier. It was, however, a long time before residents were provided with adequate services such as public transport, health services, shopping centres and other necessary facilities, and before 1970 there were no pre-school centres. There was however a local post office, the Green Valley Post Office was open from 1964 until 1973 when it was renamed Miller.
The land surrounding the village comprised several estates with tenant farms, amongst them Barloch, Clober, Craigton, Craigdhu, Dougalston, Douglas Mains and South Mains. Stone-built villas and semi-detached houses were constructed for wealthy citizens to the east of the town centre and around Tannoch Loch when commuting to Glasgow was made possible by the opening of the railway which reached the town in 1863. After World War II a local authority housing scheme was built to the west of the town centre, housing many people relocated from Clydebank which had been badly bombed. The town grew with the addition of private speculative housing developments of bungalows and semi-detached homes at South Mains to the south of the town centre and around Clober, to the west, in the 1950s and 1960s.

The Yorkshire Board of Education established a Ladies Committee in 1866, and the Ladies Honorary Council of the Yorkshire Board of Education was founded on 1 January 1871. In 1875 this group became independent of the board and became the Yorkshire Ladies Council of Education. It was incorporated in 1904. The council was involved in, or supported, the establishment of the Yorkshire School of Cookery (1874), Bradford Girls' Grammar School (1875), Leeds Girls' High School (1876), Yorkshire College of Science (precursor of the University of Leeds, 1878), Wakefield Girls' High School (1878), the West Riding Nursing Association (1907), and several other social work projects including Forest Hill residential home for the elderly, opened in 1960 and now a sheltered housing scheme operated by a separate charity Yorkshire Ladies Council (Hostels) Ltd.
Peffermill Court, one of two 14-storey tower blocks in Craigmillar Castle Gardens Until around 2008, the area consisted mainly of inter-war and post-war public housing schemes, ranging from private bungalows to Edinburgh Council-owned high rise tower blocks. The housing scheme at Niddrie Mains was created through the Housing (Scotland) Act of 1924, with lands bought from the Wauchope Estate. The area was designed and laid out by the then City Architect, Ebenezer James MacRae from 1927. The Craigmilllar estate, immediately below the castle, was planned in 1936. Despite the relative modernity of most of the housing in the area, the settlement of Craigmillar itself is very old, and contains Craigmillar Castle, which was begun in the late 14th or early 15th century, and occupied until the early 18th century.
The construction was completed in 1993, and has since, been used by the College as its main Pavilion. Work on the third and final stage of the complex commenced in 1994. In 1989 Abraham celebrated his Sacerdotal Silver Jubilee (25 years of Priesthood) by building 25 houses for the minor staff naming the complex "Anthony Gammana", which is a model-housing scheme. The Department of Education in recognition of the success St. Anthony's had achieved under Fr. Stephen Abraham, approved the construction of a new three-storey block of buildings at a cost of 8 million rupees, in 1994. The College Council, inaugurated in 1972, functioned continuously as the supreme body of decision making on matters pertaining to College within the frame of rules and regulations of the Department of Education.
As an ancillary scheme, the Housing Authority also entered into arrangements with local private developers to provide property for sale under the Private Sector Participation Scheme (PSPS).
