The bridge's fortified concrete legs. The bridge is made up of 22 arches made of brick, each of span with a clear span of brick with sandstone springers and was named after John Booth. The aqueduct has a look of an architectural puzzle, expanding and decreasing in size, with the arches aligning differently with each change of aspect. Today, the concrete legs have weathered look, stained by rain and weather.

Lap twelve and Rossi now sets the fastest lap. At Turn 5, Hayden runs wide but does not lose any time or positions because of it. At Turn 15, Rossi has a look at Hayden's inside but decides to stay behind for the time being. On lap thirteen, Rossi finally makes his move by exiting Turn 9 right behind the American, then going up his inside and outbraking him entering Turn 10 to take over the lead.

Due to the sandy nature of many of the tracks, much of the park is accessible only to four-wheel drive vehicles, although all vehicles may reach the popular Shelley Beach where a campground is located. Further back, Nicky Hayden gets passed by Aleix Espargaró who takes a tighter line at Ossebroeken (Turn 4) for seventh spot. Lorenzo then uses the opportunity to quickly move past the American on the outside of Strubben as well for eighth place on the opening lap. Rossi has a look up the inside of Bradl at De Bult (Turn 9) but isn't able to get past.

Barros then has a look at Ukawa's inside but opts to stay behind for now, getting close once again at Turns 11 and 12 but still not making a move. Rossi then tries to get by Abe at the Sachsen Kurve but fails, having to stay behind the Japanese for now. On lap six, Jacque goes side-by-side with Barros and outbrakes him at the Coca-Cola Kurve, taking second position from him. Rossi now sets the fastest lap of the race.

Exiting Turn 12, Rossi has to brake a little as the power difference of his four-stroke almost causes him to crash into the back of Jacque's two-stroke, thus not being able to overtake the Frenchman for now. Lap eleven and Jacque is still all over the back of Barros. Rossi closes up on the Frenchman at the Sachsen Kurve but does not overtake. Checa also briefly has a look at Abe's rear but decides to stay behind for now.

On lap six, Schwantz has opened up a big gap to his teammate Barros, who himself is now coming under pressure of both Rainey and Beattie. Crivillé has lost a lot of ground and is now pretty far down in sixth. Exiting the First Corner (Turn 2), Schwantz has a look behind him to see how far back Barros is.

Lap seven and Biaggi has a look at Nakano's outside, choosing not to pass for now.

Criné blocks him a tiny but at the exit of the Old Hairpin, has a look and then notices Cadalora go past. Naveau also blocks the Italian at McLean's but eventually manages to get by without losing too much time. Cadalora has no more troubles, even looking behind him briefly at the straight before Goddards. He passes the last corner to cross the line with a wheelie and take a dominant win over his teammate in his rookie season - his first in the 500cc class - followed by Rainey in second position.

At the Backstretch, Beattie has passed Honma and is now sixth. Barros has by now overtaken Schwantz for the lead, with the American trying a lunge up his inside coming up to the Casio Triangle (Turn 15), not being able to execute the move and having to stay behind for the time being. Fujiwara also has a look up Ito's inside but only manages to get closer and stays behind him for now. On lap two, the top six is as follows: Barros, Schwantz, Ito, Fujiwara, Crivillé and Beattie.

Ito then effortlessly repasses Schwantz at the Backstretch, with Beattie catching up and passing Rainey for third right before the 130R as well, making this a full-on four-way battle for the win. At the Casio Triangle, Schwantz then takes a different line and goes up the inside of Ito, outbraking him and overtaking him for first. Lap thirteen and Ito once again retakes the lead thanks to his superior Honda power at the start/finish straight. Beattie also has a look up Schwantz's inside but opts to stay behind for now.

In their new safe house, Elizabeth demands answers from Red regarding Tom as well as Red's interest in her, but all Red will say is that he's watched her closely ever since Tom came into her life.

On the way to Chennai, Bala's (Srikanth) bag and certificates get stolen in the train. But he has a look about him that endears him to a petty shop owner Sundaram (Haneefa), who provides him accommodation along with a few bachelors (Vaiyapuri, Shyam Ganesh and Sukran) in the top portion of his house. Malar (Trisha) stays opposite this house and the bachelors are crazy about her. They are scared if the handsome and generous Bala will try to woo her and so they hatch a plot and frame him, so that Malar's two brothers beat him up black and blue.

All season long, the Child has witnessed those around him committing violent acts. For example, Vulture writer Keith Phipps noticed that when IG-11 kills multiple stormtroopers in front of him, the Child has a "look of wonder" in his eyes, which Phipps said "is hilarious, but also a little chilling". Some writers applied a nature versus nurture argument to this, contending the Child is becoming violent because of what he is learning based on the actions around him. This suggests the Child is not inherently good or evil, but that instead, like all children, he is impressionable and does not fully understand the events occurring around him.

Exiting the hairpin, Gibernau immediately starts to open up a gap to Capirossi as Rossi hounds Bayliss through Siberia (Turn 6) but almost loses fourth himself to Barros behind him at the entry of the fast unnamed Turn 7.

In 2017, Haggard appeared alongside Willie Nelson in the award-winning documentary The American Epic Sessions directed by Bernard MacMahon. They performed a song Haggard had composed for the film, "The Only Man Wilder Than Me" and Bob Wills' classic "Old Fashioned Love", which they recorded live on the restored first electrical sound recording system from the 1920s. It was the last filmed performance of the pair, with Rolling Stone commenting "in the final performance of Sessions, Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard perform the duet "The Only Man Wilder Than Me." The second generation of the C3 was revealed in the media in June 2009, and made its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2009. It features a new body design, with a 108 degree field of vision windscreen, similar to the one of the larger C4 Picasso, which is available on all versions, except the entry model VT. The new C3 builds on the curvy profile of the previous model and has a look in keeping with other Citroën models and the older C3, although it is longer and wider than the old model. The lights at the front, bonnet, dashboard assembly, and other components are shared with the DS3. On the new C3, the instrumentation is a mix of analogue dials beneath a styled cowl and a digital display for the fuel and trip computer. There is no temperature gauge (unlike the DS3), but a red and blue warning lamp to show hot or cold engines which come on as required.
