Then you have an engineer which is insulted by four youngsters making an atrocious prank, which makes him suspect that his wife has had a fling and she is with child that is not his. Then a group of young men chasing after the women for fun, but one of them falls in love with a nurse.

As Kyle recovered, Abra came close to admitting his paternity, however lost his nerve at the last minute and departed from the show once more, despite Jenny's confession that she still loved him. The character returned on a more permanent basis from June 2006. Abra confessed to old friend Diane he had been run out of Ghana by the father of a woman he had a fling with. He was offered a permanent position at Holby by Christopher Sutherland, however this was almost immediately retracted when Abra defied new protocol by utilising the designated emergency theatre for a minor gall stone operation.

Another storyline featuring Wicksy was begun in 1988 with the on-screen arrival of a love-interest, Cindy Williams (Michelle Collins). In the storyline, Cindy had a fling with Wicksy before opting to have a more serious relationship with his half brother, Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt). Colin Brake suggested that with this storyline, EastEnders were sowing the seeds of a situation that would provide much story material for years to come. In the storyline, Cindy and Simon committed to relationships with other people, but remained drawn to each other, resulting in a one-night stand and Cindy falling pregnant with Simon's baby.

The team split up to search the club, and while George Gissing takes Gwen and Ianto through the basement, he mentions that he knows that there used to be heaps of artefacts in Torchwood India. When Gwen claims that thousands of people just vanished before her eyes, Gissing does not believe her. Jack continues to talk to The Duchess, and she claims that the radiation from the residual energy of the alien artefacts has kept the three of them young and alive. The Duchess, having had a fling in the past with Captain Jack, continues to toy with Jack and wishes to know why Torchwood India was shut.

Jennifer (Alicia Silverstone) is a beautiful teenager who is hired to babysit the children of Harry Tucker (J. T. Walsh) and his wife, Dolly Tucker (Lee Garlington), while they attend a party hosted by their friends, Bill Holsten (George Segal) and his wife, Bernice Holsten (Lois Chiles). Harry often fantasizes about Jennifer, while Dolly misinterprets Bill's compliments as a sign of attraction and fantasizes about him. Meanwhile, Jennifer's ex-boyfriend Jack (Jeremy London), whom she broke up with after he began pressuring her for sex, runs into his estranged troublemaking friend Mark (Nicky Katt), Bill and Bernice's son, who once had a fling with Jennifer and still harbors feelings for her.

It's revealed that Vanessa did indeed spend her summer backpacking through Europe with Nate and the two had a fling one night, but remain good friends and nothing more. When she returns to New York, she gets to know Scott Ronsson, and develops a crush on him. When she discovers that Dan's been living the high life thanks to the van der Woodsens and has been hiding it from her, she fights with him and eventually tells him that despite his wealth, he needs to be himself in order for her to be friends with him. Scott and Vanessa begin dating and Scott encourages Vanessa to stay friends with Dan.

When Bobby needed a blood transfusion, Laura discovered that Ian was in fact Bobby's father as Garry's blood group was incompatible. On returning from hospital, Laura tried to get Ian interested in Bobby but when he refused to have anything to do with her or baby Bobby, she kept quiet about Bobby's paternity because she wanted him to have a father. Garry and Laura's relationship didn't last as he was still in love with Lynne and they eventually reconciled after Garry had a fling with Lynne's sister, Belinda Peacock (Leanne Lakey), in November 2003, making Lynne realise that she still loved Garry. Lynne later became pregnant with his child.

Kathy pleads with Gavin not to light the fireworks and promises to leave with him again. Phil escapes, knocks Gavin unconscious and ties him up. While Sharon talks to Kathy, she realises that Margaret Midhurst (Jan Harvey), the solicitor who arranged her adoption and who she has been visiting to track her father, is Gavin's sister. When Gavin wakes up, Sharon asks about her adoption; Gavin says he had a fling with Carol Hanley (Sheila White), who had a breakdown after Sharon's birth, and Gavin was not paternal but Den was, so he traded Sharon for part in a bank raid that Den was working on.

Dorien also has a brother named Jeffrey, who she believes to be their mother's favourite, as he lives a modest life in a semi-detached house and unlike Dorien, has given their mother grandchildren. In series 11, it is revealed that when she was seventeen in 1965, Dorien had a fling with a man named Lionel and they had a daughter, Naomi, who was raised by Lionel. They reunite fifty years later where Dorien learns that Naomi is a vicar, yet she has inherited Dorien's appearance and fondness for risqué behaviour. In the final episode of series 12, which was broadcast on 25 February 2016, Dorien celebrated her seventieth birthday.

Josh Hopkins Liam O'Connor (portrayed by Josh Hopkins; season 1), a seasoned FBI agent who had a fling with Miranda Shaw in the past. Years ago, he and Alex's father had graduated from the FBI academy together and one of their first undercover operations in Omaha was a blown sting killing over 200 people. Years later, he worked a sting operation against some militia groups in Chicago. Just before the case went south, ending in a shootout with three confirmed casualties including Drew's fiancée and unborn child, he had told Ryan that he would take the blame and that Ryan would be his replacement.

Becky and Luke later had a fling of their own, which ended badly after Becky contracted cystitis and Luke left town. Becky later had relationships with Lewis Davenport, Benji McHugh and Brendan Boulter. Over the next year or so, things would seem tough for Becky and the family but things fell into place once Nikki began a relationship with Roy Farmer and eventually married him. The family were all set to leave town for newer pastures in November 2003, but the dream was shattered when Roy was killed during a fire in his cybercafe (which had been started by Mike Shaw as a plot to frame Pete Callan for arson).

Dan Sullivan arrives in Walford — a fictionalized borough in East London — on 7 June 1999, appearing as the latest boyfriend of local café manager Carol Jackson (Lindsey Coulson). They soon move to Walford's local community, Albert Square, where the couple plan to get married after Dan learns that Carol is expecting his child. Their wedding plans surprise Carol's daughter Bianca (Patsy Palmer), as she and Dan had had a fling when she was a teenager on holiday many years before. After the pair find themselves secretly reacquainted with each other, Dan and Bianca start an affair — even though she is married to local resident Ricky Butcher (Sid Owen), who ends up befriending Dan.

In 2008, Barry becomes employed at The Northside Post, a local newspaper owned by Seamus McAleer. Little does he know that he is being used to sabotage the project going on in the school of which he used to be principal. He also proposes to Annette and she accepts. At Christmas, he breaks off the engagement when he finds out she had a fling with Seamus. Driving out of church while arguing with a drunken Annette, Barry in a fit of rage, takes his eye off the road and accidentally knocks down couple Ray O’Connell and Gina Cassidy (Niamh's mother) who were just arriving in the church to get married, killing Gina.

Johanka (Milka Zimková) had a fling with a well-digger (Peter Vonš) she had not met before and who, she was most likely certain, would never be around again. About 18 years later, she is a single woman respected and recognized at the local co-op farm where she works − except that it does not translate to the same compensation for her as for the male workers − who keeps turning down her lifelong suitor, friend and neighbor Berty (Peter Staník). Her 18-year-old daughter Paulína (Veronika Jeníková) commutes by bus to work in the nearby city, which gives the village gossips the occasional opportunity to remind her of her unknown father. A resultant conflict with her mother makes Paulína take up residence in the city.

When Kelly Crabtree (Tupele Dorgu) took Joanne under her wing, Kelly's obsessed "friend" Becky Granger (Katherine Kelly) threatened her, scaring Joanne half to death. When Kelly was set up for stealing at the factory by unhinged Becky, Joanne was the only person who believed Kelly was innocent and was instrumental in convincing the other factory workers that it was Becky, not Kelly who was to blame. For most of 2006, Joanne dated Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson). However, she kissed her new factory boss, Liam Connor (Rob James-Collier) (who, incidentally, Adam sold his half of the factory to) and had a fling with him, despite Kelly being sure that Liam fancied her, she soon dumped Adam with a text message.

Mädchen Amick Alice Susanna Cooper (née Smith) (portrayed by Mädchen Amick) is the ex-wife of Hal Cooper, mother of Charles Smith, Betty, and Polly Cooper, the grandmother of Jason and Polly's twin babies and the editor and co-owner of the local newspaper The Riverdale Register. Alice grew up on the south side of Riverdale and attended the local high school with Hermione Lodge, Fred Andrews, FP Jones, Penelope Blossom, Hal Cooper, Hiram Lodge, Mary Andrews, Tom Keller and Sierra McKoy. She began dating Hal Cooper and they later went on to marry and have two daughters, Betty and Polly. During high school, Alice and FP had a fling when they were in high school and then she became pregnant with FP's baby.

She explains to Spike that she doesn't blame him for his actions when he didn't have a soul, but that she will always remember them, and that he has to respect that she will always have to deal with them in her own way. Meanwhile, Anya's ghost transpires to be the puppet of an unseen force and completely unaware that she is not Anya; it is exploiting Xander as a weak link in Buffy's circle. Later, demon invasions caused by the Restless Door become a global threat. The Slayer Satsu, who once had a fling with Buffy, attempts to convince Buffy that she needs to work with the military as they are the only ones with the resources to help and since she forgave Angel, the military also deserves another chance.

After searching the meadow Tommy is unable to find the stash of money and sets off on a quest to steal the amount needed and save his father. Meanwhile, having joined the Left-Eye Gang at the cost of his only functional eye, Clem helps the bandits abduct Smoking Fox.

Hilda, married a man called Fred, nicknamed 'Fertile Fred' by George and Humphrey, and had five unnamed children. During the Second World War, Mildred worked in the canteen at an airbase near London with Gladys (Eunice Black) and Kitty, and several others; Mildred had many boyfriends, including flight sergeant Lee Kennedy (Lionel Murton), army sergeant Arthur Mulgrove (Norman Mitchell) and many others including a ginger one, a tall one with a crew cut and one with a moustache. After the war, Mildred had a fling with Charlie Roper (Peter Birrel) (with whom she went to the cinema to see Gone with the Wind on seven consecutive nights, but claims she still needs to see the film), who introduced her to his brother George Roper (Brian Murphy) who was wearing his gas mask at the time. Mildred married George in 1953, who was working as a bus conductor - a job he would hold up for two weeks.

Jesse first appeared on the show in Season 4, debuting in an episode where he was working as a bartender at a fancy event hosted by the parents of Andrea Zuckerman's then-boyfriend Dan. Jesse and Andrea had romantic sparks immediately and Andrea soon dumped Dan and began going out with Jesse, later becoming pregnant with his child and eventually accepting Jesse's marriage proposal before they welcomed daughter Hannah. In Season 5, Jesse continues to work as a bartender and plan for his legal future, but the marriage runs into problems (some of them related to money and stress, and others to the fact that Jesse is Catholic and Andrea is Jewish and both of them value those faiths and aren't sure how to present them together to their child) and he eventually shocks Andrea by revealing that just as she did, he had a fling with someone else. They reconciled late in the season as Jesse used his background as a Yale University graduate to get Andrea into the college and find a clerkship nearby.

The marriage ended when Al accused her of cheating even though she hadn't. In the end, she ended up running off with the bricklayer that Al accused her of cheating with anyway. Other women Al mentions being with during the series include a girl named Danessa while he was at M.I.T., a girl named Martha he met at a Lakers game, a girl named Brenda who works on Project Quantum Leap in the coding department, a girl named Denise who wants to write his life story, another co- worker named Louise that he encounters at a Project Quantum Leap Christmas Party, a stewardess named Oolie, an Egyptian girl who thinks she is the reincarnation of Cleopatra, he mentions making out with Hannah Gretz in the 4th grade and taking Myra Poinchik to an abandoned house in his neighborhood that was supposedly haunted, had a fling with a beauty queen while in flight school who was named Ms. Flight Gunner 1955, he had a serious relationship with a married naval nurse named Lt. Lisa Sherman in 1957. During the show he gives many references to his current girlfriend in 1999, Tina, who also works on Project Quantum Leap.
