The hotel reopened on Valentine's Day 2003 and received the American Automobile Association (AAA) Five-Diamond rating in 2007. It is currently the only AAA Five-Diamond hotel in Tennessee. A Forbes 5-Star rating (then Mobil 5-Star) was awarded in 2008, and these accolades have also perpetuated.
The hotel has completed some major renovations in recent years. Since 2007, all guestrooms, restaurants, retail shops, and common areas of the resort have been updated. In 2011, the Grand Floridian Spa and Health Club underwent an extensive 18 month remodel. In 2013, the hotel completed a remodel of all pool areas along with the installation of a beachside fire pit and children's water area themed to Disney's Alice in Wonderland.

The Jin Jiang Hotel (Jinjiang Fandian) is a garden hotel located in central Shanghai on Maoming Road near Huaihai Road's designer boutiques and retail outlets. Since its opening, the hotel has received about 300 state leaders and heads of government. The hotel is set amidst two gardens and three European-style buildings. The 515 guestrooms pair modern facilities including broadband Internet access and IPTV TVs with traditional furniture and decor.
Hotel Lincoln, also known as the General Francis Marion Hotel and Lincoln Inn, is a historic hotel building located at Marion, Smyth County, Virginia. It was built in 1926–1927, and is a five-story, Colonial Revival style reinforced concrete commercial building. The upper floors are faced with Kingsport velveteen brick. The third through fifth floors are "U" shaped and contain 19 guestrooms and 13 bathrooms per floor.
In August 2013, the Pontchartrain reopened as a hotel, and its historic Bayou Bar reopened in February 2014. In November 2014, the Pontchartrain Hotel was acquired by AJ Capital Partners, with Cooper Manning as a part-owner. It underwent another, more ambitious renovation aimed at restoring it to its former grandeur and re-emphasizing its historic character. Its 106 guestrooms and suites were updated to appeal to a younger generation of travelers.
The NYLO Hotel brand featured urban styled guestrooms which combined old buildings with modern design. The brand name, NYLO referred to the loft style apartments found throughout New York, but the company is focused on introducing designer hotels to secondary and tertiary markets. The company aimed its attention to providing designer style to mid-scale priced hotels that were business-travel- friendly. NYLO Hotels was also focused on eco-friendly and energy-efficient operations.
Upon its 2010 re-opening, Hotel Blackhawk includes 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments, 130 guestrooms, nine extended-stay rooms and banquet and meeting facilities that include a renovated Gold Room. A bowling alley was re-created in the basement level and shops were incorporated into the main level along with a restaurant and lounge. A new fitness center and a swimming pool, as well as a business center, were also created.
Converted into the Loews Philadelphia Hotel, the building contains 581 guestrooms including 37 suites in a total building area of 631,006 sq.ft. Merlot Rooftop Grill closed and re- opened as Summit, a private event space.
The Bill Wilson House is a historic 19th-century hotel at 378 Village Street in East Dorset, Vermont. Built in 1852, it is the birthplace and living memorial of Alcoholics Anonymous co-founder Bill Wilson. With 14 guestrooms and a conference room the non-profit bed and breakfast is a center for recovery seminars and regular AA and ALANON meetings. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
Draper transformed the Greenbrier in 16 months. "Draperizing" 600-plus guestrooms and all the public areas took 45,000 yards of fabric, 15000 rolls of wallpaper and 40,000 gallons of paint. In exchange for her work at The Greenbrier, Draper picked up the highest fee ever paid a decorator. The $4.2 million renovation was unveiled at a house party featuring such society guests as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and Bing Crosby.
This dream became a reality when her son Ted returned from World War II and embraced the role of general manager. Ted Gleichmann brought modernization to the Inn and added an East Wing with 12 guestrooms including fireplaces in 1954. Later he added the Bluff House and West Wing to bring the total number of rooms to 72. In addition to his duties at the Inn, Ted was a championship-winning, amateur PGA golfer.
By the 1990s, the school had been abandoned. McMenamins, the Portland-based hotel and pub group, bought the old building and funded a full renovation. It is part of the Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a premier luxury brand of Hilton Hotel Group, helmed by general manager Mark Meaney, and the first Conrad hotel in Korea. The lobby is flanked by a 36.5-meter spiral staircase, connecting the lobby through to the fifth floor. The hotel has 434 guestrooms and suites spread throughout 38-stories.
Mandarin Oriental, Miami is a hotel located on Brickell Key in Miami, Florida, overlooking Biscayne Bay. The 326-room waterfront hotel opened in November 2000 and is managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. In addition to the 295 guestrooms and 31 suites, the hotel operates the restaurants Azul, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, and MO Bar + Lounge. Additional hotel features include a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star spa, private beach, sushi and pool bar, and events facilities.

Stoddart took pride in the efficient, rational design of his hotels, which reflected the enthusiasm for scientific management of his era. He expressed his approach to hotel design as a series of rules or formulas that would lead to maximum profitability. His design philosophy was similar to that of E.M. Statler's emphasis on efficiency in hotel architecture, except that Stoddart's hotels were smaller, less luxurious (e.g., not all guestrooms had ensuite bathrooms), and were in smaller cities.
Introduced in 2006, Visionline is wireless locking technology developed by VingCard Elsafe. It uses radio frequency (RF Online) to operate stand-alone electronic locks. The system's radio frequency is one of the first to be based on ZigBee technology, a secured wireless open platform. Visionline eliminates the need for hotel staff to visit guestrooms when identifying locks with low batteries or reprogramming individual locks, and lets guests request a room change or extended stay without visiting the front desk.

The theme of the hotel is of a Victorian style, and is located near Disneyland Harbour. The hotel is built on reclaimed land and opened on 12 September 2005. The hotel has 400 guestrooms and a convention centre with ballrooms and function rooms.
The Wawona Hotel is located from the park's south entrance, between the Mariposa Grove of Big Trees and the Yosemite Valley. It is one of the few historical period hotels still standing within Yosemite National Park's boundaries. Most of the hotel's 104 guestrooms open onto one of the Wawona Hotel's deep verandas, which wrap around the first and second floors; they have open views of the gardened and natural landscapes. The hotel includes six historically distinctive buildings, built between 1876 and 1916.
The uppermost 12 floors of the tower were leased as office space. 4000 TowerWhen built, the guestrooms featured individual guest controlled air conditioning and heating, and telephones equipped with message- reminder service, and balconies overlooking the swimming pool in cabana wing rooms. The room rate to experience the Drake in these early years started at $3.50 per night.

The mezzanine floor is home to 4 conference halls and the "Ani" restaurant (formerly "Urartu"). The 262 guestrooms of the hotel are within the remaining 12 floors. Since 2006, Ani Plaza is among the regular venues that host the events of the Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival.
The hotel's architectural design was performed by Hong Kong-based Rocco Design Architects Ltd., which was awarded the 2011 Hong Kong Institute of Architects Medal of the Year of Hong Kong for this work.Hong Kong Institute of Architects: HKIA Annual Awards 2011 Hong Kong's CL3 Architects designed the interiors, including the guestrooms, the Silverbox ballroom and the lobby's grand staircase. Landscaping includes a large koi pond with artificial stream, a small citrus orchard and two well-established forests of tree ferns and redwoods. The west wing (originally servant's wing) houses the Editorial offices of Playboy. The main Aviary building is the original greenhouse, with four guestrooms adjoining. The Master suite occupies several rooms on the second and third floors, and is the most heavily renovated area of the Mansion proper, with an extensive carved-oak decor dating to the 1970s.
Menger Hotel (1865) With the beginning of the American Civil War, a large number of Confederate soldiers were stationed at San Antonio, creating a need for more boarding houses to house them. The Menger family put the building in use to aid the Confederate war effort, and shut down the hotel's guestrooms. They kept the dining room open to feed military personnel, and offered space for the care of wounded soldiers. Once the war ended the hotel resumed full operations.
This hotel was also used as an inspiration for Vicki Baum's 1937 novel "Shanghai '37", also known as "Hotel Shanghai" and "Nanjing Road". In 2007, the hotel closed for a three-year renovation of both the exterior and interior, including the guest rooms, the lobby, and the dining and entertainment venues. The North Building reopened in 2010, as the Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai. The hotel now offers 270 guestrooms and 39 suites, including Victor's Café, named for Sir Victor Sassoon.

Based on the popularity of Schoos' work in Las Vegas, Vegas magazine called him one of the "Men Who Make Nightclub Magic." The first major hotel project by Schoos was the redesign of the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica, including the lobby, guestrooms and penthouse restaurant. The project won Hospitality Design magazine's Design Award for hotels in 2006, with the penthouse restaurant winning in the restaurant category in 2007. The hotel and penthouse were also featured in Architectural Digest and numerous other periodicals.

The facility included a private dining room, a forum for after- dinner speakers, and guestrooms. The Club quickly outgrew the Sutter Street building and, in 1903, Club President William Bowers Bourn II hired architect Willis Polk to design a new clubhouse at the corner of Sutter and Van Ness Streets. Before the plans could be developed or the site purchased, however, the Sutter Street clubhouse was destroyed by fire in the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. For the next two years, the Club rented and occupied temporary locations.

Mandarin Oriental, New York is a five-star hotel located in Manhattan's Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle in New York City, managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. A part of the multi-use Time Warner Center development, the hotel opened in December 2003. In 1967, Hicks began working in the USA, designing apartments in Manhattan for an international clientele, and at the same time promoting his carpet and fabric collections. Hicks also designed sets for Richard Lester's 1968 movie Petulia, starring Julie Christie. In the 1970s/80s Hicks shops opened in fifteen countries around the world. He designed, for example, guestrooms at the Okura Hotel in Tokyo, the public rooms of the British Ambassador's Residence in Tokyo, with only mixed success, and the yacht of the King of Saudi Arabia.
The entrances to the smoke-free slot room resemble the front-end grilles of a 1938 Buick Century and a 1939 Lincoln-Zephyr. In a nod to Detroit's Motown and other musical roots, the pillars of the Amnesia event space are designed to resemble bass clefs. The five-bar musical staff is used as a design element on items ranging from slot machine bases to signage throughout the property. Zebrawood, a rich wood often used in guitar construction, is incorporated into the hotel lobby and guestrooms.
The Hilton Anaheim is a hotel located in Anaheim, California, next to the Anaheim Convention Center. It originally opened as the Anaheim Hilton and Towers in 1984, in time for The Los Angeles Olympic Games. Hilton Anaheim is the largest hotel in Orange County and the second-largest hotel in all of Southern California with 1,572 guestrooms. The Hilton Anaheim has one of the largest meeting spaces in Orange County, with over of meeting and event space and is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center.
The Winnipeg Art Gallery, Da Roza has expressed, is in part a response to the severe Winnipeg weather. It was in this frame of mind that Da Roza tackled his vision for Gull Harbour Resort on Hecla Island in Lake Winnipeg. Featuring the ambience and design appropriate to an Icelandic village, the two-story complex has four wings of guestrooms and four suites which sprawl from a central lodge. There is an indoor pool and gym, a lounge and dining room which share an open limestone fireplace.
JW Marriott Marquis Miami (left) The hotel tower shares a parking garage with the adjoining 47-story office tower, Wells Fargo Center. The two towers were completed in October 2010. The first-to- market JW Marriott Marquis property has 313 guestrooms, including 56 suites, along with a broad array of amenities, including renowned chef-restaurateur, Daniel Boulud's db Bistro Moderne. Offering a diverse setting for business, meeting and pleasure travel pursuits, the 41-story hotel features three concierge levels; 80,000-square-feet of total function space including a 20,000 sq. ft.
The hotel's general contractor, Hensel Phelps Construction Co., alleged that Cooper Carry Inc., the hotel's architect of record, failed to property design the structure. Hensel Phelps identified 20 areas of concern, which included below-grade structures, ceiling materials, door hardware, duct work, the gutter and downspout systems for entrance canopies, the smoke control system, stairwells, the tops of walls in guestrooms, windows, and more. Hensel Phelps also claimed that Cooper Carry failed to perform its work in a timely manner (forcing the contractor to miss deadlines) and violated basic "standard of care" obligations.
The Blackstone was officially branded the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown-Blackstone and reopened to the public on April 7, 1999, offering 203 guestrooms on 20 floors with a Corner Bakery Cafe on the ground floor. Artifacts from the hotel's 70-year history were displayed during its opening on April 6–7, 1999. The hotel also offers meeting rooms (1,262 sq feet), a lobby bar, room service, and internet access. In 2004–2005, the Courtyard by Marriott-Blackstone received a $1.5 million renovation which included caulking and repainting the windows.
The guestrooms were expanded to accommodate 2000 guests. The dining room is listed as 55×280 feet and could accommodate 1200 guests, and the ballroom at 60×85 feet. There are listed bowling alleys and billiard rooms, as well as private dining and supper rooms. Elevators were installed by 1872, possibly earlier. By 1877 there was indoor plumbing, with “ice-cold spring of pure and delicious fresh water, connected by underground pipes, whereby a constant and abundant supply, both hot and cold, is furnished in every room of the hotel.” Advertisement dated, April 15, 1877.
By the 1980s, the wharf lay derelict and empty and in 1987 the NSW Government decided to demolish the Wharf. A new marina and resort complex was approved to replace the wharf in Woolloomooloo Bay, but when demolition work was due to begin in January 1991, locals blocked entrance to the site. Unions imposed a Green ban which stopped demolition crews from undertaking work. Due to such a strong public outcry, it was decided that the existing wharf would instead be renovated into a boutique hotel, featuring 104 guestrooms, loft-style suites and private residencies.
Shahba Mall () is a defunct shopping mall in Aleppo, Syria, and was the largest shopping mall in Syria prior to its destruction during the Syrian civil war. Located in northern Aleppo, the mall consists of area of building that consists of fashion stores, boutiques, electronics stores, supermarket, restaurants, cafes , an indoor amusement park, a carting circuit, cinema and a four-star hotel with 250 guestrooms. The main anchors inside this mall were Carrefour and Virgin Megastores. The mall was permanently closed when the mall was damaged during the Syrian civil war on October 16, 2014.
Burrowing Owl Estate has a restaurant and accommodation at the winery. The restaurant Sonora Room was opened in 2003 and ten guestrooms were completed in 2006. The cellar door, restaurant, swimming pool and accommodation are powered and temperature controlled by a hybrid Solar energy and Geothermal electricity heating and cooling system that also provides heated water for winery use. Quails' Gate Winery and Burrowing Owl formed a partnership called Appellation Wine Marketing Ltd in 2009 to sell and promote a portfolio of local and international wines in British Columbia and Alberta.
The manor ceased to be the Captain's residence in 1864, when the Norwegian state sold it to vicar Bernt Anker Leigh Knudtssøn, married to Anna Coucheron. Olympic Village opens in Yerevan Building 1 is the administrative centre of the Armenian Olympic Committee, home to the administrative offices, meeting rooms and conference halls. The first floor of building 2 is home to the weightlifting training hall, the anti-doping clinic, the centre's spa, and the fitness and bodybuilding gymnasium. The 2nd floor is home to the judo, boxing and wrestling training halls. Building 3 is home to the hotel of the complex designated to accommodate more than 300 athletes with 121 guestrooms, restaurants and other services.
This not only exposed the park to occasional flooding, but hampered its ability to expand to include new attractions as consumer preferences changed. Opryland was forced to remove older attractions to add new ones, as was the case with the Raft Ride in 1986 for the Old Mill Scream, and the Tin Lizzies in 1994 for The Hangman. In 1993, Gaylord Entertainment embarked on the largest-ever construction project in Nashville's history at the time: the Delta. This project, which opened in 1996, added an enormous new atrium, over 1,000 guestrooms, and a new convention complex to Opryland Hotel.
The main hall of the building has been left untouched in order to show guests the traditional interior of the house. In addition to guestrooms, the hostel's grounds contain an amphitheater, a sixty to eighty person conference room, a camp site, a courtyard, a library, and an exhibition about the history of the town and the surrounding area. The hostel also offers bikes for daily rent. The hostel's environmental efforts include making furniture, such as bedside tables, out of reused and refitted materials, and offering recycling receptacles for bottles, tins, cans, papers, batteries, plastic bags, bottle tops, eggshells, and washing water.
Ludwigslust: the entrance front facing the Platz The interiors of Ludwigslust are more fully neoclassical. The grand reception rooms are on the piano nobile, or Festetage ("Reception floor"), above a low ground floor that contained guestrooms. The Goldener Saal ("Gilded Hall") in the central block rises through two storeys, with a colossal order of Corinthian columns and massive decorations carried out in stucco and the innovative moldable and modelable paper-maché called Ludwigsluster Carton; it is used today for summertime concerts. One flanking range was semi-public, with a sequence of antechamber, salon and audience chamber, and a gallery.
This work included removal of escalators in the lobby and tearing out and replacing all electrical and plumbing. The guest room window frames, made of cypress wood, were restored, and broken glass replaced. The annex, originally constructed when the hotel was part of the Hilton chain in the 1950s, was converted to an indoor valet parking garage while the top floor hosted additional guestrooms, a swimming pool, hot tub, and a workout room. The original Italian marble in the lobby was removed during prior renovations, but marble from the vestibule of the Venetian Ballroom was used on the pillars and around the elevators.
Golden Palace Hotel (far right) overlooking Tsaghkadzor The hotel has 120 guestrooms, including 26 suites (with royal and presidential suites). The hotel is home to 4 conference halls (Grand hall, Tsaghkadzor hall, Hayk the Great hall, and Hayk the Small hall), a health and spa centre, an indoor swimming pool, an indoor tennis court, and a large billiards hall. The hotel is topped with a gold-coloured central dome, while the building is covered with white marble. Inside the dome of the hotel, the work of renowned artist Ruben Yeghiazaryan could be seen painted on the ceiling.
Moody died at age eighty-nine in 1954, when ownership of the hotel passed to his oldest daughter Mary Moody Northern. Many other members of the Moody family were involved with operations of the Menger Hotel, and still are. The upcoming World's Fair of 1968, dubbed the Hemisfair by local San Antonians, motivated Mary Moody Northern to spend $1.5 million on a five-story addition with 110 guestrooms to accommodate the expected tourists. This new establishment, designed by architects Atlee B. Ayres and Robert Ayres, was named the Motor Hotel, which included drive-in convenience and valet parking.
In 2015, Herman J. The second part of the refurbishment took place from the end of 2018 to the start of 2019 and was focused on the guestrooms. The property won the “Thailand's Leading Business Hotel” award in 2005 and “Thailand's Leading Hotel” award in both 2006 and 2015.
The building is an important example of Ottoman architecture in the urban fabric of Nicosia. The current surviving buildings are the semahane, used for the whirling rituals of sama, the tomb, and a few rooms to the east of the semahane, along with a small backyard. The initial tekke contained rooms for dervishes, guestrooms, a kitchen, a well dated to the Venetian times and a large garden with fruit trees, but these buildings were ruinous by the 1950s and demolished to make room for Vakıflar Pasajı, a business centre.
