Harvey Birdman (voiced by Gary Cole) is a superhero who starred in the Hanna-Barbera show Birdman and the Galaxy Trio in the 1960s. Birdman's secret alter ego from that show, Ray Randall, is not mentioned in this series, though it can be found hidden in the opening credits; as well, in the episode "Deadomutt, Part 2", a police mugshot of Harvey identifies him as "Harvey R. R. Birdman". Birdman gets strength and power from sunlight, and grows weak if kept away from the sun for too long. His superpowers include flight, though as Harvey Birdman, he often completely forgets about this.

During the destruction of Wizard Kingdom, Sigma rescues Arusu and helps her return with her friends, recognizing her as the savior foretold by his late father, who died in defiance of Grande's nefarious plans. When Luca and his men are looking for Jidan and Atelia at the bottom of , Jidan offers himself to save Atelia, leaving Arusu desperately searching for his body in vain. Eva suddenly loses her magic and grows weak from the plague that has afflicted many witches and warlocks as a sign of the destruction.

In Hyrule Warriors, a fragment of Ganondorf's soul uses his power to remove the light (which became the White Sorceress, Lana) from the soul of the Guardian of Time transforming her into the Dark Sorceress, Cia. The fragment granted Cia the Triforce of Power to free the other pieces of Ganondorf's soul. Cia manages to obtain the Triforce of Wisdom from Sheik and Triforce of Courage from Link and uses it power to summon the different eras where the other fragments of Ganondorf's soul were sealed.

Westray volunteers to walk through the valley to get help and he tries to raise Proud's morale by pretending that a town is visible from a nearby look-out and that he will not have to venture far to raise the alarm. Binstead stays with Proud and he finds an intact thermos flask in the wreckage of the aircraft and carries it some distance down the slope to where he can fill it up at a small waterfall and take it back up to Proud, keeping him alive. But Binstead soon grows weak with hunger and fatigue and he cannot keep making trips to fetch water indefinitely. Ten days after the crash, O'Reilly, an experienced bushman with knowledge of the local weather conditions and the perilous downdrafts, hears a claim from a local who saw the Stinson pass low overhead, obviously struggling in the severe weather.
