There are also small obliquely placed subapical white lunules below veins seven and six with a reddish tinge beyond them. The hindwings are red brown with a greyish tinge. There is a small brown discoidal spot and chocolate brown spots on the inner margin before and beyond the middle, with greyish marks beyond them.

The forewings are fuscous, suffusedly mixed with whitish. There is a white streak along the costa from the base to beyond the middle, attenuated posteriorly and continued to near the apex, the anterior portion containing a fine grey line, the lower portion edged with a fine black line. There is an elongate white mark in the middle of the wing, outlined with black. A thick white streak is found from the base along the fold, suffusedly continued to near the anal angle, partially edged below with a fine black line.

The upperside of the abdomen has a broad, grey dorsal stripe and the lateral stripe is vivid yellow. The forewing upperside is similar to Xylophanes rhodochlora, but the ground colour is bronzy green with pearly reflections, the discal spot is smaller and the first and fourth postmedian lines are darker green, highlighted along their inner edges in pearly grey. The fringe is orange. The marginal area of the forewing underside is of the same general brick-red colour as the rest of the wing, barely delineated by a grey line.

The Extended section does not have access to the enclosed moving walkway but does have regular parking shuttles that can be accessed from the Baggage Claim level of the Landside Terminal outside doors six and eight. There are 8,000 spaces available in the Extended lot. Bus service is also available from Downtown Pittsburgh and the city's University District (Oakland) via the Port Authority of Allegheny County's 28X Route. Mountain Line Transit's Grey Line also has service to areas south of Pittsburgh including Waynesburg, Pennsylvania; Morgantown, Fairmont, and Clarksburg, West Virginia.

The Brown Line starts at Nonthaburi Civic Centre where it interchanges with both the MRT Purple Line & MRT Pink Lines. It heads east along Ngam Wong Wan road to Khae Rai intersection and then Vihavadi-Rangsit road to interchange with the SRT Dark Red Line at Bang Khen. The Brown line continues past Kasetsart University to interchange with the BTS Sukhumvit Line at Kasetsart University on Phahon Yothin Road. The line continues east along Prasote Manukitch Road (AKA Kaset-Nawamin Road) past Chalong Rat Expressway (interchanging with the proposed BMA Grey Line) to Nawamin Road.

There is a violet fuscous patch occupying the anterior half of the wing except the costal third, its dorsal edge white towards the base, the posterior edge irregular. The stigmata are black, the plical obliquely beyond the first discal, the second discal small and indistinct. A blackish spot is found on the costa at three-fifths, where a curved dentate dark grey line runs to the dorsum before the tornus. There is also a marginal series of black dots around the posterior part of the costa and termen.

For service to the CW Visitors Center, riders should use WATA's Route 3: Merrimac route. # Possible Route 1 confusion - It is notable that Colonial Williamsburg, which operates its own fleet of grey and white colored transit buses and minibuses, also has a "Grey Line" route. This is not to be confused with WATA's Route 1 route for US Route 60 East which ends at Lee Hall. The WATA buses on that route are normally painted beige, white and burgundy in color, and clearly marked for WATA with the words "Williamsburg Area Transit Authority/WATA".

The forewings are light brownish-ochreous suffusedly irrorated with brownish-crimson. The extreme costal edge is whitish and the stigmata is dark fuscous, the plical spot obliquely beyond the first discal spot and there are triangular costal and dorsal patches of crimson-greyish suffusion meeting on the second discal stigma. There is a curved dentate reddish-grey line near the termen and some grey dots around the posterior part of the costa and termen. The hindwings are light ochreous-yellowish, the termen suffusedly mixed with grey and the dorsum suffused with grey.Exot. Microlep.

The forewings are dark fuscous with a suffused brown subbasal fascia and a brown incomplete fascia from the dorsum before the middle, reaching three-fourths across the disc, edged anteriorly with grey. Immediately after this, a suffused grey fascia runs from the midcosta to beyond the middorsum, in it a fine black line from two-fifths costa to three-fourths the dorsum. Another grey fascia containing a dark line is found from three-fourths of the costa to the termen above the tornus. The terminal edge is fuscous preceded by a grey line.

Juvenile birds had fewer prominent grooves in their beaks than adults and they had mottled white and black necks, while the eye spot found in adults was not present; instead, a grey line ran through the eyes (which still had white eye rings) to just below the ears. Great Auk calls included low croaking and a hoarse scream. A captive great auk was observed making a gurgling noise when anxious. It is not known what its other vocalizations were, but it is believed that they were similar to those of the razorbill, only louder and deeper.

MacMaster and Hiebert, p 209-10 During the Jim Crow era, masked mobs of local white men carried out two separate lynchings of African-American men in Montgomery County on Rockville's courthouse lawn. John Diggs was violently lynched in 1880 and Sydney Randolph similarly murdered in 1896. Neither man was found guilty in a court of law, nor was anyone punished for the lynchings. On that same lawn, the Maryland Historical Society maintains a monument to the Confederate army as "heroes of the thin grey line", because Montgomery County, like the rest of Maryland, was divided over the issue of secession.

The approximate final route of the balloon. The red star indicates where the balloon first came into contact with the 33 kV power line (the faint grey line from the east), while the red circle is where the balloon wreckage was found. The accident occurred around 7:20 am, when the balloon was attempting to land after completing a partial figure-8 flight pattern over the Carterton area. The pilot had indicated to the chase team he was likely to land near Somerset Road, a rural through road just north of Carterton in the locality of Clareville.

The abdomen has all segments marked with black, the black lateral spots are almost meeting on the dorsum, where they are separated by a small dark olive spot, and separated longitudinally by almost uninterrupted pale buffish brown transverse stripes at the posterior margin of each tergite. The forewings are very broad and rounded and the apex is acute and very slightly falcate, mottled with blackish and with a faint diffuse black bar running from the middle of the costa to the tornus. There is a conspicuous irregular, interrupted submarginal pale grey line, edged proximally with black. The hindwings are uniformly dark brown.

While more involved, the same fundamental principle applies in such estimations. The grey line maps the probability of the discrete outcome X_{ni}=1 (that is, correctly answering the question) for persons with different locations on the latent continuum (that is, their level of abilities). The location of an item is, by definition, that location at which the probability that X_{ni}=1 is equal to 0.5.

HSR network around The Netherlands. The grey line between Amsterdam and the German border represents the cancelled HSL-Oost HSL-Oost (Dutch: Hogesnelheidslijn-Oost, English: High-Speed Line East) is the name of the now- cancelled high-speed railway line from Amsterdam to Germany via the Dutch cities of Utrecht and Arnhem. The plan for HSL-Oost was approved in 1989. The project was cancelled by Transport Minister Tineke Netelenbos in 2001, as it was deemed unprofitable: the gain in travel time and the expected amount of travellers was insufficient to justify the investment of 4–7 billion euros.

Customs officials make use of a variety of specialised tools and equipment when searching cars, lorries, aircraft, container ships and other items crossing the border. In 2016, officers from Immigration Enforcement (Border Force's sister organisation) introduced a new "Thin Purple Line" badge, used to represent Immigration Officers. This badge is worn jointly by IE and BF to represent the "thin line" of officers protecting the UK's border. This follows the practice of other public services, such as the Police (Thin Blue Line), Prison Service (Thin Grey Line), Ambulance Service (Thin Green Line) and the Fire Service (Thin Red Line).

The hospital is situated at the junction of the dual-carriageway Nottingham Ring Road (A6514) and the east-west A52 and A6200. There is a Medilink bus service, which connects Queen's Drive (Park and Ride) with Queen's Medical Centre, Wilkinson Street (for park and ride) and Nottingham City Hospital. Trent Barton’s indigo, i4 and Red Arrow and Nottingham City Transport’s Grey Line 53 and Orange Line 34, 35 and 36 bus services stop near to QMC. The Queen's Medical Centre tram stop, on line 1 of the Nottingham Express Transit, is situated between the South Block of the main hospital and the Treatment Centre.

This band is followed by another greyish fuscous rounded spot, larger than either of the other two, from the anal angle along the apical margin, but not quite reaching to the costal margin, where there are three fuscous spots, two small and one larger. There is a slender shining leaden grey line borders the wing, running from the anal angle along the extreme apical margin, and around the apex along the base of the costal cilia and lying on the end of the cell. This spot is followed by another large brown patch, occupying the whole apical portion of the wing. The hindwings are pale leaden grey.Trans. Ent. Soc. Lond.

"In contrast to a positive norm of reciprocity Gouldner (1960) also suggested a negative norm of reciprocity or sentiments of retaliation where the emphasis is placed not on the return of benefits but on the return of injuries" (Chen, 2009). So there is a slight grey line between what could be considered a positive norm and a negative norm. But both of these reciprocity norms are mechanisms adapted by humans in order to keep a balance among mankind. "Accordingly, both positive and negative norms or reciprocity serve as starting mechanisms as well as stabilizing functions in theta they help initiate and maintain equitable interpersonal exchanges in human evolution" (Chen, 2009).

The wingspan is about 17 mm. The forewings are light violet brownish with a rounded basal patch of whitish-grey suffusion, narrowed on the dorsum. The plical stigma is obscurely darker, posteriorly edged by two or three whitish-grey scales, the second discal forming a small round orange-tinged spot edged whitish grey except beneath, an irregular whitish-grey line from the middle of the costa to the anterior edge of this. The costal edge is pale grey-yellowish on the posterior half and there is a terminal series of whitish-grey dots, preceded on the apical area by a whitish-grey macular line.

The forewings are grey whitish with a faint tinge of tannish peach and with a slender blackish longitudinal supramedian streak from the base to the apex, and another rising from the base of the dorsum, running subdorsal and gradually converging to meet the first at the apex. There is a very oblique blackish striga from the costa at four-fifths also meeting these at the apex. There is a suffused dark grey line along the fold throughout, and another along the dorsum and termen throughout. The hindwings are bluish hyaline (glass like), minutely freckled with grey and with the veins dark grey, the costa and termen narrowly suffused with dark grey.

Sydney statistical areas Illustrated are the various statistical areas defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics for Sydney and its surrounding area. The extent of the Greater Sydney Greater Capital City Statistical Area is designated by thick grey line and black text. The Greater Capital City Statistical Areas are the eight unique statistical divisions delineating the broadest possible concept of each state or territory capital city, constructed from one or more whole labour market areas (designated SA4 in the Australian Statistical Geography Standard). The Rest of NSW area includes the entire remainder of the state, as each state or territory has only one GCCSA.

The forewings are fuscous grey, the margins narrowly dark fuscous and with the costal edge, hindmarginal edge, and all veins marked by bright carmine lines. There is a very ill-defined straight oblique cloudy dark grey transverse line from the middle of the costa to the inner margin at two-thirds. There is also a very ill-defined roundish pale yellow spot on middle of the inner margin, anteriorly or wholly carmine tinged, margined anteriorly by the transverse dark grey line. There is a round suffused blackish-grey spot on the inner margin at four-fifths, in some specimens very conspicuous, in others absent.

The distal margin is edged with a grey line, and proximally to this there is a narrow dentate brown band which is divided by the veins. The submarginal ocelli encircled with pale yellow. The female differs above but little from the male; the grey dusting at the apex of the forewing extends in many specimens to near the cell, especially on the underside, where the veins are also silvery. The butterflies flutter on dry and stony places slowly and low above the boulders, the forewing being moved in a different plane as the hindwing; Elwes, who saw all forms of parmenio alive, did not find this kind of flight in any other butterfly.

The forewings are brownish ochreous on the costal half, while the dorsal half is dark ferruginous blending to tawny fuscous. On the pale costal half, the ground-colour blends and varies with many different tints, a shining leaden-grey suffusion along its lower edge reaching nearly to the apex is repeated near the base of the costa, while the costa itself becomes pale rusty brown rather than brownish ochreous. The dark dorsal half also varies in tone and colour, its upper edge is rich reddish ferruginous throughout, blending to dark tawny fuscous along the dorsum and becoming even darker towards the termen and tornus. There is a leaden-grey line around the apex and termen.

CENTRA is a service based at the southern end of the region, serving the areas around Clarksburg and Harrison County. Travel is facilitated by 16 individual lines that run weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. The Mountain Line Transit Authority provides bus routes in and around Monongalia County and WVU campuses. When WVU is in session, 18 routes around Morgantown provide service from as early as 6 AM to as late as 2:30 AM. During summer these hours are slightly reduced, and some routes are eliminated altogether. The Grey Line is a special intercity service connecting the area to Pittsburgh for a flate rate of $25.00 per ride.

The two consumers will exchange between themselves under competitive market behaviour. This assumption requires a certain suspension of disbelief since the conditions for perfect competition – which include an infinite number of consumers – aren't satisfied. If two Xs exchange for a single Y, then Octavio's and Abby's transaction will take them to some point along the solid grey line, which is known as a budget line. (To be more precise, a budget line may be defined as a straight line through the endowment point representing allocations obtainable by exchange at a certain price.) Budget lines for a couple of other prices are also shown as dashed and dotted lines in Fig. 2\. Fig. 3.

There is a blackish basal dot in the middle and an irregular more or less interrupted dark violet-fuscous line from one-fourth of the costa to the middle of the dorsum, posteriorly edged with ferruginous-yellow suffusion in the disc. A small dark violet-fuscous spot is found on the middle of the costa, the second discal stigma dark fuscous, and one or two dots tinged with yellow between these, as well as a somewhat curved blackish-grey line from three-fourths of the costa to the tornus, the apical area beyond this greyish violet. A marginal series of blackish dots is found around this area. The hindwings are ochreous whitish.

The forewings are yellow, sprinkled with brownish, the costa narrowly and termen more broadly ochreous, the terminal half in females tinged with ochreous orange. A fuscous mark is found along the basal fourth of the dorsum and there is a trisinuate dark grey line from the middle of the costa to two- thirds of the dorsum, edged posteriorly with lilac suffusion except towards the costa. A curved series of undefined dark grey dots is found midway between this and the termen, indented in the middle, not reaching the margins. There is an irregular curved series of similar dots from a mark on the costa before three-fourths to the tornus and there are some very indistinct grey terminal dots.

The wingspan is about 21 mm. The forewings are bright crimson, suffusedly mixed with light ashy-grey, except on the edge. There is a darker purple-grey cloudy line beneath the costal edge and the costal edge is yellow on the basal third, as well as a purplish- fuscous dot in the disc before the middle, a second on the fold slightly before the first, and a third in the disc at two-thirds. There is an irregular indistinct slender yellowish line from the third dot to two-thirds of the inner margin and a moderate triangular yellow spot on the costa somewhat beyond the middle, as well as a cloudy purple-grey line along the hindmargin.

The forewings are blackish with the extreme base grey and with a narrow irregular grey subbasal fascia, which is metallic blue on the costa. Beyond this is an irregular metallic-blue transverse line not reaching the costa. There is also an oblique metallic-blue streak from a white dot on the costa at two-fifths to the middle of the wing, as well as an irregular zigzag metallic-blue transverse line at three-fifths, not reaching the costa. A nearly straight grey line runs from a white dot on the costa at three-fifths to the dorsum at three-fourths and there is a pale iridescent- grey marginal line around the apex and termen, preceded by an irregular-edged narrow metallic-blue fascia.

The forewings are fuscous with a rather broad light ochreous- yellow dorsal stripe throughout, the edge is broadly prominent at about two- thirds, where it reaches halfway across the wing, narrowed towards the tornus. There is a curved dark grey line from four-fifths of the costa to the tornus, edged anteriorly by a light greyish line becoming stronger and white towards the costa, preceded towards the costa by an obscure ochreous dark-edged line. The area beyond this is light ochreous yellow, marked on the upper part of the tornal prominence with a dark bronzy spot containing a round black dot, the apical projection is suffused with grey and contains a white longitudinal mark. The hindwings are grey, lighter anteriorly.

There is a transverse irregular suffused rather dark grey shade on the dorsal half of the wing at one-third, nearly preceded by a roundish pale grey cloud. There is a somewhat ocellate patch from the dorsum before the tornus reaching rather more than half across the wing, edged anteriorly by an irregular rather dark grey line and posteriorly by a cloudy lighter grey shade dilated downwards. A cloudy grey somewhat dotted marginal line is found on the lower part of the termen. The hindwings are grey-whitish with the costal area rather expanded on the basal three-fifths, a whitish-grey-ochreous subcostal hairpencil from the base to three-fifths, lying in a shallow ochreous-grey streak-like groove.

The classic traverse of Crib Goch from East to West leads up from the Pyg track to a ‘bad step’, where hands and feet are both needed briefly. It is followed by ascent to the arête, before tackling three rock-pinnacles to a grassy col at Bwlch Coch. This first part of the ridge is exposed with precipices below, having resulted in several fatalities, even of experienced mountaineers; the Snowdonia National Park Authority describes it as ‘not a mountain for the inexperienced’.

The wingspan is . The forewings are white with a grey basal patch including a darker violet-bronzy central shade, the edge irregular, running from one-third of the costa to the middle of the dorsum. Beyond this is a grey dorsal patch extending to three-fourths, and reaching to the fold. A somewhat oblique- transverse dark grey mark is found on the end of the cell and there is an irregular strongly curved grey line from beyond the middle of the costa to the end of the dorsal blotch, as well as a grey band occupying about the apical fourth of the wing, including a white line from five-sixths of the costa to the tornus, the terminal edge white preceded by some suffused dark grey dots.

The wingspan is about 22 mm. The forewings are white with a light grey basal patch including three darker grey shades, the outer edge running from beyond one-fourth of the costa to beyond one-third of the dorsum, obtusely angulated on the fold, followed on the dorsal half by irregular light brownish-grey suffusion extending to beyond the middle. There is an irregular curved grey line from beyond the middle of the costa to four-fifths of the dorsum, suffusedly connected with two dots transversely placed on the end of the cell, so as to form a transverse-oval loop. There is a dark grey terminal fascia, narrowed to the tornus, separated by a white line from a pale grey preceding shade not reaching the costa.

The wingspan is about 21 mm. The forewings are pale brown, faintly rosy-tinged, with a few scattered black specks and small grey spots on the costa at one-fourth, before the middle, and at three-fifths, from the third a strongly curved faint grey line marked with several black dots runs to the dorsum before the tornus. The stigmata are represented by white tufts, the plical obliquely beyond the first discal and a grey blotch extending on the dorsum from one-fourth to four-fifths and reaching to the fold, mixed blackish anteriorly. A blackish spot adjoining the posterior line is found just below the middle, beneath this a spot of whitish suffusion edged posteriorly by a black dot, and some whitish suffusion above the tornus.

The forewings are ochreous carmine pink, strewn with whitish-ochreous scales. The costa is narrowly deeper pink and the tips of the scales are whitish ochreous. There is a dark fuscous dot in the disc before the middle, a second, rather larger and sometimes distinctly double in the disc beyond the middle and a third obliquely beyond the first on the fold. There is a very irregular cloudy grey transverse line close to the base, which is darker on the costa and there is a distinct cloudy strongly and irregularly dentate transverse grey line from the costa to the inner margin, and another more strongly dentate from the costa to the middle of the inner margin, both forming small dark grey spots on the costa.

The wingspan is about 19 mm. The forewings are white with a narrow dark grey streak along the costa from the base to beyond one-fourth, with a short projection from its middle, and a rather oblique grey line from its apex reaching to the fold, as well as a somewhat oblique transverse dark grey mark on the end of the cell. There are small rather dark fuscous spots on the dorsum at three-fifths and four-fifths, and small fuscous spots on the costa beyond the middle and at three-fourths. A somewhat curved transverse fuscous shade is found behind the discal spot, the extremities directed towards but not reaching the first costal and second dorsal spots, and a rather curved shade from beneath the second costal spot to the dorsum before the tornus.

The forewings are brown suffused with dark fuscous irroration (sprinkles) and with an oblique ochreous-white fascia towards the base, as well as an oblique whitish streak from the costa at one- third, running into a rather narrow somewhat curved whitish postmedian fascia, both these somewhat mixed with blue grey. The stigmata are indistinct, formed by blackish irroration, the discal approximated, the plical before the first discal, a curved white line running from the postmedian fascia around the upper edge of the first discal and then direct beyond the plical to the dorsum. There is a white spot on the costa at five-sixths, where a blue-grey line edged anteriorly with white and containing a blackish dot in the disc runs to the tornus. There are also three minute white dots on the termen extending into the cilia.

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are pale greyish, with the costal edge white and the costal third suffused ochreous-white on the basal two-fifths and a short dark grey dorsal streak near the base. There are two very obliquely placed dark grey dots (including the first discal stigma) in the disc about one-fourth, directed towards the anterior angle of an ill-defined quadrate median dorsal blotch of darker grey suffusion. There are spots of darker grey suffusion on the costa before the middle and at two-thirds, the first connected by one or two dark grey dots (including the second discal stigma) with the anterior angle of a pre-tornal subquadrate blotch of darker grey suffusion, the second sending a very oblique darker grey line rather abruptly curved in the disc to the tornus.

The forewings are rather dark grey and with a red streak along the basal third of the costa, bordered beneath by an ochreous-white streak, of which the posterior extremity forms an oblong spot surrounded by a dark grey line and there is a broad yellow streak, margined beneath with red except on the fascia, along the middle third of the costa, the apex suddenly pointed. There is a rather narrow silvery-white direct fascia somewhat before the middle, terminated above by yellow streak, margined anteriorly with red, posteriorly with dark grey and then more broadly with red. There is a rather narrow silvery-white fascia, margined with red all around, from beneath the costa at two-thirds along the costa to the apex, then along the hindmargin to the anal angle. The hindwings are white.

The wingspan is about 13 mm. The forewings are leaden grey with a rather oblique violet-golden-metallic streak from the costa at one-third, edged with black on both sides, more broadly towards the costa anteriorly, almost meeting a similar erect streak from the dorsum in the middle, edged black anteriorly. Beyond these is a broad brownish-ochreous transverse band dilated towards the costa, limited posteriorly by an inwards-oblique pale yellowish black-edged mark from the costa at four-fifths and an erect violet-golden-metallic streak from the dorsum at four-fifths. A rather down-curved light blue-grey line connects the apices of the two dorsal streaks and from the apex of the yellowish mark, a violet-golden-metallic line runs to the apex of a rather oblique blue-grey fasciate streak from the middle of the costa.

Beyond the cell, there is a straight transverse dark brown line running from beyond the middle of the costa to the middle of the inner margin, where it nearly touches the line crossing the middle of the cell. This is defined inwardly by a broad, pale grey shade. This line is followed by another straight transverse line running from the costa three fourths of the distance from the base to the inner margin two-thirds of the distance from the base, defined inwardly by a pale grey line, which is interrupted on the nervules by ochraceous dots, marking the origin of a regular series of markings which lie on the side toward the base with their points towards the base, which are dark brown shaded with pale grey toward the margin. Beyond this dark brown line, the outer third of the wing is fawn marked by a subapical brown shading and a similarly submarginal shading near the outer angle, both fading inwardly into grey.

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are grey-whitish, irregularly sprinkled grey and with a small blackish mark on the costa at one-fifth, where a very oblique series of three cloudy blackish-grey dots meets, in the disc, a double incurved blackish-grey line terminating on the dorsum at one-third. A second blackish mark is found on the costa before the middle, where a very oblique series of four dots meets in the disc a rather incurved line running to near the dorsum at four-fifths, preceded by two or three blackish-grey marks near the dorsum, and a blackish annulus in the disc open beneath and connected with the preceding line by a streak of blackish-grey suffusion. There is also a suffused dark grey excurved shade from a triangular costal spot at two-thirds to the dorsum before the tornus, and another darker but less thick between this and the termen.

The forewings are blackish fuscous with a somewhat arched yellow-ochreous subcostal streak from the base to the disc beyond the middle, edged beneath by a shorter leaden-grey streak not reaching either extremity. There are two oblique white streaks from the costa anteriorly running into the subcostal streak. There is an incurved yellow-ochreous line from one-third of the dorsum to before the apex of the leaden-grey streak, and a fine white S-shaped line from beyond the middle of dorsum to its apex, as well as an oblique leaden-grey line from the middle of the costa to beyond the apex of the subcostal streak, nearly obsolete at the origin, continued as a fine white S-shaped line parallel to the preceding one to the dorsum, between these parallel lines is a yellow-ochreous dot. There is also an oblique white striga from the costa beyond the middle, becoming yellow ochreous beneath, and two short direct white strigulae from the costa posteriorly.

SPE is a method of chromatography, except in the broadest, simplest sense. It is an extractive technique, a solid-liquid extractive technique—taking advantage of large differences in the Keq, or equilibrium constant, of mixture components between the solid phase and the mobile phase resulting, for a well-designed and executed separation, in a bulk separation of one or more of the mixture components so that it is significantly enriched as a result of the rapid extractive procedure. Granted many of the adsorbents/materials are the same as in chromatographic methods, and when these materials are packed into long columns—such that the number of theoretical plates increases by orders of magnitude as a result—the same materials result in chromatographic separations of components with even small difference is their Keq between phases. Even so, grey line that it might be that divides SPE and chrom, the distinctives are clear enough to say that SPE is an extractive technique, with theory, procedures, and aims separate from chromatography, and so with a unique niche in modern chemical science.

The forewings are bright olive-brown, from the extreme base an oblique leaden-grey line extends downwards to the dorsum at one-fifth. Beyond it an oblique black line leaving the costa at one-fifth reaches nearly to the dorsum, accompanied throughout on its outer edge by a pinkish-ochreous line followed by steel-grey scales. A patch of steel-grey scales a little before the middle of the costa scarcely reaches beyond the upper margin of the cell, and is followed beyond the middle by a small pinkish-ochreous costal dot connected by some steel-grey scales with an inwardly oblique pinkish-ochreous line reverting towards the middle of the dorsum, black-margined on its inner edge and with steel-grey scales externally. Some spots of steel-grey scales lie a little above the tornus, others being scattered around the termen and the inner extremities of a series of pinkish ochreous spots which, to the number of about seven, follow the margin of the wing at the base of the costal and terminal cilia and are separated by some dark fuscous scales.

The 35.5 km long MRT Pink line will have 30 stations and will be a monorail line. It will run in the northern part of the city from east Bangkok in Minburi District (also transfers to MRT Orange Line) along Ram Inthra Road to west Bangkok (Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi Province) Chaeng Watthana Road and Tiwanon Road ending at The Nonthaburi Civic Center which transfer to the MRT Purple Line. The line will also transfer with the SRT Dark Red Line which is under construction, the planned BTS Sukhumvit Line extension to Lam Lukka, and the BMA Proposed MRT Grey Line in the future. The Pink line was due to be tendered in the 3rd quarter of 2013 with construction due to commence in early 2014."Cabinet to mull rail projects" Bangkok Post, 26 Feb 2013 However, delays in preparation of the tender in relation to the selection of monorail rolling stock and subsequent political protests resulting in a snap national election in early Feb 2014, further delayed the Pink Line tender.

The wingspan is about 14 mm. The forewings are white, slightly and very minutely speckled ochreous-grey and with a grey spot on the base of the costa and there is a dark grey spot on the costa at one-third, where some grey suffusion extends towards the base and there is a larger spot on the costa beyond the middle, the upper half dark grey, the lower greyish- ochreous and there are strong transverse whitish ridge-tufts above and below the middle at one-fourth. Two transversely placed confluent dots of grey irroration indicate the first discal stigma, extended by a grey shade to the dorsum and the second discal stigma is dot-like and blackish, with a transverse blotch of pale greyish-ochreous suffusion between this and the first, as well as a faint blotch of pale grey suffusion beyond this, and another on the dorsum beneath it. A hardly sinuate direct fine grey line runs from three-fourths of the costa to the dorsum before the tornus and the terminal area beyond this is suffused grey, in the disc irregularly sprinkled blackish.
