Yours – Forever More is the debut album of the Scottish progressive rock group Forever More. Recorded in 1969, it was released as a vinyl album in 1970. It was produced by Simon Napier-Bell and Ray Singer. It features Future The Average White Band members Onnie McIntyre and Alan Gorrie.

Initially, Forever More were managed by a company called International Artists, which was based in Gerrard Street, Soho. Together with trumpeter Mike Rosen, they were known as the Dundee Horns. In the heyday of Forever More it was not unusual for this brass section to jam with Forever More whenever their gigs coincided.

Forever More were a genuine performing band, although the band members play characters other than themselves in the film. Songs from the soundtrack appear on their album Yours – Forever More. They toured the UK as headliners with Renaissance supporting and played their first John Peel session for the BBC, which included a version of The Beatles' Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown). The group continued on a year of touring, again with Wishbone Ash and Forever More. The second album Friendliness was quickly recorded in August 1972 and released in November with some songs that had started life in pre- Stackridge days. By this time Crun had rejoined the band which consisted of Davis, Warren, Slater, Evans, Walter and Billy Sparkle.

Bayard first appears as the property of Renaud de Montauban (Italian: Rinaldo) in the Old French twelfth century chanson de geste Quatre Fils Aymon. The horse was capable of carrying Rinaldo and his three brothers ("the four sons of Aymon") all at the same time and of understanding human speech. Near the end of the work, Renaud is forced to cede Bayard to Charlemagne who, as punishment for the horse's exploits, has a large stone tied to Bayard's neck and has the horse pushed into the river; Bayard however smashes the stone with his hooves and escapes to live forever more in the woods.Les Quatre Fils, 273-4.

Shortly before disbanding in 1971 Forever More, by means of a simple name change, morphed into a band called Glencoe. The line-up was still the same: Mick Strode, on lead electric guitar, had already incorporated his mandolin playing and acoustic guitar into their live performances; and all four members were offering vocal harmonies, although Alan Gorrie remained the principal singer with Mick Strode singing solo on some numbers, especially on his own compositions. Since Alan Gorrie played both bass and piano, Onnie McIntyre would sometimes switch to playing bass for live performances. Not long after Forever More's change of name to Glencoe, however, Onnie McIntyre and Alan Gorrie decided to leave the band.

They flee from the court of Charlemagne after Renaud kills one of Charlemagne's nephews (Bertolai) in a brawl. A long war follows, during which Renaud and his brothers remain faithful to the chivalrous code of honor despite their sufferings, until Charlemagne is prevailed on by his paladins to make terms. The four brothers are pardoned on condition that Renaud go to the Holy Land on Crusade, and that their magical horse Bayard, who could expand his size to carry all four brothers on its back, be surrendered to Charlemagne. Charlemagne orders that the magic horse be drowned by chaining it to a stone and throwing it in a river, but the horse escapes and lives forever more in the woods.

Its music video was directed by the celebrated director/cinematographer Raymond Red, and showed Magalona, his band Hardware Syndrome, his backup singers the Evil Stepsisters, and the respective children of Magalona and Red at that time. After Magalona's death the song was the one used in many of the pay tributes to the artist, including an audio-visual has been paid presentation from Eat Bulaga!, the noontime variety program of which Magalona was a co-host, and a short rendering of the song first at the Eraserheads' "Final Set" reunion concert 2009, which the band dedicated to Magalona. In May 2013, Francis' son Elmo Magalona released a remake of the song as a duet between him and his dad entitled "Kaleidoscope World Forever More".

The Windmill Vandals are a group of 4 horsebacked Vandals (Eastern Germanic Tribesmen) who once plagued the land of Nowhere. The farmer who once lived in the farmhouse where the Bagge family now reside constructed the windmill next to the farmhouse, and inscribed several runes, one on each blade of the windmill, in order to keep the Vandals away. In the episode in which they appear, the windmill breaks, and the Vandals appear as wraiths to come and destroy the farmhouse (even though there were other instances where the windmill was damaged throughout the show and the Vandals did not appear). The mill is repaired and broken several times, until finally it is fully fixed, and the Vandals banished forever more.

The theme of the English version is along the same lines as the Italian version, in that people have the power to change the world themselves, that boundaries are only limited by yourself. The Italian chorus sings about dreams tattooed on the skin that can not be removed, and the fire to achieve them burns in our eyes whereas the English version sings of holding onto dreams that will burn forever more. The Italian middle8 sings of the pride of being part of 'The Pack' and that 'he wants you' whereas the English middle8 sings of letting go to passion and to be guided by the fire within you. It is assumed that the grammatical error in the English title is deliberate as both artists have released various songs in grammatically correct English in the past.

Ruscha was a Christian rock band formed in the mid 1980s, by two Siberian immigrant brothers Nikolai R. Pankratz and Peter Pankratz who escaped Communist Russia, then testified to the plight of their fellow believers after safely reaching the USA, where they formed a band at Liberty University in VA. At first, the band released two albums under the name "The Russians" (The Russians, I Want To Talk To You & Love Forever More). The band underwent a name change for the third album called "Ruscha" in 1987 and released Come Alive in 1988. After being articled to one ML Moss KC, JP Durack was admitted to the bar in August 1913, and took up practice on Howard Street. At this time he started using the name "John Peter", as Peter had been his nickname in college, to distinguish himself from his cousin, the identically initialled John Wallace Durack, who also had his office on Howard Street, which meant a lot of misdirected mail, and constant meet-ups to amend this. The name stuck, and he was known as John Peter, or JP forever more, although it seems he was still referred to John William on the odd formal occasion. In 1917, JP took leave of his practice to enlist as a serviceman during World War 1. He served with the 10th Light Horse Brigade in Egypt, Palestine and Syria and by World War 2, he had the rank of Major in the Army Legal Corps.

Aberdare had been interested in the plight of working class drinkers since Gladstone had appointed him Home Secretary. The defeat of the Licensing Bill by the Tory 'beerage' and publicans was drafted to limit hours and protect the public, but it persuaded a convinced Anglican forever more of the iniquities. In 1882 he began a connection with West Africa which lasted the rest of his life, by accepting the chairmanship of the National African Company, formed by Sir George Goldie, which in 1886 received a charter under the title of the Royal Niger Company and in 1899 was taken over by the British government, its territories being constituted the protectorate of Nigeria. West African affairs, however, by no means exhausted Lord Aberdare's energies, and it was principally through his efforts that a charter was in 1894 obtained for the University College of South Wales and Monmouthshire,a constituent institution of the University of Wales.

Napier-Bell managed John's Children, who were better known for their ability to shock rather than for their music and who were thrown off a major tour of Germany for upstaging The Who with an act that included running round the audience throwing feathers in the air and whipping each other with chains. Napier-Bell teamed up with Ray Singer to produce records for various artists including the Scaffold (a group which included Paul McCartney's brother, Mike McGear), Peter Sarstedt, Forever More (which went on to change itself into The Average White Band) and lesser known acts, Plus and Brut. He also spent a year in Australia where he worked for Albert Productions and produced acts such as Alison McCallum, Bobbi Marchini and John Paul Young (who later credited Napier-Bell with having discovered him). Following this, he worked in Spain and South America for two years, managing one of Spain's biggest stars, Júnior, with whom he co-wrote several Spanish hits, in particular the biggest selling Spanish language single of the 1970s, "Perdóname".
