Aishwarya Arjun forayed into films in 2013 with the Tamil-language action-comedy Pattathu Yaanai opposite Vishal. The story revolves around Sravanan (Vishal) who, along with his four friends, steps in as a junior cook to help Gouravam (Santhanam) for a local goon’s wedding but ends up in more trouble and flees Karaikudi and reaches Trichy where he meets Aishwarya (Aishwarya Arjun). The film was dubbed in Telugu as Dheerudu. Next, she acted in Sollividavaa (2018) opposite Chandan Kumar.
