Proclydonautilus is a genus of nautiloids belonging to the Clydonautilidae known from the Upper Triassic of North America, Europe, and India. The shell of Proclydonautilus, like those of other Clydonautilitidae, is involute and smooth. It is distinguished by its suture which has a broad, shallow to deep ventral lobe that divides a large ventral saddle. Of note is that although Mijares was a well-known singer, he was not involved in the recording of any new song for the album. This production was the first one with Melody Records, as a prelude to her next album. In 1988 she released Lucerito (later re-released as Ocho Quince), her first Melody Records album. The album was a huge success and brought her to the realms of Mexican pop music where she now competed with teen pop acts at the time such as Timbiriche, Sasha Sokol, Luis Miguel, Tatiana, Chayanne, Karina and Flans.

Rumors of a reunion started in early 1999 and were confirmed with a performance at the Acapulco Milenio Festival, followed by a tour which included several performance at the prestigious Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City. A new album, Hadas, was released later that year and promoted throughout 2000, with the singles Hadas, Tu Eterna Pesadilla, Rufino and Si Te Vas. Due to a dispute with their former manager (Mildred Villafañe) over the ownership of the name "Flans", the group changed their name to IIM in 2002 and released a new album featuring three new songs and new versions of their greatest hits.

The government would not allow racy themed content on television and on the airwaves, music festivals were not allowed. The music that dominated Mexico and much of Latin America during this era were mostly teen flavored acts like Menudo, Timbiriche, Flans and others. Rock acts could not land any recording deal because record label executives were much more interested in selling listeners a colorful, hip and trendy image to the general public ranging from youngsters to middle aged adults. With the strong impact of Argentine and Spanish rock bands by the mid-1980s, the local scene would begin to develop acts that would generate an identity of its own.

In August 1809 during the Tyrolean Rebellion, in an ambush near "Grassstein", 500 Saxons who fought for the French troops as the Rhine were captured by the Tyroleans, in retaliation the village of Flans was fired. The reorganization of Commons, made in 1849, led to a reduction of these, from nine to three: Stilfes, Trens and Mauls. On October 18, 1928, by decree, the three municipalities were reunited in a single, the Municipality of Freienfeld. Blanchet departed the show in July 2004 as part of a relaunch that brought Flans singer Mimí and Francisco de la O on as hosts. In November 2005, Ingrid Coronado was announced as a new presenter, beginning December 5; de la O would instead host another program for TV Azteca. However, a much larger overhaul was on its way; the program and Con sello de mujer, a women's program, were replaced by Venga la Alegría on January 2, 2006, with Coronado, La Salvia, and Fernando del Solar hosting.

Latin American Idol was filmed in Buenos Aires, Argentina and aired throughout Latin America with the exception of Brazil, which has its own version called Ídolos Brazil, premiered in 2006. Portuguese-language contestants can participate if they are able to sing in Spanish. The show's hosts are the Venezuelan Erika de La Vega and Argentine Monchi Balestra. In the first season the judges panel was made up by Jon Secada from the United States (born in Cuba), Gustavo Sánchez from Puerto Rico and Elizabeth Meza from México, the last of this being replaced since the second season by Mimi, a former member of musical group Flans, and Oscar Mediavilla from Argentina, replacing Gustavo Sánchez for the fourth season.

The most obvious way to detect a plated coin would be if the base metal core was damaged or worn, revealing the base metal. There are often chisel or chop marks on ancient silver coins by merchants attempting to determine if a coin was solid. These "banker marks" are most common on Roman denarii of the 1st century BC and 1st century AD. During the Crisis of the Third Century, constant wars required a lot of coins to be produced, leading to heavy debasing of precious metal coinage. The antoninianus was eventually debased to the point where flans (blank metal disks) were produced with 5% silver or less, and pickled to dissolve the copper from the surface producing a spongy surface of almost pure silver.

Besides, as a part of every subculture, a "characteristic" dance was born: the "wavy", in which one would remain standing, sort of bouncing from left to right and all the way round while miming a "wavy" move with the opposite arm (lifted about the shoulder's level pararell to the floor). The magazine "Eres" was one of the most popular and influential among adolescents, and the radio station "WFM 96.9" was certainly locally important and popular.

Lucky and Elizabeth's romantic relationship took place gradually as result of the rape, and viewers liked the slow pacing that made the relationship honest and innocent, something unique among soap opera couples at the time. Each character dealing with personal issues, the couple's first kiss happened months into the relationship, and was anticipated and celebrated by fans. The series used the popular teen characters as an opportunity to reach young viewers with a social message through Lucky and Elizabeth's decision to abstain from sex.

In 1987 she recorded an a capella song with the group 'The Christians' for a television program and in May of that year, her next album "Quiéreme aunque te duela" (Love me even if it hurts you), was launched, in which she started to be less of a rocker and discovered herself as a great ballad performer, ballads that would be the greatest hits of that release. The album included her smash hit "A Cada Paso", which became her breakout hit in Latin-America, it climbed to the number one position in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Mexico; the Mexican female pop-band Flans made a cover of the song in 1990, and also became a big hit in that country. She participated in the TV program "¡Qué noche la de aquel año!" (¡How incredible was that year's night!), that was hosted by Miguel Ríos, then she travelled to México, Venezuela and New York City.
