Kratkofil 2007 Kratkofil was founded in 2007 and was, at the time, the first film festival in Banja Luka and Republic of Srpska. The idea was to fill the gap in the film industry of the country, where short film form was not present at all, but was a starting point for most of the young directors of the country.
