All photos by Daniel Zetterstrom Tucked into a forest outside the town of Dufur, Oregon (that's pronounced "Doofer," by the way), What The Festival brought thousands of hippies, bassheads, woodsfolk, club kids and ravers alike into its illuminated forest of trippiness last weekend.

The Doofer resembles a humanoid assembly of bricks who appears to suffer a fatal drug overdose during Herogasm. He is thrown from the rooftop by Butcher to create a distraction.

Fantastico are a group of four heroes that appear on the cover of Herogasm #3. The Doofer, Reacher Dick, Invisi-Lass, are part of the group.Herogasm #3 A fourth character with fire based powers is not named.

Dave, as Daisy, reveals who he is to stop them throwing her overboard, while Spence catches Doofer trying to find the tape, and Adina (Adam) shows he's male too causing a big shock to Jimmy. Both the KOK and the DOG are shocked at the situation. The KOK "High Council" is convened to determine their fate, Dave describes that he feels so sorry for the way the DOGS were treated and no longer wants to be a member of KOK. Next Dave accuses Spence of stealing the money, and Doofer produces the tape to prove it.

Doofer is looking for the tape elsewhere. Jimmy finds Adina (Adam) and asks her to dance. Afterward John Kloss grabs Leah on the butt cheek and she slaps him across the face. He then organizes another "DOG- Catcher" session to throw Leah overboard, for not being receptive to his advances.

Hugh McClelland's Beelzebub Jones (1937) Hugh McClelland was a cartoonist who headed the cartoon department of the Daily Mirror in the UK. In 1937, he introduced his wild Western comic strip Beelzebub Jones in the pages of the Daily Mirror. After taking over as cartoon chief at the Mirror in 1945, he dropped Beelzebub Jones and moved on to a variety of new strips, including Dan Doofer, Sunshine Falls and Jimpy.

The wild Western strip ran from December 28, 1937 to December 28, 1945 in the Daily Mirror newspaper. The sheriff character was based on McClelland's father, a farmer with a wooden leg. After taking over as cartoon chief at the Mirror in 1945, he dropped Beelzebub Jones and moved on to a variety of new strips, including Dan Doofer, Sunshine Falls and Jimpy. In 1952, he exited the Mirror for the tabloid Daily Sketch.

The next morning, the three are accused by the KOK President Spence, of embezzling the other fraternity brothers' tuition money. They are then run out of the house for ruining the KOK members futures. Doofer suggests that the secret video camera in Adam's room in the frat house, (which Adam uses to record having sex with the Tri Pi's and preserves as part of his Walk Of Shame collection), may show who actually stole the money. In order to infiltrate the house, the three follow Doofer's plan of dressing up as women (however rather unattractive in appearance and clothing wise) to get inside because it's ladies night and also because they have been booted from the house.

Scrash were signed to the Doofer You management company and to the XS Press press agency, as well as to the ITB concert agency. They were courted for 18 months by most of the UK major labels at that time and were offered two record deals during that period - one with independent record label Behemoth Records and one with German industrial label Dynamica (who also had the successful UK industrial band Cubanate on their books at that time). Scrash refused to sign both deals. Scrash also produced a number of remixes for other artists during this period - most notably two remixes (the first in a techno style, the second in a sample heavy industrial style) for the London based indie band Boomslang's "Rage" single.
