In 2013, Sector3 Studios (formerly SimBin) released RaceRoom, a free-to-play simulator for Microsoft Windows.
The most well known and publicly active member of the Seven Guns, Horus is also the most powerful. Until he killed the president and everyone in the Oval Office, he was the most publicly trusted member of the team, and was often a guest of the President. John benefits from the enhancements pioneered by the other Guns: Blacksmith's offensive gun, Angela's flight system, and Tom Noir's baseline augmentations. John's personal contribution was a customisation of his Gun.
But now there are more than 125 spinning mills, with modern weaving units and garment units. Garment export has established itself as one of the major business in the district. Established market linkages by the small business units directly exporting the cloth materials and garments made the industry grow in a fast pace. Easy access to necessary inputs like yarns and dying units have led to the customisation of garments even at the small scale customized products.
For those enclosures that do not have an integral floor, the existing surface where the enclosure is constructed serves as the floor. Cat enclosures may be home-built or may be acquired from commercial suppliers. Those enclosures that are home-built are typically custom made. Enclosures purchased from commercial suppliers can also be custom made, they may feature a modular design that allows for some customisation, or they may only be offered in standard shapes and sizes.
Pathologic 2 received "mixed or average reviews" according to review aggregator Metacritic, with a score of 69 based on 27 reviews. Users, however, gave it an average rating of 8.6, representing "generally favourable reviews" based on 165 player reviews. Critics praised the game's unique atmosphere, but criticized its unforgiving survival mechanics and clunky combat. In response to this, the game's developers added difficulty sliders to the game, allowing customisation of specific parameters in addition to overall difficulty.
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG "AMG Desert Gold" Unveiled at the 2010 Dubai International Motor Show, this variant of the SLS AMG Coupé showcased further customisation options for the SLS AMG including decorative features in shining chrome or Silver Shadow colours, black-painted AMG light-alloy wheels in size 9.5 x 19 at the front and 11.0 x 20 at the rear with a golden ring on the rim flange and a matte gold body colour dubbed "desert gold".
Young is founder and chief executive officer of the nonprofit B-360, an education programme that supports disconnected young people and adults. B-360 makes use of dirtbike culture to build bridges between different communities. During the program participants learn about road safety, the mechanics of bike upkeep, bike customisation and how to use 3D printers. She was awarded a Baltimore Corps Elevation Award to develop the idea, creating a dirtbike version of the X Games.
Auto Modellista's customisation options also extends to visual enhancements, allowing the player to choose from many different color combinations, hood and spoiler types, plus the ability to add badges, stickers and even create license plates. Engine swaps are also available, for example, the Subaru 360 can have EJ20T in place of its EK32. Swapped engines cannot be retuned in the game. A large aspect of the game was its online mode, with online races supporting up to 8 players.
Engadget published an early impression of the keyboard, approving of the quality of the displays, the build quality of the keyboard, and the customisation software. However, they note that the keys' high resistance means that it is tiring to type on (exhausting the author in "30 seconds to a minute"), and therefore "it's better off used as an absurdly configurable Swiss army knife". Other reviewers felt that whilst the keyboard performed well, the high purchase price was not justified.

The mini-map, as well as the main game screen, shows symbols denoting three kinds of entities: blue for allies, green for squadmates, and orange for enemies, this applies to all interactivity on the battlefield. Battlefield 4 options also allow colour- blind players to change the on-screen colour indicators to: tritanomaly, deuteranomaly and protanomaly. Weapon customisation is expansive and encouraged. Primary, secondary and melee weapons can all be customised with weapon attachments and camouflage 'skins'.
Thanks to a change in the Billboard chart rules in 2013, Harlem Shake became the first US number 1 produced exclusively by streaming. YouTube produced an easter egg customisation for the song, where their user interface would appear to shake at the start of the first verse. Harlem Shake is certified double platinum in the United States. At the time of releasing his debut album Aa in 2016, Baauer, Adele and Drake held the record for top streams achieved in a week.
Point Blank is a fast-paced online first-person shooter, and is similar in terms of gameplay to Counter-Strike. It also features destructible and dynamic environments, as well as deeper character and skill customisation options. In Point Blank, players join either the Free Rebels or CT-Force team (the Free Rebels are based on the Terrorists from Counter-Strike, while CT- Force is based on the Counter-Terrorists). Battles in World of Warplanes unfold at dozens of unique maps, most of which are based on real- world landscapes.
The forum originally ran on Invision Power Board 1.3 with a highly customised skin, created by "the_argon". Due to the heavy customisation, an upgrade of the software was fraught with great difficulty and indefinitely put off, but in April 2006 was rebuilt around Invision Power Board version 2.1.4 after the site was hacked. However, due to changes in IPB updates breaking the customised skin, the board was not updated and as a result was hacked once again in October 2006.
Panorama's claim to fame is that the databases it creates are RAM- based; making them extremely fast. That said, as disk speeds and OS and application memory caching have improved, this speed benefit becomes less and less evident as years go by. Panorama is not as popular as FileMaker, its main competitor, though it has outlasted many similar products. What it lacks in conforming to standard application conventions it makes up for in its potential for customisation, incorporating a powerful scripting language.
These were limited edition versions, with 24 karat gold plated metal parts including tonearm and buttons. Many "non-official" special models of the SL-1200 and SL-1210 appeared over the years, mainly given away as prizes for turntablism, most notably the DMC World Championship, who awarded the winner a pair of 24K gold plated Technics turntables. Due to the customisation trend that has grown in the DJ community, many local events or competitions gave away custom coloured or finished units.
Skyler Miller of AllGame believed Micro Machines graphics push the console's capabilities, and also liked the colourful scenery. GamePro reviewer stated that the racing scenario variety and the vehicles being based on Galoob's Micro Machines toys made the game original. Mean Machines reviewer liked the presentation and playability, but described the sprites as "inconsistent". In a review of the SNES version, GamePro lauded the "cartoony" graphics and "cheerful" sound effects, along with the lack of car customisation to keep the gameplay "basic".
Douban is a Chinese social networking service website that allows its users to rate movies, TV dramas, music and concerts. It rapidly grew to 200 million registered users in 2013 (founded in 2005). In addition, people who like the same TV drama, like Game of Thrones, or fans of the same movie star, such as Tom Cruise, will group together to discuss and share their feelings. This allows companies to take advantage of mass customisation to sell products or reinforce their brand equity in suitable target groups.
Guitar Rig 3, released in December 2007, included the option to purchase the software independently of the hardware. The updated software also featured a streamlined view dedicated to live performances. Before version 3 was released, the graphical user interface simulated amplifier logos and design construction; however, version 3, this was replaced with a generic name. Released in October 2009, Guitar Rig version 4 introduced improved cabinet and microphone modeling software, alongside the "Control Room" feature, which allowed for greater customisation of preamp, cabinet and microphone combinations.
However, gains in operational efficiency achieved through standardization usually involve sacrificing flexibility and customisation. For the analyst, there is a constant trade off between improved operational efficiency and customised delivery. Identify and Manage Critical Incidents Some deviation is a normal aspect of service interactions; however any deviation that is likely to affect the customer's perceptions of value directly impacts on satisfaction. Those incidents which have the potential to become especially satisfying or dissatisfying are known as critical incidents and may benefit from standardised procedures.
The Beach Bum update, released on 19 November 2013, added more beach-themed jobs and customisation content for players. The Deathmatch & Race Creators update was released on 11 December and allowed players to create their own deathmatches and races. The Capture Update was released on 17 December and added a new team-based capture the flag mode called Capture. On 24 December, the Holiday Gifts update added Christmas-themed items, discounts to in-game vehicles, weapons, apartments and other items, and snowfall to the game world.
The criterion for admission is given by an interval of performance handicaps which may be adjusted by the organisers of each event but that is understood to exclude the current state-of-the-art gliders. Water ballast is not permitted. The class is perceived as being fair in spite of the differences in glider performance. This may become compromised by the trend towards modification/customisation of Club Class gliders in ways that distort the handicapping and are difficult to control by the sporting bodies.
Following the completion of builder's sea trials, Tidesurge departed Opko en route for her delivery to the United Kingdom. During her journey, she made stopovers at United States Fleet Activities Sasebo in Japan and Pearl Harbour, Hawaii. She then transited the Panama Canal into the Atlantic Ocean, anchoring off Antigua before continuing her transit to Falmouth, England. She arrived in Falmouth on 27 March 2018 and underwent UK customisation work, including the fitting of self-defence weaponry, communications systems and armour, in the A&P; Falmouth shipyard.
Kahn, who has been described as "the king of car customisation" by the automotive magazine, Autocar, pulled out of architecture to pursue his love for cars. In 1996, Kahn designed the RS-R alloy wheel. The design, in which the spokes gave the appearance of continuing all the way to the rim was considered a first in the industry. Using capital derived from the initial sold-out production run of 1,000 RS-R wheels, Kahn founded A. Kahn Design in Bradford, West Yorkshire in the late 1990s.
The launch of the Continental R had the effect of stimulating the imagination and demands of some of the world's wealthiest individuals. Throughout the 1990s, Rolls-Royce was tasked with developing numerous special cars for such customers, a service beyond that of mere customisation. Code named "Blackpool cars",Hull, p. 110 these were highly bespoke automobiles, generally based on the Continental R, but with unique body shells often costing several million pounds to tool up, from which a handful of examples would be made.
Similarly, many installations write their own informal tools that use ISPF services. ISPF services are generally available to any programmer in the shop, and can be used to write panels for either personal or shop-wide use, writing in either compiled languages such as C, COBOL, PL/I, or interpreted languages such as CLIST and REXX. ISPF applications can be used to perform so-called "file tailoring" functions, customisation of specially crafted JCL members called "skeletons", which can then be submitted as batch jobs to the mainframe.
Complexity refers to the number and intricacy of the steps required to perform the service. Divergence refers to the degree of latitude, freedom, judgment, discretion, variability or situational adaptation permitted within any step of the process. Manipulations of the blueprint diagram might include increasing complexity, by adding more steps, or increasing divergence by allowing employees greater latitude in varying each step. In general, service processes that include high levels of employee discretion to vary steps to meet the needs of individual customers are moving towards customisation.
The MODAL strategy defines overlap sequences known as "linkers" to reduce the amount of customisation that needs to be done with each DNA fragment. The linkers were designed using the R2oDNA Designer software and the overlap regions were designed to be 45 bp long to be compatible with Gibson assembly and other overlap assembly methods. To attach these linkers to the parts to be assembled, PCR is carried using part-specific primers containing 15 bp prefix and suffix adaptor sequences. The linkers are then attached to the adaptor sequences via a second PCR reaction.
While a relatively recent phenomenon, minifigure customisation has rapidly become popular within the wider building community, although some maintain a "purist" approach, using only elements produced by Lego. Lego executives have for some years now been using personalised minifigures in place of business cards, with email and phone details on the front and back of the torso, and hair and facial features designed to resemble each executive. You can see a list of 39 of these here at 39 Lego Employee Business Cards. It is believed that over 100 of these exist.
Freedom Wars received Mixed or average reviews according to aggregator Metacritic with a score of 73/100. Famitsu gave Freedom Wars a review score of 35/40. 4gamer notes in their play trial that the game provides tightly packed content with plenty of customisation options. A review by Inside from Japan praised the game for its graphical and overall performance, in addition to the amount of detail placed into the game, however did find that enemy infantry often seemed overpowered during higher missions, raising the difficulty level of the game during these later stages.
She arrived in Falmouth, England on 24 September 2017 prior to entering drydock at A&P; Falmouth for UK customisation, including the installation of armour, self- defence weaponry and communications systems. Following this, she began a series of capability assessment trials, replenishment at sea (RAS) trials and first-of-class flying trials which saw her first RAS with Royal Navy frigate and her first flying trials with a Merlin Mk2 helicopter from 814 Naval Air Squadron. She officially joined the fleet on 3 August 2018 following a service of dedication in Portland.
New units included: the Tyrant Guard and Raveners. The Third Edition Codex, as with a number of subsequent publications, included an army list which permitted far greater flexibility to the player than previous army lists, allowing extensive customisation of units. Unit types noted as a 'Mutable Genus' in the main army list were permitted to be extensively modified by choosing from numerous options in the 'Custom Hive Fleet' section of the book. The options available bore a resemblance to the random equipment tables featured in Rogue Trader, but were no longer randomised.
After the launch of PureVolume in 2003, Unborn Media attempted to mimic the website's success by launching Virb, where PureVolume focused primarily on music, Virb would focus on more social features. Virb was launched, as an invite-only beta form in 2006, and was publicly launched in March 2007. Virb was highly praised in 2007 by the Houston Press for its unique design, customisation, and innovative features, such as iTunes integration. Virb was widely heralded as the possible successor to MySpace, due to the site's similar layout and functionality.
The United States Energy Information Administration (EIA) produces numerous Sankey diagrams annually in its Annual Energy Review which illustrate the production and consumption of various forms of energy. The US Department of Energy's Lawrence Livermore Laboratory maintains a site of Sankey diagrams, including US energy flow and carbon flow. Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European Union, has developed an interactive Sankey web tool to visualise energy data by means of flow diagrams. The tool allows the building and customisation of diagrams by playing with different options (country, year, fuel, level of detail).
Henley has several affiliate campuses abroad and The Henley Flexible Executive is delivered in 9 of these locations worldwide: Denmark and Sweden, Finland & Estonia, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Malta, South Africa, India, Ireland, Dubai, Singapore. Each local campus and subsidiary could vary in what is offered, with each having some local customisation. A number of countries have a full local campus, with local teaching staff and local accreditation (the Henley Business School South Africa, for example). A number of others, which Henley lists as countries they serve, have an office without local instructors.
Dunn joined the London division of the American data analysis software consultants, CACI, in 1980 as a marketing assistant where she became the company’s youngest ever vice-president. Cad and the Dandy suits have received positive reviews from style commentators and bloggers, who note the high quality of cloth and tailoring, the strong customer service and the flexibility in customisation options. User reviews on sites such as Qype have been positive, with reviews praising the fit, the service, and the willingness to cater to unusual requests. Mainstream news sources such as the Daily Telegraph have focused on the company's growth and strong financial performance, and on the entrepreneurship of its founders, especially following the loss of their jobs.
The SKUvantage platform of SKUlibrary is built on the hybris ecommerce platform, owned by SAP. A customisation of this platform has enabled SKUvantage to pioneer a flexible way of publishing product photography and other product content into consumers of content such as retailers and brand web sites. The SKUlibrary platform, is used extensively within the grocery/ FMCG sectors in Australia to deliver product content to retailers and end consumers. A partnership with the Drinks Association of Australia, has resulted in dedicated version of the platform for the drinks industry.
The setting is heavily based on Scandinavia, as seen in the climate and creatures the character encounters. Three pieces of add-ons were released on PC and Xbox 360 in 2012 – Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn, with a PlayStation 3 release in February 2013. Dawnguard added two joinable factions and an associated questline revolving around Vampires and the Dawnguard, a group of vampire hunters, while Hearthfire added more home customisation options including a house creation kit and the ability to adopt children. Dragonborn added the island of Solstheim to the northeast.
Once prestiged, a character will reset their progression and receive one of their default customisation options in a blood-splattered variation. One can prestige one's character up to three times. The Bloodweb may contain items and their add-ons, offerings that can be spent at the start of the round to influence the trial's conditions, and perks that make the character more powerful. Offerings and add-ons may only be used in one trial, whereas items can be re-used until the player dies or gives it to another player.
This allows significant customisation of the functionality of the machine, something that enthusiasts exploited for various purposes. However, the typical users would probably not be aware of this added ROM functionality unless they read the CPC press, as it is not described in the user manual and was hardly ever mentioned in marketing literature. It is, however, documented in the official Amstrad firmware manual. The machines also feature a 9-pin Atari joystick port that will either directly take one joystick, or two joysticks by use of a splitter cable.
Introduced in 2008, the GranTurismo MC Sport Line is a customisation programme based on the GranTurismo MC concept. The programme was initially offered for the GranTurismo S only, with the product line expanded to all GranTurismo variants and eventually all Maserati vehicles in 2009.
Having a background in fashion design, he did not conform to the unwritten rules of vintage car restoration and he strived to turn every car he owned into a unique piece of art without compromising its Porsche roots. Due to this and his unkempt appearance, unusual for a Porsche enthusiast, he has attracted public attention. At one time he sold merchandise and offered customisation services under the name Urban Outlaw, the name he took from Tamir Moscovici's film. This business failed, with Walker losing interest in it, and it has now closed.
The paper focuses on the Human Resource issues pertaining to Law and Medicine, particularly, on the entry requirements, professional qualifications, ethics and the population to provider ratios. The possibilities of customisation of legal assistance provided in different areas are explored. This paper also reviews certain legislations which can be better implemented and the disputes under which can be prevented by following certain key features of preventive medicine. After the completion of the white-paper, the observations would be taken through round table discussions and disseminate the suggestions through publication and distribution of the paper.
The G604T runs MontaVista and busybox Linux which allows a degrejje of customisation with customised firmware. These and similar units from D-Link appear to have an issue that causes certain services to fail when using the factory provided firmware, namely the Debian package update service being interrupted due to a faulty DNS through DHCP issue at the kernel level. A v2.00B06.AU_20060728 patch was made available through their downloads section that provided some level of correction, but it was not a complete fix and the issue would resurface intermittently.

The first game in the series was released on the PlayStation 3 platform in 2008 and was the first title developed by Media Molecule, under the name The Next Big Thing. The game received positive reviews for its design, gameplay, and customisation leading it to win many awards. The player controls Sackboy as he travels around LittleBigPlanet, helping the eight creator curators of LittleBigPlanet with their problems in their own respective realms as he tries to stop The Collector, one of the eight creator curators who has gone rogue, kidnapping the creations of LittleBigPlanet.
The Guitar Rig environment is a modular system, providing capabilities for multiple amplifiers, effects pedals and rack mounted hardware. Primarily designed for electric guitar and bass, the software uses amplifier modeling to allow real-time digital signal processing in both standalone and DAW environments via plug-in (VST/DXi/RTAS/AU). The software simulates a number of devices such as preamplifiers, cabinets and microphones under pseudonyms (such as renaming the Shure SM57 as the "Dynamic 57"). The system allows customisation of module parameters - either through manipulation of the graphical interface, use of a MIDI controller or employment of the RigKontrol foot control pedal.
The introduction of the 'greener' 1.8-litre turbo greatly benefited British company car drivers who are taxed on carbon dioxide emissions. A customisation programme, Monogram, was launched, allowing buyers to order their car in a wider range of exterior paint colours and finishes, different interior trims and with optional extras installed during production . Rather surprisingly, it was offered for sale in Mexico, making it the first Rover to be sold in the Americas since the Sterling. From June 2002 a factory-approved dual fuel petrol-liquid petroleum gas conversion was available in the UK on 1.8 and 2.5 litre models.
The TF5800PVR and similar TF5800PVRt is the UK Freeview version of Topfield's TF5000PVRt, which is a personal video recorder (PVR) with twin tuners; it is possible to record two programs and view a third so long as all programs do not use more than two multiplexes. Firmware upgrades were distributed over- the-air using the normal FreeView distribution method, and are also available for Internet download. Topfield devices are often referred to as “Toppys”. The device has the features expected from a dual-tuner PVR, but also allows extensive software customisation by the use of TAPs (described below).
IRSs are bespoke financial products whose customisation can include changes to payment dates, notional changes (such as those in amortised IRSs), accrual period adjustment and calculation convention changes (such as a day count convention of 30/360E to ACT/360 or ACT/365). A vanilla IRS is the term used for standardised IRSs. Typically these will have none of the above customisations, and instead exhibit constant notional throughout, implied payment and accrual dates and benchmark calculation conventions by currency. A vanilla IRS is also characterised by one leg being 'fixed' and the second leg 'floating' referencing an -IBOR index.
As an iconic feature of the country, the classic Malta bus features on several tourist related items. As the main mode of public transport across the country, the Malta bus was also used by many tourists to visit the different parts of the country. While newer Malta buses were progressively introduced that followed modern standard bus designs found elsewhere, customisation and detailing had continued for these buses as well. On 3 July 2011, the network of service bus routes across Malta was taken over by Arriva, with traditional buses reduced to operating on only special heritage services.
The Create component primarily refers to level creation in the game, on which LittleBigPlanet places a major emphasis; it also can refer to other things, such as character customisation. Players can create their own levels with the built-in level creator. Many items that are collected while playing through the story mode and from LittleBigPlanets community can be used to help with level creation. These levels can remain as the original LittleBigPlanet platforming gameplay, or they can be expanded to many other game types, such as racing, fighting, shooting, sports and nearly any other game type that the player can think of.
Compared with the traditional media where the same information is received by all consumers, Internet media can send information "tailored" to the need of a specific consumer. This is another advantage of two-way interaction of the Internet media. One of the first and most prominent examples is the personalized service provided by Amazon in which consumers are called by their names and "tailored" recommendations are provided according to their previous purchase records. Furthermore, besides "tailored" individual service, with the accumulation of consumers' information on the Internet, mass customisation becomes possible in which companies provide "tailored" content to particular segment of consumers with similar interests.
After the Synthophone, several other MIDI saxes have been released that offer real sax fingerings: in 2019 the Travel Sax by Odisei Music, and in 2020 the YDS-150 digital saxophone by Yamaha. These MIDI saxes have sensors for breath pressure to adjust the volume, but they do not read lip pressure and thus do not allow the pitch to be controlled by the embouchure or by the manner of breathing. With the YDS-150, pitch bend can be achieved using a separate input on the instrument. Both the Travel Sax and the YDS-150 provide for settings customisation using a Bluetooth-connected mobile app.
S2 incorporates the idea of providing documentation for a class, method, function or property directly within the source code, separate (machine-distinguishable) from conventional comments. Small strings of explanatory text can be added after the header of a class, method, function or property, and they can be used to generate documentation. At the time of this writing, however, none of these strings are actually used, except for those associated with properties, which appear in the customisation wizard; see below. An i18n layer can override these documentary strings for properties in order to allow for speakers of other languages to be presented with explanations of the available options in their language.
The first stretch of railway in Denmark was electrified in March 1986; DSB needed an electric locomotive that could be used as a combined freight/passenger unit. The locomotive was based on the German Class 120. The customisation included a re-designed body (adapted to DSB's new locomotive design first used on the Class ME), and adaption to the Danish overhead wire voltage (25 kV 50 Hz, as opposed to the 15 kV Hz voltage used in Germany and other Scandinavian countries). The locomotives were manufactured by a consortium of companies led by BBC: BBC (after 1998 ABB, Siemens Henschel (after 1990 ABB Henschel), Thyssen-Henschel, EB Strømmen and ABB Scandia.
An update released on 28 January 2016 added a new Adversary mode called Drop Zone and two new sports cars. The Be My Valentine update launched on 10 February and, in addition to the content featured in the previous Valentine's Day-themed update, added new outfits, cars, and couple-themed Adversary mode. The Lowriders: Custom Classics update, released on 15 March, added three cars available for customisation along with new weapons, clothes and an Adversary mode called Sumo. Further Adventures in Finance and Felony was released on 7 June, and gave players the ability to buy executive offices, hire criminal associates and become the CEO of a criminal organisation.
PC Zone stated it was "a joy to give birth to these new creations and see them succeed in the task they were created for", in regards to the Gear customisation process. Response to the AI was mixed. GameSpot praised the AI as challenging, and PC Zone described the enemy AI as being "clued-up on battle tactics", able to "dodge and weave all over the place" as well as seek reinforcements. PC Gamer disagreed, accusing the AI of being "absolutely, hilariously terrible", a view shared with Linux Journal, who described the AI as being "basically pathetic", both critics cited examples of poor pathfinding.
The design of the interior incorporates a modular philosophy; as standard, the passenger compartment features ambient lighting, luggage racks and storage areas, as well as partition walls located between the foyer and the seating areas. Each seat can be equipped with electrical sockets, individual lighting, and various audio and video systems; both the pitch and configuration of the seats are customisable to meet the operator’s requirements. The internal fittings can be easily redistributed, being typically mounted onto purpose-built slots. Amongst the options available for customisation are equipment such as vending machines, in-train ticketing dispensers, and built-in internet provision; specialised accessibility facilities for disabled passengers can also be installed.
Bouts can be simulated once or multiple times, allowing the player to discard outlier events and see how a fight will likely unfold. Players can also set up tournaments and peruse statistics that are tracked fight-by-fight as well as round-by-round, allowing them to see, for example, how many knock-outs have happened in a specific round. Win-loss records can be imported or they can start from 0–0 so all boxers in the game build unique histories. Title Bout Championship Boxing also has many customisation options, including the ability to import boxer images and add new fighters to the game.
Like previous titles from the Lego Batman Trilogy, such as Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes & Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, players gain access to a roster of iconic and obscure characters from the DC Universe, each with their own unique abilities. Lego DC Super-Villains stands out from other Lego video games by being the first to incorporate the use of a custom character, who becomes integrated with the game's story. Initially players devise their looks, name, and style of fighting, but gain access to super- powers for their character to use as they progress in the story, along with unlocking customisation options.
The Sindelfingen factory employed 1,500 people to create the 540K, and allowed a great deal of owner customisation, meaning only 70 chassis were ever bodied by independent builders. Owners included Jack L. Warner of Warner Brothers film studios. With the outbreak of World War II in 1939, the proposed further boring-out of the engine to for a 580K was aborted, probably after only one such car was made. Chassis production ceased in 1940, with the final 2 being completed that year, and earlier chassis were still being bodied at a steady rate during 1940, with smaller numbers being completed in the 1941-1943 period.
There are 5 types of power-up available that are randomly thrown into the arena by the crowd. The power-ups are "Speed Up" which makes the player move 3 times faster than usual, "Power Punch" which makes the player's punching power 3 times stronger, "Power Shot" which makes the player throw the ball faster and harder, enabling the ball to be used as a weapon against opponents, "Health" which restores the player's health to maximum and "Hawkeye" which increases the accuracy of passes and shooting. There are 16 international teams to choose from and an option that allows for customisation and trading of players.
MEDUSA is based on a platform- independent kernel which, combined with a platform-independent user interface based on the Qt (framework) (with XML for Administration and Web-based client- server communication for data management) allows for a high degree of systems and platform flexibility. The software is available on Windows, Linux and Solaris. The 4th Generation of the MEDUSA 2D and 3D CAD product family was released by the company CAD Schroer in the summer of 2004. Various software modules and packages have been developed, with MEDUSA4 DRAFTING PLUS, a 2D CAD program with all the standard 2D design functionality and BACIS1 and BACIS2 customisation tools as the base product.
With the formation of the Traffic Control Board in 1931, greater regulation and discipline of the system meant that operators began to upgrade the appearance of their buses. Since then, the tradition of showing pride in the vehicles has been maintained, through decoration and customisation of the buses. Since reform in the 1970s, bus operation was centralised under a worker cooperative, the Public Transport Association, or Assoċjazzjoni Trasport Pubbliku (ATP), in 1977. This association became responsible for the centralised day-to-day operational management of bus services, producing a unified timetable roster and basic livery, although this did not change the ownership arrangements for the buses.
CyanogenMod offered features and options not found in the official firmware distributed by mobile device vendors. Features supported by CyanogenMod included native theme support, FLAC audio codec support, a large Access Point Name list, Privacy Guard (per-application permission management application), support for tethering over common interfaces, CPU overclocking and other performance enhancements, unlockable bootloader and root access, soft buttons, status bar customisation and other "tablet tweaks", toggles in the notification pull-down (such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS), and other interface enhancements. CyanogenMod did not contain spyware or bloatware, according to its developers. CyanogenMod was also said to increase performance and reliability compared with official firmware releases.
Many implementations of mass customization are operational today, such as software-based product configurators that make it possible to add and/or change functionalities of a core product or to build fully custom enclosures from scratch. This degree of mass customization, however, has only seen limited adoption. If an enterprise's marketing department offers individual products (atomic market fragmentation), it doesn't often mean that a product is produced individually, but rather that similar variants of the same mass-produced item are available. Additionally, in a fashion context, existing technologies to predict clothing size from user input data have been shown to be not yet of high enough suitability for mass customisation purposes.
Liebl, as with Carter, praised the ability to control Igniculus during combat for added depth, and also noted the lack of character customisation. Unlike Carter, however, Liebl felt that underneath the visuals was a "thought- provoking" story and, in comparing the game with contemporary Ubisoft blockbuster releases such as Watch Dogs and the Assassin's Creed franchise, affirmed that Child of Light is "the type of game this industry needs". Tom Mc Shea of GameSpot further opined that the environments instilled a sense of sadness and felt that the story was "about fear and betrayal, hopelessness and fortitude". He stated that this sombre tone was well contrasted by the frenetic combat system.
Meunier felt the game was still incomplete, giving the example of the tutorial which abruptly ends half-way through with only the promise of future chapters. He found the character choices "painfully limiting" and the process to unlock customisation options sluggish and poorly explained. Uhl too believed this lack of variety in characters and weapons is a weak point, though he found it mitigated through the game's support of user- generated content through integration of the Steam Workshop, where one could even download an enhanced tutorial. Chris Thursten, deputy editor at PC Gamer, wrote a player diary detailing his experience learning the game, his interaction with the community, and his rise through its online ranks.
The musical score received general praise for its remix of the original tracks, while the English dub was panned as weak at best and poorly directed at worst. Famitsu generally praised the battle system and boss encounters, but there were mixed opinions on the design of combat and one reviewer found exploring the map dull due to a lack of interesting finds. Wallace found the experience enjoyable despite needing to grind for levels, while Rudek faulted the lack of side content despite engaging battles and customisation. Watts enjoyed the battle system, but found its Class system conditions obtuse and noted several elements such as Elemental affinities tied to particular days as going entirely wasted.
In January 2015 the company upgraded its email marketing to offer a built-in alternative to third party products such as MailChimp and Constant Contact. Version 5, launched in March 2017,Introducing our CRM New Version 5 offered a new user interface, custom dashboards, help drawers and grid customisation. In September 2017, the company announced its complianceGDPR Compliance for Really Simple Systems with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its phased roll-out of GDPR compliance features in it email marketing module. In February 2018, it launchedFirst CRM vendor to deliver GDPR specific functionality a set of GDPR compliance tools allowing users of its email marketing module to collect consent to digital marketing communications.
Modern outside broadcasts now use specially designed OB vehicles, many of which are now built based around IP technology rather than relying on coaxial cable. There has been an increasing rise in the use of flyaway or flypack Portable Production Units, which allow for an increased level of customisation and can be rigged in a larger variety of venues. In the past many outside broadcasting applications have relied on using satellite uplinks to broadcast live audio and video back to the studio. While this has its advantages such as the ability to set up anywhere covered by the respective geostationary satellite, satellite uplinking is relatively expensive and the round trip latency is in the range of 240 to 280 milliseconds.
It also added the Rockstar Editor and Director Mode, previously exclusive to the Windows version of the game, to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions. Lowriders, released on 10 October, added a new set of story missions given by Lamar, new vehicles and vehicle upgrades, weapons (including the machete and machine- pistol), clothing items and Benny's Original Motor Works vehicle shop. The update gave players the ability to obtain and customise Lowriders, including upgrades such as interior customisation, hydraulics, and decals. Halloween Surprise, released on 29 October, featured two new Halloween-themed vehicles, flashlight and additional masks and ornaments, along with slasher-themed Adversary Modes; the additional content featured in this update was only temporarily, and was removed on 16 November.
Conceptual design of the game began during the development of Deadlight. An early iteration was a third-person isometric action role-playing game concept originally under the title Echoes of Siren; the game was to include hunting and crafting elements during a day cycle, preparing for combat including tower defence elements during a night cycle; other key game elements were to be exploration, avatar development and customisation. The game was offered to Microsoft as an exclusive Xbox Live Arcade (XBLA) title and possible Windows 8 game; initially Microsoft greenlit the game, but the design was later rejected due to a mismatch with Microsoft's Xbox One XBLA publishing policies which emphasised multiplayer and other social gaming. A development budget was approved by Sony, and the game.
Now with six stores in the UK, including a partnership with The Wonder Room in Selfridges, and more to be announced, the brand is expanding fast. The biocompatibility and customisation of alloplastic implants and grafts provides a method that may be suitable for both minor and major medical cases that may have more limitations in surgical approach. Although there has been evidence that alloplasty is a viable method for repairing and substituting defects, there are disadvantages including suitability of patient bone quality and quantity for long term implant stability, possibility of rejection of the alloplastic implant, injuring surrounding nerves, cost of procedure and long recovery times. Complications can also occur from inadequate engineering of alloplastic implants and grafts, and poor implant fixation to bone. These include infection, inflammatory reactions, the fracture of alloplastic implants and prostheses, loosening of implants or reduced or complete loss of osseointegration.
Even if the user-centred design process implemented in a project guarantees a certain degree of user acceptance and yields a richer understanding of the context of use, the completed product's ability to adapt to changing conditions still plays a central role for a broad acceptance. The operational environment will change, the tasks will be distinct, the end-users will be heterogeneous, and their competences and expectations will evolve. Here again it is impossible for developers to anticipate all possible requirements modifications. Thus, the dynamics of changing conditions shifts the customisation process of the system's characteristics from the development phase to its usage and operation phase because the time needed for a professional development is too short or the new features are too costly.
The practice of customisation continued until the adoption of more modern public transport buses which saw the practice fade out. Historic customised Colectivos are now prized museum exhibits, or have been restored as private vehicles. The Chiva Buses of Colombia are hand-built on truck chassis, used as both public transport and for private hire for parties, including as a novelty attraction in New York City.New York Times A Taste of Colombia Rolls Through New York’s Streets, 2 March 2008 The jeep derived "Jeepney" share taxis of the Philippines have grown in capacity to the size of minibuses and are still being built by small scale manufacturers, although are facing calls for their reduction in number and competition with regular public transport.
And furthermore specifically about Interoperability in the context of enterprises: > Interoperability in the context of enterprises and enterprise applications > can be defined as the ability of a system or a product to work seamlessly > with other systems or products without requiring special effort from the > customer or user. The possibility to interact and exchange information > internally and with external organisations is a key issue in the enterprise > sector. It is fundamental in order to produce goods and services quickly, at > lower cost, while maintaining higher levels of quality and customisation. > Interoperability is considered to be achieved if the interaction can, at > least, take place at the three levels: data, applications and business > enterprise through the architecture of the enterprise model and taking into > account the semantics issues.
With falling hardware sales Prime eventually stopped production of PrimOS computers and transferred its maintenance obligations to another company, thus being able to concentrate on the CAD/CAM software business. The company was renamed from Prime Computervision to Computervision (CV). Computervision’s main research and development centre for MEDUSA was at Harston Mill near Cambridge, where many of the development staff had been working on the software since the CIS days. When the company retrenched and moved its operations to Boston, USA in 1994, much of the programming was moved to India, so five former CV staff members with many decades of MEDUSA experience between them formed the software development company Quintic Ltd in Cambridge, which continued to provide MEDUSA development services to CV, and consultancy and customisation services to MEDUSA customers in the UK.
The game's first major content patch, called the "Foundation Update", was released in November 2016 and added the ability for planet-side base-building, interstellar freighter purchases with similar base-building customisation, as well as an open Creative mode. It also includes a Survival mode, which reduces the availability of resources and makes encounters with hostiles more difficult, and makes various other improvements. Murray did suggest the possibility of releasing modding tools for Windows players to alter the game, though noted that they would be limited, and would not allow players to create new planets in the game, for example. About a week after the Windows release players had already started to examine the game's files and create unofficial mods, with at least one mod-sharing website offering these for distribution.
There are also item collection and capture the flag missions. In some missions, players will need to fight against other teams from other Panopticons, and attempt to rescue civilians for their own side. Players collect resources known as abductor parts which fall from enemies, which are used for crafting or contributing to the Panopticon; those who contribute to their Panopticon are rewarded with customisation options for their accessory and player appearance. At the beginning of the game, the player has no rights, and is required to "buy" back their privileges to do certain things using points gained from contributions in the form of entitlement requests, such as lying down or walking more than five steps in their prison cell, customising their appearance, or having access to certain weapons; violating any restrictions results in a penalty of years being added to the player's sentence.
The Mac OS 8.5 installer generally required very little user interaction once it was started. Customisation options were also much more detailed yet simpler to manage. From Mac OS 8.5 onward, MacLinkPlus document translation software is no longer bundled as part of the Mac OS. Mac OS 8.5 was the first version of the Mac OS to support themes, or skins, which could change the default Apple Platinum look of the Mac OS to "Gizmo" or "HiTech" themes. This radical changing of the computer's appearance was removed at the last minute, and appeared only in beta versions, though users could still make (and share) their own themes and use them with the OS. The Appearance control panel was also updated to support proportional scroll bars, and added the option for both scroll arrows to be placed at the bottom of a scroll bar.
Forza Motorsport 3 includes more than 400 customisation cars (more than 500 cars in the Ultimate Collection version) from 50 manufacturers and more than 100 race track variations with the ability to race up to eight cars on track at a time. These cars vary from production cars to race cars such as those from the American Le Mans Series. At the E3 2009 Microsoft Press Conference where the game was first showcased, Turn 10 unveiled the rewind feature (much like the Codemasters "flashback" feature on Race Driver: Grid, F1 2009 and DiRT 2), which allows the player to turn back time to fix previous mistakes made on the track. The rewind feature has no limit on how many times it may be used but afterwards, the player must wait 30 seconds before being able to rewind again.
Indian Rotorcraft was founded upon a partnership agreement signed between Tata Sons and Anglo- Italian helicopter manufacturer AgustaWestland (a company which has since been integrated into Leonardo S.p.A. in 2016) during January 2010. At the time, India was viewed by helicopter manufacturers as one of the biggest potential growth markets. Speaking of the venture in 2012, Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Sons, stated: "The project is integral to our plans in the aerospace sector and we look forward to an enduring and successful partnership with AgustaWestland." An AW119 helicopter During March 2012, Indian Rotorcraft broke ground on a 40,000m2 new facility adjacent to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, India; once complete, this site, which includes a main assembly facility, flight hangar, offices and several helicopter landing pads, will accommodate the assembly, customisation and flight-testing of helicopters for the global market.
In addition to the specific packages above, all variants of the Vantage series were offered with a wide range of personalisation options, particularly in the interior where several different shades of leather – and even stitching – may be chosen to complement or contrast each other and the body (and, in the case of the convertible, the roof). The "N400" engine modifications and/or sports chassis are also available individually for those owners who would like to combine the increased power or handling of the special edition with the more subtle original body, interior, and badging – much like the "POW" Vantages of the 1980s. Many thousands of choices of colour, trim, and options combined with the in house "customisation" available through Works Service make it possible for a Vantage owner to configure a unique individual car to his or her specifications.
Superkids described the game as "excellent" and said it was a great first introduction to educational video gaming for the target audience. Chicago Sun-Times recommended the "outstanding" software for the 1989 holiday season and noted it was among the "high-quality educational software sold", also saying in other article that it was one of the best educational titles for offering a "solid instructional model" that teaching kids the fundamentals of mathematics through "smoothly" integrating the gaming and learning without "bogging them down in mindless mathematical trivia", and example being the teaching of geometry at a very early age. Computer Shopper said the product was "remarkably good software", and positively compared its depth and carde gameplay to Power Rangers ZEO PowerActive'. PC Mag said the game was the superior choice over Stickybear Numbers and Math and Me due to its customisation options.
2002 FIFA World Cup, sometimes known as FIFA World Cup 2002, is the second EA Sports official World Cup video game developed by EA Canada and Creations, with Intelligent Games assisting for PS2, Xbox, Windows, and Nintendo GameCube platform and Tose Software also assisting the GameCube version, the game was published by EA Sports in North America and Europe and published by Electronic Arts Victor in Japan. An amalgamation between the game engines of FIFA Football 2002 and FIFA Football 2003, the game still incorporates the power bar for shots and crosses but with a steeper learning curve and customisation of the chances of being penalised by the match referee. Some kits are licensed, along with player likeness and the stadia of the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Unlike the previous games in the FIFA series, the game had an original soundtrack performed by the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
Malta Public Transport buses in 2019 A classic Malta bus Buses were introduced to Malta in 1905. As well as providing public transport across the country, up until 2011, the traditional Malta bus (Maltese: xarabank or karozza tal-linja) served as a popular tourist attraction due to their unique appearances grounded in the bus ownership and operation model employed in the country; by the end of this traditional operation, Malta had several bus types no longer in service anywhere else in the world. The unique nature of the Malta bus stemmed from the tradition of local ownership of the buses by the drivers, and their historic practice of customising them. In addition to a high degree of customisation, detailing and decoration, several Malta buses also had a unique appearance due to the practice of in-house maintenance, rebuilding or modifying of bus bodies in local workshops.
From collaborative engineering perspective, mass customization can be viewed as collaborative efforts between customers and manufacturers, who have different sets of priorities and need to jointly search for solutions that best match customers' individual specific needs with manufacturers' customization capabilities. The concept of mass customization is attributed to Stan Davis in Future PerfectMass Customisation – Overview and was defined by as "producing goods and services to meet individual customer's needs with near mass production efficiency". concurred, calling it "a strategy that creates value by some form of company-customer interaction at the fabrication and assembly stage of the operations level to create customized products with production cost and monetary price similar to those of mass-produced products". Similarly, highlights that mass customization involves balancing operational drivers by defining it as "the capability to manufacture a relatively high volume of product options for a relatively large market (or collection of niche markets) that demands customization, without tradeoffs in cost, delivery and quality".
These are "much cheaper and generally easier to use than a traditional dedicated server", though it is still necessary to maintain the operating system and solution stack which is not required for the Cloud Sites product.Rackspace Acquires JungleDisk, Slicehost To Take On Amazon Web Services This is one of the main differentiators between the two services; where Cloud Servers includes full root access and thus allows for more customisation, the Cloud Sites product is less flexible but requires less maintenance. On December 14, 2010, Rackspace began offering a managed service level on the Cloud Servers product, which added additional support for the operating system and common applications as well as patching and other routine services. This additional support level does come at an increased cost, however. During 2014, Rackspace ceased to advertise the First Generation Cloud Servers and the Standard Next Generation Cloud Servers on its main Cloud Servers product page, opting to only disclose the Next Generation Performance 1 and Performance 2 products that require a minimum $50/month service charge per account for support service.
Bentley Continental GT Series 51 The Series 51 models include additional vehicle customisation options for the Continental GT and GTC, such as use of non-indented hide for diamond quilting and contrast piping for the seats and doors as well as bespoke Series 51 treadplates. Februar 2015 "Anyone looking for tools or building materials had to go from specialist shops to other specialist shops. With its new-age concept Bauhaus enabled a more relaxed way of shopping, with everything available under one roof." The first trade shop to have a sales area of 250 m² was in Mannheim city centre, in "Quadrat U3". In addition to its range of roughly 25,000 products, which were originally available in self- service, Bauhaus offered its customers customisation for wooden panels, a delivery service and a customer car park directly in front of the entrance. Branches of the Bauhaus in Mannheim opened in Heidelberg and Karlsruhe, then in 1968 the first store opened in West Berlin. By the end of the 1960s there were 10 branches and in the 1970s there were already three times as many. From the start of the 1980s to the end of the 1990s this expansion was concentrated wholly on Germany, with 60 new branches being opened. The 100th branch opened in 1989 in the town of Flensburg.
