After affixing the label, customers may ship a package by depositing it in a USPS collection box, bringing it to a post office, giving it to their regular mail carrier, or requesting a pickup.
Among the buildings visible in the distance to the northeast are the Queens Hotel, Penzance and St Mary's Church, Penzance. Beside a rail at the edge of the promenade stands a blue painted cast iron RNLI collection box, installed in 1877 to raise funds for the Penlee lifeboat. The use of negative space shows influence from Degas, whom Garstin met when studying with Carolus-Duran in Paris: for example, compare Degas's 1876 painting Place de la Concorde, itself influenced by Japanese art and possibly by early photography. Garstin sent the painting to the Royal Academy in 1889 but it was not selected for exhibition, possibly because the jury considered it was "too French" in style.

The route was eventually designated the Orange Line, after the citrus groves in the area. It was listed on Metro Rail system maps and mirrored its "honor system," with riders expected to have bought a ticket; there was no ticket validation or fare collection box on board. The affair was "hushed up," but a letter exists from the Duke of Wellington to Georgiana's mother urging her "to prevail upon her daughter to cease molesting him with daily vituperative letters."Fulbeck Hall, A Lincolnshire House Sale in London by Sotheby's It has also been claimed that Lady Georgiana in fact refused the young future Duke of Wellington's proposal, on the grounds she could not marry so lowly a soldier. Another version of the same story is that Lady Georgiana's father the 10th Earl of Westmorland forbade the marriage of his daughter to an untitled soldier with apparently limited prospects. Both of these stories, however, must be apocryphal, as Lady Georgiana never knew him before he was a "great man". She was born in 1801;Westmorland (Apethorpe) Collection, box 1/parcel VI/no.
JNF collection box The Jewish National Fund is a private organization established in 1901 to buy and develop land in the Land of Israel for Jewish settlement; land purchases were funded by donations from world Jewry exclusively for that purpose.Kenneth W. The YMI was built after African American leaders Mr. Isaac Dickson and Dr. Edward S. Stephens originally approached George Vanderbilt in 1892 to commission the building for the African American men who helped build the Biltmore Estate. While living in Asheville, Dr. Stephens was frustrated with racial discrimination he witnessed and the perception from white Asheville residents that black people were not capable of being self- reliant or assuming the responsibilities of citizenship. George Vanderbilt and his estate superintendent Charles McNamee agreed to fund the YMI and provide an opportunity for black leaders to "demonstrate their ability to learn the art of self-government."Charles McNamee to the editor of the Asheville Daily Citizen, November 9, 1891, Superintendent's Office Outgoing Correspondence Collection, Box 8, Folders 75-80, Biltmore Estate Archives.
A USPS CBU Mail Station In the US, a property with a single mailing address but with multiple mail recipients may utilize a community mail station designated CBU, or Cluster Box Unit. CBUs are typically stand-alone units that have locked individual compartments for each tenant in an apartment building, a trailer or mobile home park, or an office center. By policy, the USPS is reluctant to establish direct to door delivery to new addresses, and now requires special approvals to initiate this service (Postal Operations Manual, Section 631.2) Instead, the USPS has insisted upon centralized mail delivery in virtually all newly constructed residential housing developments, condominiums, and gated communities by requiring or incentivizing the builder or developer to install larger NDCBU (Neighborhood Delivery Collection Box Unit) stations. CBUs and NDCBUs are both commonly known as cluster mailboxes.
Paramount Pictures has been involved in the pay television industry since the 1950s. From 1953 to 1961, Paramount owned Telemeter, an ambitious but expensive theater television system that transmitted using closed circuitry—as opposed to broadcast frequencies—over which customers could purchase broadcasts by inserting coins into a collection box. In April 1980, Paramount (then owned by Gulf+Western), MCA/Universal Studios, Columbia Pictures and 20th Century Fox partnered with Getty Oil to jointly develop a pay cable service to be named Premiere. The proposed channel would have maintained exclusive first-run rights to newer feature films distributed by each of the studios (which would have aired nine months before their initial telecasts on other premium channels—up to four months shorter than the average period between a film's theatrical release and their entry into the pay television market), along with carrying films cherry-picked from other studios without any exclusivity.
Side two consists of the Lennie Bleecher–Jeremy Wind song "Poppies" and George Harrison's "Isn't It a Pity" (the latter originally a double A-side with "My Sweet Lord", the ex-Beatle's highly successful first solo single). Despite the "in concert" claim on the album cover, according to the booklet with The Complete RCA Albums Collection box set, tracks 1 and 4 were recorded on November 18, 1971 at Fort Dix, and tracks 2-3 were recorded at the RCA Studio in New York City. Nina Simone improvises upon and varies the lyrics of the poem and songs, for which she takes all responsibility in the liner notes. Additional information gives credit for choral arrangements and orchestration to Weldon J. Irvine, Jr., to her brother (Sam Waymon) for vocals on "My Sweet Lord", and to her daughter Lisa Stroud (aged nine) for polyrhythms in the same song.
Goff J held all money was bona vacantia, except for the donations and legacies which were a resulting trust. He rejected that the members could claim a share of the property on the basis that the contract gave them any such right. Regarding the different sources he said, (1) because the members’ contract governed their contributions and gave them no claim to any residue, it was bona vacantia, (2) the raffles and sweepstakes contract also gave the participants no right to the leftovers, and thus that money was also now bona vacantia (3) collection box money was also bona vacantia because those people paid money out and out, with no intention for it to be returned in the event of a fund’s dissolution. But (4) those who left donations or legacies could be regarded as having intended money should be retained only so long as the fund operated.
The film was first introduced to the home video market by Media Home Entertainment in early 1985 and was eventually released on Laserdisc. It has since been released on DVD, first in 1999 in the United States as part of the Nightmare on Elm Street Collection box set (along with the other six sequels), and once again in a restored Infinifilm special edition in 2006, containing various special features with contributions from Wes Craven, Heather Langenkamp, John Saxon and the director of photography. The special edition consisted of two DVDs, one with the film picture and sound restored (DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital 5.1, and original mono audio track) and another DVD with special features. Along with the restored version of the film, DVD one also had two commentaries, and other nightmares (if not all) from the film's sequels (two through seven and Freddy Vs. Jason).
A fixed, cast iron collection box in Porthgwarra, Cornwall, is Grade II listed. The Institution's annual fundraising day ("SOS Day") is at the end of January, but many lifeboat stations hold open days during the summer, hosting displays, stalls and other events, as well as in-station shops which are open full or part-time. Nationally and internationally known celebrities in various fields are, or have been supporters and fundraisers for the RNLI; for example, the cartoonist Giles was a Life President of the RNLI and donated many cartoons which are still being used for RNLI charity cards and other illustrations, and Ross Brawn, the former Formula 1 team boss, in 2012 raised funds through a business challenge, for a new lifeboat for Chiswick Lifeboat Station on the River Thames in London. Other names include Bear Grylls, Dee Caffari, Chris Beardshaw, Ben Fogle, Daniel Craig, Rupert Grint, and Rebecca Newman, whose Coast to Coast tour in 2012 earned her an Outstanding Achievement Award.
"(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" on Out of Our Heads, "Paint It Black" on Aftermath and "Let's Spend the Night Together" on Between the Buttons. The digital release of No Stone Unturned was designed in a similar fashion to The Beatles' Past Masters compilations: to supplement the band's UK albums and EPs to make a "Complete Collection Box Set" of the entire studio output of the band owned by ABKCO. Thus, four songs from the 1973 release were not included because they didn't meet this criteria: #"Poison Ivy (version 2)" – included on The Rolling Stones (EP), the much rarer version 1 was included instead #"Money" – included on The Rolling Stones (EP) #"I'm Moving On (live)" – live song from Got Live If You Want It! (EP), no live tracks were included #"2120 South Michigan Avenue (short version)" – an edit of the long version included on The Rolling Stones No. 2 No Stone Unturned Vol.
In 2000, Time Warner granted all US television rights to Cartoon Network, ending ABC's The Bugs Bunny Show and Nickelodeon's Looney Tunes Show. Three years later, Warner Home Video began to release Looney Tunes Golden Collection box sets with uncut and remastered cartoons (some with their original titles), which continued on yearly releases until 2008, when WHV axed all the classic cartoon collections as a result of the 2008 financial crisis. Despite being a hit, Space Jam had relatively high costs and it was received with mixed reviews, which led to some disputes for the style of a future film yet commissioned. Considered a critical and financial flop Looney Tunes Back in Action (which began production in 1998 as Spy Jam) was beset with other troubles during early production, as the unsuccessful releases of some (non- Looney Tunes) WB -and other studios- animated movies, and the lower impact produced by 2D animated films, overshadowed by CGI-focused studios like Pixar and DreamWorks.

E.H. Hereford University Center on the UTA campus, named in honor of Hereford Hereford served as President during the changing nature of the school from a predominant agricultural college, North Texas Agricultural College, to a preeminent junior college, Arlington State College. Through his efforts and pushes for legislation ASC would become a four-year institution, although this was six months after his death. He, likewise, was paramount in the changing atmosphere on campus: he spearheaded the adoption of Confederate iconography for the school. As early as October 1951, students could be seen waving the Beauregard Battle Flag of the Confederacy. His leadership saw the development of Confederacy-related traditions and icons of ASC: the “ASC Rebs”, “Miss Dixie Bell”, the Confederate Battle Flag as the school symbol, Confederate symbols on all uniforms, celebration of Edward Emmet Rankin s part of Nathan Forrest's Raiders in the Civil War and founder of what would become NTAC-ASC, “Old South Week”Rebel Theme Controversy Collection, Box 1, Folder 2 (including mock-slave auctions) Saxon, Gerald D.
