In 1956–59, Kovalev polemicized with British scholar Archibald Robertson about the historicity of Jesus. The polemic was spurred by the Russian translation of Robertson's publication The Origins of Christianity. Kovalev, who held atheistic views, clinged to the Christ myth theory. In the foreword for the Russian translation Kovalev called Robertson's recognition of Jesus' historicity "a serious flaw" and argued to the contrary.

Colobometra perspinosa is a species of echinoderm known by the common name black feather star. The Black feather star is widespread throughout the tropical waters of the central Indo-Pacific region. This feather star is often clinged to gorgonians, exposed their open arms to the marine flow to optimise the nutriment capture. Its maximal diameter is for ten arms maximum.

Until today, at least a dozen photographs, drawing and plans from the interwar period remained, thanks to which both internal and external views of the synagogue are known. The building was fragmented on two long, narrow and preceded by a vestibule, rooms: a main room for prayers, clinged to the prayers' room in Maharshal's Synagogue and a women's zone from the external side. Both of the rooms had a wooden ceiling. On the middle of the main room for prayers, a short, 8-sided, 2-entry and surrounded by banister, the bimah.

Political parties in Sarawak and Sabah were formed largely based on communal lines and can be categorised roughly into native non-Muslim, native Muslim, and non-native parties. With the support of the Malaysia federal government, native Muslim parties in Sabah and Sarawak were strengthened. In Sabah, the native Muslim party United Sabah National Organisation (USNO) first clinged on the chief minister post in 1965 and later consolidated its power in 1967. In Sarawak, native Muslim party named Parti Bumiputera (which later regrouped into Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) held the chief minister post since 1970.

With the appointment of the new PBNJ chairman, Tunku Mahkota of Johor (Crown Prince) Tunku Ismail Idris, Azmi Mohamed was put back as Johor FA head coach whilst Fandi Ahmad was left in-charge for the Johor club. As of 30 July, PBNJ announced that Azmi Mohamed was appointed as Johor Darul Takzim FC head coach for the 2013 Malaysia Cup campaign after ex-head coach, Fandi Ahmad resigned on mutual consent with PBNJ.

In the centre there is a group of rocks (an element that had become popular after the success of the fontana dei Quattro Fiumi) with bushes on which two Tritons (due to Francesco Moratti) are knelt with clinged tails and raised arms, sustaining on their shoulders a big oyster shell serving as upper basin. Between the two Tritons there is the coat of arms of the pontiff. Four mascarons formerly dumped water into the main basin; they were removed in the 19th century, probably due to the scarcity of the incoming water, that could have left them dry. In fact the fountain has been without water for a long time, but the hydric provision, though quite scarce, has been restored.

The album came out in July, with a lead single "Ha'amiti" ("The Real") which was received with by-now standard heavy radio rotation. The album generated several more radio singles to help push it, yet they repeatedly failed to make a lasting impression on fans. The colorless clutter of "Iceland" and the disappointingly stale and un-melodic collaboration with Mooke (of the breakthrough Rap-Rock band Shabak Samekh), "Hakhaim" ("Life"), hinted of a waning creativity of the nation's favorite singer-songwriter. Fourth single finally managed to get a hook across and join Artzi's rich back catalog with pride: "Nitzmadnu" ("We Clinged"), enjoying a catchy sing-along melodic line and an interesting lyric, sharing private memories and reflecting on , among other topics, television's role inside a modern family and on Prime Minister Yitzkhak Rabin's Assassination (a recurring subject in Artzi's songs).

For the first time since the Spanish transition to democracy, the PP results exceeded the combined totals for PSOE and IU. PSOE leader Joaquín Almunia announced his resignation immediately after results were known. Regional and peripheral nationalist parties improved their results, except for Convergence and Union (CiU)—which had been in electoral decline for a decade—and Herri Batasuna/Euskal Herritarrok (EH), which urged to boycott the election and called for their supporters to abstain in the Basque Country and Navarre. The Basque Nationalist Party (PNV) benefitted from EH's absence and gained two seats, whereas both Canarian Coalition (CC) and the Galician Nationalist Bloc (BNG) had strong showings in their respective regions. Initiative for Catalonia (IC), which had split from IU in 1997, clinged on to parliamentary representation but suffered from the electoral competition with United and Alternative Left (EUiA), IU's newly-founded regional branch in Catalonia which failed to secure any seat.
