Generally speaking, at this point, someone defined as a "black Biden voter" looks very similar to those who strongly backed Clinton in the early months of the 246 primary: they're more likely to be older, are more closely aligned with the Democratic Party, and in Biden's case are more interested in returning to a stable state of affairs after Trump than voting for a change agent.
