NConf is an open source tool for configuring the Nagios network monitoring system (and its fork Icinga). It is mainly targeted at sysadmins who are looking for a more convenient way of managing their Nagios configuration files through the use of a graphical user interface, as opposed to maintaining the configuration files with a text editor. NConf allows central management of a distributed monitoring environment. It also offers various enterprise-like features such as LDAP authentication, a database API and configuration deployment over secure protocols (SCP, HTTPs).

Similarly, a HIDS will often send its logs off-system immediately – typically using VPN channels to some central management system. One could argue that the trusted platform module comprises a type of HIDS. Domicile here is a term with a technical meaning. Roughly, an individual is domiciled in the United Kingdom if they were born there, or if the UK is their permanent home; they are not UK domiciled if they were born outside of the UK and do not intend to remain permanently. Parvez Ahmed Shahid (born December 20, 1948) is a retired banker and in his most recent role served as Co-Chairman of the Central Management Committee at Bank Alfalah from 2006 to 2011. Bonaini was born into a Catholic family with Jewish heritage. He was professor of canon law from 1826, then, from 1840, of History of Italian Law in Pisa. The M-form became the preferred organizational system because it combines the distinct brand and economies of scale advantages of a large conglomerate, while maintaining the operational flexibility of a small firm. By dividing the firm based on output into several autonomous units, the M-form provides the optimal level of centralization in a company: central management could still dictate the overall direction of the firm, while each division operates autonomously to cater to its own needs, is held accountable for its own profits, and can remain productive even if the other divisions fail. Emmanuel Dungia, Israel 1985 In February 1978, Emmanuel Dungia left Belgium to return permanently to Zaïre where shortly after his return he was hired in the Finance administration department as an Inspector of Finance. Dungia obtained his position in the intelligence services through acquaintances at the University of Leuven, who introduced him to Seti Yale,“Mobutu's men live the high life in SA”, Sunday Times at the time the chief of the Zairian security service. Dungia reported that later that he realized that Seti's action might have been dictated by the need to collect some information on his rival in leadership around Mobutu, Honoré Ngbanda.“Zaire: IRIN Briefing Part III, 02/27/97”, United Nations, Department of Humanitarian Affairs After training in the Zairian intelligence services for a month, Dungia was first assigned as assistant, then as the head of security at the Ndjili International Airport. When viewed and used on a handheld device, mobile work order applications provide details such as location, stepwise job plans, safety alerts, lock-outs and prior work history on the asset, giving a maintenance technician or other remote worker more detailed asset information as well as the ability to transmit work data to the organization's enterprise system when completed – through a wireless network, docking station or other synchronization method. Using computer software to achieve standard mobile EAM practices, organizations often report such advantages as an increase in timely, accurate data flow between their remote workers and central management such as planners and schedulers, which thereby improves capital and labor allocation decision processes (including an ability to schedule more planned/preventive maintenance work). With the proliferation of smartphone and other mobile computing technologies, asset managers can expect an ever more tech-savvy workforce, lower costs in mobile devices and a higher propensity of feature-rich, workflow-specific mobile applications.

Born on 8 June 1882 in Aarhus, Anna Westergaard was the daughter of the dentist Carl Rudolf Westergaard (1833–1901) and Cecilie Bøttcher Pape (1857–1945). After passing the preparatory examination in 1889, she embarked on a pioneering career with Danish Railways (DSB). She first worked as an assistant writer for DSB, Aarhus. In 1911, after receiving practical station-based training, she became the first woman to pass the traffic examination and was appointed traffic controller in 1925. In 1929, she became an administrative official in central management where in 1951 she was promoted to traffic supervisor. She took a keen interest in workers' rights, serving as a member of the central committee of the Railways Union (1912–1928) and of the Civil Servants Union (1912–1928). From 1922, she edited the Railways Union journal Vor Stand. Her interest in feminism was inspired by her mother, the daughter of a pastor, who as a girl had refused to wear festive dresses.

This led to the establishment of the Antiterrorism/Force Protection Warfare Development Center (ATFPWDC), the precursor to the current Center for Security Forces and an increase in Master-at-arms manning, which in the year 2000 was barely 1,800 to over 11,000 by the year 2007. In addition, in 2003 the Navy Recruiting Command increased recruiting efforts tremendously help fill the billet requirements being demanded by the various type commanders (TYCOM) to combat the terrorist threats within their area of responsibility. This demand increased sharply when the CNO authorized the formation of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), which serves as the single functional command for the Navy's expeditionary forces and as central management for the readiness, resources, manning, training and equipping of those forces. The biggest change to the rating came after 9/11 in the form of master-at-arms sailors being assigned to other military units as an Individual Augmentee in support of combat support and non-combat support roles in the various area of operations of the "Global War on Terrorism".
