The taxation rate for slot machines with cash winnings was 1,500 to 7,500 roubles and for gaming tables, totalisator cash desks and bookmaker cash desks – 25,000 to 125,000 roubles. Any previous privileges with regard to the gambling tax were cancelled.

In the summer of 1919 the Council of People's Commissars establishes the decree "About association of theatrical business". By this decree "the young proletarian state" has nationalized theatres and all theatrical property. The Kaluga theatre turns into "Narkompros" (national education) maintaining. In the country there was a Civil war, hunger and ruin reigned, and interest of the Kaluga viewer in theatre was so big that tickets were bought up right after opening of cash desks – all places, including also "gallery".

Kyiv Boryspil Express at the station near Terminal D The service uses Class 620M units built by Pesa SA. Trains departure/arrive at the 14th track and run every hour (non-peak) and every 30 minutes (peak). Journey time one way is 30–40 minutes. Ticket price is UAH 80 and can be purchased by cash at two cash desks at the Central and South Railway Stations, by noncash at four self-service terminals installed in the concourse over the 14th track and at Boryspil station. Passengers can also buy tickets on the trains using contactless cards.

In 2013, X5 Retail Group kicked off a programme to attract sublessees, and by the end of 2017, over 29,000 retail outlets were opened in X5 stores by 5,500 private enterprises. With 5,000 sublessees, Pyaterochka leads the way in the number of partners accounting for over 8% of its total selling space. More than 3,000 of them are farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises selling food and children’s goods and providing everyday services near the cash desks outside Pyaterochka’s shopping area or inside as a shop-in-shop. In April 2017, X5 Retail Group launched a cooperation project with the Central Union of Consumer Societies of the Russian Federation (Centrosoyuz).

The local fees collectable within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria include: # household waste disposal, # retail markets, wholesale markets, fairs, sidewalks, squares, and street roadways use, # crèches, child-food kitchens, kindergartens, specialized social services institutions, camps, dormitories, and other municipal social services usage; # technical services, # administrative services, # purchase of graveyard plots, # dog ownership; # other local fees stipulated by the law; Local taxes are paid in cash at the cash desks of the municipal administration, or to the relevant bank account. (Art. 2 LTFA). Violation of the LTFA provisions could lead to the imposition of a range of penalties. Failure to submit a statement of acquisition of real estate or declaring incorrect data so as to reduce the tax to a lower rate, is punishable with a fine - from BGN 10 to BGN 400 for natural persons and from BGN 100 to BGN 1,000 for legal entities.
