Jacques Hurtubise (November 1950 – 11 December 2015) was a French-Canadian cartoonist and publisher. The city of Brossard is located in the federal riding of Brossard—Saint-Lambert, and its Member of Parliament is Alexandra Mendès of the Liberal Party of Canada. In provincial politics, Brossard forms part of the La Pinière riding and its Member of the National Assembly is Gaetan Barrette of the Quebec Liberal Party. He served as interim leader of the Union Nationale party and leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly of Quebec from September 1960 to January 1961. He became party leader after UN leader and former Premier Antonio Barrette lost the 1960 election and resigned his seat and the UN leadership a few months later.

In late 2006, after completing the album, Andrew announced he was leaving the band(and possibly to pursue a career in professional wrestling). Andrew was soon replaced by another Andrew - A.J. On 28 August 2014 at Aguascalientes, he set a new Canadian record in the flying 200 m time trial of 9.77 seconds. The following day, he broke the 1 km against the clock record with a time of 1:00:9. With his teammates Joseph Veloce and Stéphane Cossette, he also holds the Canadian record in team sprints; the team achieved a time of 43.922 seconds at the Panamerican Cycling Championships in Mexico City on 7 February 2013.

He was drafted 16th overall by the Montreal Alouettes in the 2011 Draft and signed a contract with the team on May 26, 2011. He spent parts of three seasons with the Alouettes before signing with the Ottawa Redblacks on January 2, 2014.
