He says his goodbyes to his parents and goes to the airport, where most of his money and possessionsincluding a prized family pocket watch from his fatherare confiscated. Fico begins a new life in New York.

Dwight barges in on Angela and her husband and begins thoroughly examining the child. When the senator leaves, Dwight confronts Angela about the child, claiming that it is his. She refutes his claim, but Dwight leaves satisfied, telling the attending nurse to call off the baby's circumcision, which the nonplussed nurse refuses to do.

After being warned by Elaine that Rachel is changing, George barges into her room, but Rachel has only dropped her pants. After he excuses himself Rachel, following incorrect directions to the baby's room, accidentally barges in on him undressing and laughs at the size of his penis.

Greenlee and Ryan become close again, while an unstable Michael Cambias rapes Bianca and marries Kendall, Bianca's half-sister. After Michael is murdered, Kendall claims to be pregnant with his child. Skeptical, Greenlee becomes obsessed with proving it to be a lie, and when Kendall is put on trial for Michael's murder, she barges in on them and rips off Kendall's dress to reveal a fake pregnancy pad. She is stricken to learn that the ruse was designed to help Bianca, who really was pregnant with her rapist's child.

After some humorous arguments, Joceaulme barges in on Pathelin, who is in bed and raving like a madman. In time Pathelin's entertaining babble moves from one French dialect to another, which Guillemette has to explain away. After Joceaulme gives up on attempting to retrieve his payment, he turns his thoughts to his shepherd, Thibault l’Aignelet, who has been stealing Joceaulme's sheep and eating them for the past three years.

According to Nelson Branco of TV Guide, OLTL aired "some of the most explosive and ugliest scenes ever broadcast on daytime" television in March 2008 when Todd beat up teenager Cole Thornhart (his daughter's boyfriend and Marty's son), and slapped Starr and Cole's friends Markko Rivera and Langston Wilde. Todd barges in on Starr and Cole in bed together for the first time, jumping to the conclusion that Cole had raped her, "and [beats] the son of his rape victim relentlessly". At least one soap opera blogger was outraged, and wanted Todd to be punished. In Branco's opinion, head writer Ron Carlivati wanted to use the storyline to return Todd to his dark roots by showing him as a monster again, stating, "Carlivati chose to do something unique, bold and risky with one of his marquee characters", demonstrating Todd's damaged personality and calling into question his mental stability.
