Man wearing child in a ring sling These are baby carriers that use dynamic tension, a length of cloth and metal (such as aluminum) or nylon rings. One end of the cloth is sewn to two rings. The cloth wraps around the wearer's body from shoulder to opposite hip and back up to the shoulder, and the end is threaded through the rings to create a buckle effect. The baby sits or lies in the resulting pocket.

Meanwhile, Lynette feels under pressure, as with Tom's back injury, she's forced to manage the Pizzeria on her own. Mrs McCluskey baby-sits Tom and the kids while she's out at work desperately trying to find a good assistant manager for the restaurant. All applicants seem useless until Rick, who previously worked at a 4-star restaurant, comes along. A few days later, Jill, another dancer, baby-sits for the wheelchair-bound Molly, who takes pictures of her. When Jill answers a knock on the front door, the killer forces his way into the apartment and stabs her with the hairpin. Molly frantically snaps away, but does not get a clear view of the killer's face.

Teacher tells janitor that his standing would be better if he were married. Baby sits on a new peach couch as Theresa, Nathan and Claire get ready for a birthday party for Baby.

Kari Coleman portrays Deborah Hauser, a divorced sex education teacher with a bitter approach to her students, disliking all non-09ers and kissing ass to the 09ers. Veronica baby-sits her demonic son in order to find out if he is being abused. It is also revealed she was friends with Lianne Mars when they attended Neptune High as teenagers, and were suspended together for spreading a "false and malicious rumor". Mrs Hauser maintained that Lianne told her a rumor knowing it was false and Deborah passing it on unknowingly, however Veronica found out the real story.

The baby sits on a teeter- totter on the stage and eats his Cracker Jack. A performer, who not a moment before hung from the nose rings of two trapeze artists, breaks the rings of those same and falls onto the upper side of the see-saw on whose lower side sits the small child: up goes the baby, into the air and onto the platform of a trapeze artist about to jump. The child grabs the ankles of the performer: another trapezist leaps from an opposite platform and catches, not the legs of his partner, but the baby thereon hanging. The trapeze artists swing such that the performer hanging onto the baby is stuck stretching the fabric of the child's garment: the man knocks down four tightrope walkers stacked on top of one another, and then falls on account of the garment breaking under the strain, and lands in the large brass horn of a band member, the which instrument's playing propels the performer upward, back to the baby, from whom he swiftly falls.
