McKenzie Arena (also called "The Roundhouse") is the primary basketball arena for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) in Chattanooga in the U.S. state of Tennessee. It replaced Maclellan Gymnasium, a 4,177-seat gymnasium now used for women's volleyball and wrestling. Originally called UTC Arena, it was renamed McKenzie Arena on February 21, 2000 in honor of athletic supporters Toby and Brenda McKenzie of Cleveland, Tennessee. The arena opened on October 8, 1982.

Booster clubs are organizations in schools at the high school and university level. The clubs are generally run and organized by the parents of the students in the supported organization in high schools, and by athletic supporters and fans at colleges. It is not a social club. Its main function is to develop support for the student program and raise funds to supplement shrinking public support as a result of budget cuts.

Charlton Athletic supporters then proposed to completely rebuild the stadium in order for Charlton to return there at the beginning of the 1990s. However, the Greenwich Borough Council overwhelmingly turned down plans to renovate the ground. Club supporters formed their own local political party, the Valley Party, in response to the council's decision. The football stadium was designed to seat approximately 1,200 and had a press/announcer's box at the top of the "home" bleachers. The field also doubled as the school's baseball and girls' softball field under a movable configuration design. No concession or restroom areas were originally built. In 1990 a group of community athletic supporters raised funds to build a new facilities building on the field, complete with on-field dressing areas, public restrooms, concession facilities and weight training facilities.

On 2 October 2015, Wildschut was sent on loan to Wigan Athletic for three-months until January 2016. Wildschut being substituted on to make his final Wigan Athletic appearance: an FA Cup tie with Manchester United in January 2017. Wildschut made his Wigan Athletic debut, where he came on as a substitute in the second half, in a 0–0 draw against Walsall on 3 October 2015. After making his debut, Wildschut became a fan favorite at Wigan Athletic and even got a chant from Wigan Athletic supporters 'sign him on'.

Wigan Athletic Official Supporters Club (formally known as Wigan Athletic Supporters Travel Club) is the official supporters' association of Wigan Athletic Football Club. The supporters club are a non- profit organisation run by volunteers and meet before home matches in the South Stand Bar. The Latics' most vocal supporters can be found in the East Stand of the DW Stadium which houses up to 8,206 fans The South Stand of the ground is the family stand. A long-standing song sung by fans of the club is "You Are My Sunshine".

Bauer recalled: When he returned to the locker room, he told his teammates: The Bengals offensive line played the entire game with bare arms, and a number of them played with bare hands as well. They placed hot water bottles inside their cups (athletic supporters) and between plays they walked around with their hands in their pants which many people found amusing. It was so cold that icicles started to form on Fouts’ beard early in the game.

By the mid-1920s, the team and the university had outgrown the University Gymnasium, which had very little spectator space. The larger wooden structure built directly adjacent to the University Gym in 1928 was officially known as "Building R", through it was commonly called the "New Gym". The New Gym was intended to be a temporary home for the basketball team until funding was found for a more permanent structure. However, funds soon became scarce with the coming of the Great Depression; university president John J. Tigert along with several other athletic supporters had to take out personal loans to finish the construction of the school's first football stadium, Florida Field.

Rider is patron of the South Buckinghamshire charity Headway South Bucks, which raises money for people with head injuries, and also of children's cancer charity CLIC Sargent. He is also Vice-President of United Response, a national charity that supports people with learning disabilities, physical and mental health needs; and president of the North West Kent Addicks, an independent Charlton Athletic supporters group that raises money for local charities. Rider has also become the patron of Children and Families Across Borders (CFAB), a charity dedicated to reuniting children who have been separated from their families. Since 2008 Rider has been the patron of Exeter Leukaemia Fund.
