LONDON, Dec 5 (Reuters) - Norwegian Air Shuttle said it will add 50 percent more flights between Britain and the United States next year summer, ramping up competition on transatlantic routes, days after the U.S. granted extra flying rights to the budget airline.
Of the Monday Transportation Department decision, a spokesman for Norwegian Air Shuttle said there were not any plans yet for Norwegian Air UK to launch any flights under its new flying rights, "but we are certainly looking forward to planning future operations."
OSLO, June 15 (Reuters) - Norwegian Air Shuttle expects to take delivery of its first two 737 MAX jetliners from Boeing on June 29, and plans to exercise further options for the aircraft to boost its fleet renewal, the budget carrier told Reuters on Thursday.

One example, available from May 21 to 25, includes round-trip airfare on the low-cost carrier Norwegian Air Shuttle from Kennedy to Stockholm Arlanda Airport and a three-night stay at Nobis Hotel Stockholm, a luxury property in the heart of Stockholm, all for $1,155 a person.
