The daily operations are handled by Jesper "Yebo" Reginal Petersen, drummer of Thau (later: Tothe International,) The Tremolo Beer Gut, Psyched Up Janis, Trains and Boats and Planes, Heavy Trash and Junior Senior. The label also owns and operates Vibrashop, an online mail order record store.

Bankole Ajibabi Omotoso (born 21 April 1943), also known as Kole Omotoso, is a Nigerian writer and intellectual best known for his works of fiction and in South Africa as the "Yebo Gogo man" in adverts for the telecommunications company Vodacom. His written work is known for its dedication and commitment to fusing a socio-political reappraisal of Africa and respect for human dignity into most of his works.

Jeremy Thomas Hewitt (born March 4, 1984 ) known by his stage name Jeremy Loops, is a South African singer, songwriter, and record producer. In 2011, Loops released his self-titled EP. His debut album Trading Change was released March 2014 in South Africa. The album was released in North America and South America via Yebo Music in August 2015, and in Europe and Australia in February 2016. He toured the United States as a support slot on Rebelution's "Winter Greens Tour", followed with two headline US tours of his own, The Jeremy Loops US Tour and the Trading Change Tour.

On April 1 2011, Vodacom officially unveiled its new change in branding from blue to red, using the same style as its parent company, Vodafone. Vodacom provides coverage to Mount Kilimanjaro, which was the highest point in the world to be covered by GSM, until Axiata (through its subsidiary Ncell) provided coverage at the top of Mount Everest, the highest point in the world. Vodacom was aided by its optimistic advertisements at the early stages of the democratic South Africa, including the yebo gogo campaign which is still in effect today in Africa. Vodacom is the leading cellular network in South Africa with an estimated market share of 58% and more than 103 million customers across Africa.
