See also Hilbert's twenty-fourth problem. The full text is important, since the exegesis of the questions still can be a matter of inevitable debate, whenever it is asked how many have been solved. Some of these were solved within a short time. Others have been discussed throughout the 20th century, with a few now taken to be unsuitably open-ended to come to closure.

Confusingly, the term is also sometimes used for decorative covers for the toilet seat, or even the toilet seat lid, if present. These covers generally do not serve a sanitary purpose, and may even pose difficulties with cleaning and sanitization if they are made of porous materials or are unsuitably shaped. The descriptive qualifier "disposable" is added to clarify the intended use of some toilet seat covers.

After two weeks, the chick is left alone for 2.5 hours each day, whilst the adults forage. At this point the male may start making direct food deliveries to the eaglet. This is considered a relatively early point to stop attending to the nest for an eagle this size and the nest often soon becomes unsuitably foul with remains. One 39 day old eaglet was able to tear up its own food already but was still primarily fed by the female.

As the last in the famed collection of sonnets written by English poet and playwright William Shakespeare from 1592 to 1598, Sonnet 154 is most often thought of in a pair with the previous sonnet, number 153. As A. L. Rowse states in Shakespeare's Sonnets: The Problems Solved, Sonnets 153 and 154 "are not unsuitably placed as a kind of coda to the Dark Lady Sonnets, to which they relate."[Rowse, A. L. Bayawan has one of the most barren mountains in the province. The Department of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR) have classified that 72.7% and 27.3% (198.05 km²) of the total land area of Bayawan as A&D; (alienable and disposable) and as forestlands respectively. However, recent assessment of land use utilization shows that only 17.8% of the total land area is used as forestlands. From these, it can be deduced that a large portion of the land area supposedly classified as forestlands are cultivated and unsuitably used.

In Ancient Sparta, the subordination of private interests and personal happiness to the good of the public was strongly encouraged by the laws of the city. One example of the legal importance of marriage can be found in the laws of Lycurgus of Sparta, which required that criminal proceedings be taken against those who married too late (graphe opsigamiou)Pollux, Onomasticon VIII.40. or unsuitably (graphe kakogamiou), as well as against confirmed bachelors,Plutarch, Life of Lycurgus 15.1. that is, against those who did not marry at all (graphe agamiou).

Ioane Shavteli () was a Georgian poet of the late 12th and early 13th centuries credited to have written the encomiastic poem traditionally, and unsuitably, known as Abdulmesiani (აბდულმესიანი), i.e., "Slave of the Messiah" (from Arabic عبد المسيح, Abdul Masīh). A reference to Shavteli and his work is made in a postscript of Shota Rustaveli’s The Knight in the Panther's Skin (ვეფხისტყაოსანი), which is the source of the poem's incongruous title. Shavteli's ode is, in fact, a eulogy to the two greatest monarchs of medieval Georgia, David "the Builder" (r.

When paging and page stealing are used, a problem called "thrashing" can occur, in which the computer spends an unsuitably large amount of time transferring pages to and from a backing store, hence slowing down useful work. A task's working set is the minimum set of pages that should be in memory in order for it to make useful progress. Thrashing occurs when there is insufficient memory available to store the working sets of all active programs. Adding real memory is the simplest response, but improving application design, scheduling, and memory usage can help.

Dead bodies remain infectious; thus, people handling human remains in practices such as traditional burial rituals or more modern processes such as embalming are at risk. 69% of the cases of Ebola infections in Guinea during the 2014 outbreak are believed to have been contracted via unprotected (or unsuitably protected) contact with infected corpses during certain Guinean burial rituals. Health-care workers treating people with Ebola are at greatest risk of infection. The risk increases when they do not have appropriate protective clothing such as masks, gowns, gloves and eye protection; do not wear it properly; or handle contaminated clothing incorrectly.

Charles Pooter as illustrated by Phil Hood (1984) Charles Pooter is a fictional character, the supposed author and leading character of George and Weedon Grossmith's comic novel The Diary of a Nobody (1892). Pooter is a middle-aged and middle-class clerk in the City of London, with ideas above his station. Apart from taking himself very seriously, he is an extreme example of self-importance, with the unhappy result that he is much snubbed by those he considers beneath him. He has a wife called Carrie and a son called Lupin, the latter unsuitably engaged to the distressingly inferior Daisy Mutlar.

Nesting sites selected are usually either islands in large bodies of water (typically lagoons or river deltas) or dense mats of aquatic vegetation, such as extensive reedbeds of Phragmites and Typha. Due to their large size, these pelicans often trample the vegetation in the area surrounding their nests into the muddy substrate and thus nesting sites may become unsuitably muddy after around three years of usage. The nest is a moderately-sized pile of grass, reeds, sticks and feathers, usually measuring about deep and across. Nests are usually located on or near the ground, often being placed on dense floating vegetation.

A growing concern among the American public is that guilty criminals are too often excused for their crimes or are given unsuitably short sentences, a problem that is exacerbated by the use of the abuse defense. Legal experts counter that excuse defenses either serve an insignificant role in the trial or are entirely unsuccessful.Wilson 1997, pp. 1-3 During the trial of Dan White, who assassinated gay rights advocates George Moscone and Harvey Milk, one expert testimony mentioned that the consumption of large amounts of junk food may have intensified White's state of depression prior to the murders.

This contributed to the zoo being faced with closure in the 1980s. Due to the public change of attitude to animals kept in captivity and unsuitably cramped space, the zoo also suffered dwindling visitor numbers. However, when it was announced that London Zoo would close in 1991, a swell of public support in visitors and donations allowed the zoo to continue its work, attempt to balance its books, and take on the huge task of restoring its buildings and creating environments more suitable for animal behaviour in the late 20th century. One benefit of the 'swell of public support' was the development of volunteer staff.

After a break of two months, Motivator returned to face a strong field in the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown in which he was ridden by Kevin Darley. His participation in the race had been in doubt as his connections were worried about the ground, which they feared would be unsuitably firm. For the first time since his debut, Motivator did not start favourite, being the 3/1 second choice behind the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner Azamour. Motivator raced prominently and led the field into the straight only to be caught in the final furlong and beaten half a length by Oratorio.

This destruction of sand dunes is often then mitigated with construction of seawalls, revetments and groynes in often futile attempts to prevent storm erosion hazards to unsuitably located assets and infrastructure on coasts. These engineered methods are commonly ineffective and frequently actually magnify the hazard or just move the hazard down coast. In Porthcawl, South Wales, a seawall constructed to stop erosion in 1887 was replaced in 1906, 1934 and finally in 1984 when the beach was paved as each prior structure was undermined by further erosion. The loss of aesthetics due to the lack of a sand beach resulted in tourists utilising alternative beaches.

Eleven days later, Carroll House contested Britain's most prestigious weight-for-age race, the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot Racecourse. Racing on unsuitably firm ground, he started a 33/1 outsider and finished fifth of the seven runners behind Nashwan, Cacoethes, Top Class and Sheriff's Star. On 2 September, Carroll House was moved down in distance for the Group One Phoenix Champion Stakes over ten furlongs at Phoenix Park Racecourse in Dublin.

Even a quality barrel must be well matched to the cartridge it will be firing. In most cases, it is not practical to fix a barrel whose bore is worn out, poorly or unsuitably rifled, or the wrong bore diameter; the primary exception to that is rimfire barrels, which can be inexpensively bored out and re-lined with a commercial barrel liner. If the barrel is unsuitable and relining is not an option, then an aftermarket or custom barrel is the best solution. However, if the bore is good, then there are a number of operations that can be done to the barrel to improve upon its accuracy.

Big Orange began his 2016 campaign with a trip to United Arab Emirates for the Dubai Gold Cup on 26 March in which he finished second, beaten a neck by the French-trained gelding Vazirabad. On his return to Europe he ran third behind Exospheric and Simple Verse in the Jockey Club Stakes at Newmarket on 30 April. Plans to run the gelding in the Ascot Gold Cup were abandoned as the ground was deemed to be unsuitably soft. When Big Orange attempted to repeat his 2015 success in the Princess of Wales's Stakes on 7 July he started the 8/1 sixth choice in a seven-runner field.

" Despite unsuitably soft ground, Kooyonga started 7/2 favourite for the Eclipse Stakes at Sandown against a strong field which included notable winners such as Opera House (horse), Arcangues (horse), Zoman and Terimon. Kooyonga was held up at the back of the field until the straight, but then quickened past the field to take the lead a furlong out. She was ridden out by O'Connor to win "as she liked" by one and a half lengths. O'Connor, who had been criticised for his riding at Ascot and had been practising his skills on a wooden horse, said that he "had them beaten two out and she still had a bit in hand at the finish.

As at Chester, he began to make rapid progress after being switched to the outside, catching the leader, The Great Gatsby inside the final furlong and winning by a length. The winning time of 2:33.35 was the third fastest recorded in a Derby at Epsom. After the race Michael Stoute praised Fallon's riding, before echoing Raymond's comments after the Dee Stakes by calling Kiris Kin "one of the laziest horses at home I've ever trained." A late withdrawal from the Irish Derby because of the unsuitably firm ground meant that Kris Kin had been off the course for more than seven weeks before his next start, the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot.

Leopardstown Racecourse, where Golden Horn hon the Irish Champion Stakes Golden Horn's comeback came in the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown Racecourse on 12 September. In the build-up to the race he was reported to have been performing impressively in training although Gosden warned that the colt might not run if the ground were to be unsuitably soft. The ground at Leopardstown was described as "yielding", which was enough to see the withdrawal of Gleneagles, but Golden Horn took up his engagement and was made the 5/4 favourite. His six opponents were Free Eagle, Found, The Grey Gatsby, Cirrus des Aigles, Pleascach (Irish 1000 Guineas, Yorkshire Oaks) and Highland Reel (Secretariat Stakes).

The Eagles joined the English Basketball League in 2014, and rapidly ascended through the Divisions 3 and 4, achieving back-to-back promotions. However, upon reaching Division 2, the club were forced to move their home games 25 miles away to Scunthorpe due to the unsuitably of their home venue to host Division 2 games. The team struggled with the move, losing the positive momentum built up over the last couple of years, finishing 11th in their inaugural Division 2 season and facing relegation back to Division 3. The Eagles took the decision to withdraw during 2017–18 season due to financial constraints, re-entering the NBL in Division 4 for the 2018–19 season.

On his final start of the year, Somnus was sent to Redcar in October for the eighteen-runner Betabet Two-Year-Old Trophy and was allowed to take his chance in the race despite the unsuitably firm ground. He raced prominently before taking the lead two furlongs out and stayed on "gamely" under pressure to win by a head from Tout Seul, with Monsieur Bond third. The win made Somnus one of the year's biggest money earners and after the race, Lady Legard said that she felt "so lucky to have such a good horse and such a tough one." The form of the race was significantly boosted two weeks later when Tout Seul won the Group One Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket.

Electronic Packaging:Solder Mounting Technologies in K.H. Buschow et al (ed), Encyclopedia of Materials:Science and Technology, Elsevier, 2001 , pages 2708–2709 Through-hole manufacture adds to board cost by requiring many holes to be drilled accurately, and it limits the available routing area for signal traces on layers immediately below the top layer on multi-layer boards, since the holes must pass through all layers to the opposite side. Once surface-mounting came into use, small-sized SMD components were used where possible, with through-hole mounting only of components unsuitably large for surface-mounting due to power requirements or mechanical limitations, or subject to mechanical stress which might damage the PCB (e.g. by lifting the copper off the board surface).

Motivator began his racing career in August 2004 when he contested an eleven-runner maiden race at Newmarket He made an immediate impact with what the Racing Post described as a "scintillating" performance. Ridden by Kieren Fallon, he took the lead a furlong from the finish and pulled away to win by six lengths. After the race, his trainer demonstrated his confidence by naming the Group Two Royal Lodge Stakes at Ascot as the colt's most likely next race. Motivator was ruled out of the Ascot race because of the unsuitably firm ground, which meant that he had been off the racecourse for more than two months before being stepped up markedly in class to contest the Group One Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster.

Edinburghs distinctive forecastle Edinburgh was readily distinguished by her distinctively different forecastle. When it was decided to fit the Phalanx CIWS to this class of warships, it was intended that Edinburgh should carry a single CIWS unit, mounted forward between her 4.5-inch gun and the Sea Dart launcher. To this end, her breakwaters were enlarged and she was fitted with a raised bulwark, very like those carried on the Type 22 frigates. This location proved to be an unsuitably wet one for the Phalanx system despite the modifications to this warship, and Edinburgh was later fitted with a pair of wing-mounted CIWS as carried by the other ships of the class, but she retained her distinctive bulwark and enlarged breakwaters.

Womack is the main event, and though Albarn and Russell are most likely more than respectful of this reality, they just don't deliver." David Dacks of Exclaim! stated that in, what he perceived as "Russell's second attempt at re-contextualizing a grizzled African-American musical icon, the concept doesn't fare quite as well" as it does on I'm New Here. Ryan Dombal, in a review for Pitchfork, wrote that "the album's tightly wound drums and repetitive rigidness [often] undo Womack's spontaneity, forcing him into an unsuitably cloistered space" and claimed that the album "rarely hits a similar [intimate] feeling [to his back catalogue], and while Womack does his best to step up to his alien surroundings, he can't help but sound like an out-of- place guest on his own album.

Restrained at the back of the nine-runner field in the early stages, he made rapid progress in the straight, overtaking horse after horse, but was never able to reach the leader Bustino and finished second, beaten three lengths by the winner. His performance made him the first horse since Nijinsky to be placed in all three legs of the Triple Crown: the only other horses to have done so since 1945 have been Sayajirao in 1947, Nagami in 1958 and Camelot (2012). In October Giacometti started at odds of 4/1 on what was thought to be unsuitably soft ground, for the Champion Stakes over ten furlongs at Newmarket. His task was eased by the withdrawal of Allez France, but he faced thirteen opponents including Coup de Feu, Ksar, Pitcairn (Goodwood Mile), Northern Gem (Pretty Polly Stakes) and Star Appeal.

After racing towards the rear in the early stages he kept on well to come home third behind Advertise and the filly Forever In Dreams, with Ten Sovereigns in fourth. The colt was entered for the Nunthorpe Stakes at York Racecourse in August but was withdrawn on account of the unsuitably firm ground. After a break of two and a half months Hello Youmzain returned on 7 September for the Group 1 Sprint Cup at Haydock, a race which saw him matched against older horse for the first time. Fickett criticized Olivia however for leaving the man at the hospital unsuitably protected. SFScope reviewer Sarah Stegall enjoyed Peter's sideplot and hoped to learn more of his past, but thought the "cute in-jokes" were meant to distract the audience from a "thin" plot "full of holes". She added that "the shallow, cookie-cutter plotting" was starting to annoy her, and noted that while the series had the potential to become "a breakout show like The X-Files or Lost... its major weakness is the continual reliance on the worn-out cliché of the Big Bad Corporation," which had become "stale and dry." Jane Boursaw of AOL's TV Squad wrote, "Another great episode tonight, and some of the little symbols we see leading into commercials were actually in tonight's episode," referring specifically to the hallucinatory butterflies and the frogs/toads found in the basement.

After World War I, this name was considered unsuitably militaristic, and the street was renamed "Budapester Straße" (the street south of the Tiergarten now called Budapester Straße was at that time an eastwards continuation of the Kurfürstendamm). After the death of the first President of the Weimar Republic, Friedrich Ebert, in 1925, it was renamed Ebertstraße in 1930, but in 1935, under the Nazi regime, it was called Hermann-Göring-Straße, after Reichsmarschall Hermann Göring, whose official residence was close by. In the mid-1930s almost the entire street was dug up for the building of the S-Bahn "north-south link" line from Unter den Linden to Yorckstraße, via Potsdamer Platz and Anhalter Bahnhof. The idea for such a link had first been mooted in 1914, but detailed plans were not drawn up until 1928, and then approval had to wait until 1933.
