In 2001, he won the Femina British Council’s most outstanding young Designer of India award, which took him to London for an internship with Georgina von Etzdorf, an eclectic designer based in Salisbury. Returning home with ideas, Sabyasachi started retailing at all major stores in India. In 2002, Sabyasachi Mukerjee participated at the India Fashion Week which got positive feedbacks from the press.
In 1968, Rogers published his first guide, the Alan Roger's selected sites for caravanning and camping in Europe. Retailing at four shillings (20p), from small beginnings the guide grew in strength through the years based on its clearly defined statement that the only way sites would be included in the guide was on the basis of quality. In the introduction to the first guide Alan wrote "I would like to stress that the camps which are included in this book have been chosen entirely on merit and no payment of any sort is made by them for their inclusion." In the same guide Alan accurately predicted trends for the future.
By 1991, compact discs had gained in popularity as a data storage device for music and software. PCs and video game companies had started to make use of this technology. NEC had been the first to include CD technology in a game console with the release of the TurboGrafx-CD add-on, and Nintendo was making plans to develop its own CD peripheral as well. Seeing the opportunity to gain an advantage over its rivals, Sega partnered with JVC to develop a CD-ROM add- on for the Genesis. Sega launched the Mega-CD in Japan on December 1, 1991, initially retailing at JP¥49,800.
After more store closures in 2001 and 2002, the chain was down to a roster of just under 30 stores and lost its claim to be the largest independent chain, being replaced by the up-and-coming Music Zone. Following a disappointing 2002 Christmas, Gray decided to go back to his roots and started to sell imports at cut-throat prices. Thousands of titles were slashed in price in January 2003, many normally retailing at £10.99 were reduced to £6.99, and £15.99/£16.99 became £10.99/£12.99. Around this time, the chain had a minor facelift with new styling and decor in most stores and new uniforms for staff.
It was a 12-page sports paper retailing at only Sh100. This paper has also gone through tremendous improvement for content and format to ensure that the ever changing needs of its readers are met. After two and half years of successful operations of the two products, in April 2001, the role of publishing was handed over from Media Communications to a newly registered publishing company, Mwananchi Communications Ltd. In December 2002, Nation Media Group of Kenya purchased controlling interests in the company and this has since helped to ingrain the company with world class values in editorial management including standardizing the group's editorial policies.
Star Over Bethlehem is an illustrated book of poetry and short stories on a religious theme by crime writer Agatha Christie. It was published under the name "Agatha Christie Mallowan" (whose only other book to be published under this by-line was the 1946 short autobiography Come, Tell Me How You Live). It was published in the UK by Collins on 1 November 1965 in an edition priced at thirteen shillings and sixpence (13/6) and in the US by Dodd, Mead and Company in an edition retailing at $4.95. The volume contains five poems and six short stories, all on the theme of Christianity.
In December 2001, Square Enix projected it would have 250,000 users by the end of 2001, and 400,000 by year end 2002: the service charged $10 per person, and thus needed 200,000 participants to break even. On January 7, 2004, Square Enix announced they had more than 500,000 registered users on the PlayOnline gaming service, and slightly under one million active players. In September 2004, Square Enix stated they had 1.2 million characters, with most players having two to three characters. In May 2005, Front Mission Online became the second game to utilize the service, retailing at ¥7,140 with a monthly subscription price of ¥1,344.
Bonnelly, a native of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, grew up with fashion being an intrinsic part of his identity. He studied architecture at UASD before moving to New York where he graduated from Parsons School of Design and began his career in fashion as Oscar de la Renta’s assistant. He then worked as a designer for the houses of Bill Blass and Eli Tahari before starting his namesake collection in 1998, retailing at Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and other better stores around the world. He later returned to Oscar de la Renta as creative director for the O Oscar Collection.
Elio Fiorucci (; 10 June 1935 – 19 July 2015) was an Italian fashion designer and the founder of the Fiorucci fashion label. Beginning in retailing at the age of 14, he later created a fashion brand that had worldwide success during the 1970s and 1980s, including becoming a key label of the disco-scene. The retail environments he created were destinations, rather than simply places to buy clothes; his New York store was known by some as the daytime Studio 54 and gave space to artists and creatives – including Andy Warhol. Fiorucci is credited with designing and popularising stretch jeans, and for transforming the fashion scene.
Two variants were available at launch, the Elan 1.6 (retailing at £17,850) and the Turbo SE (£19,850). Initial sales were disappointing, due to the debut of the more affordable "nostalgic" Mazda MX-5 which was arguably similar in concept to the 1960s Elan, in contrast to the M100's deliberately futuristic cant. The Elan was very expensive to make (the cost to design and produce the dashboard alone was more than the total cost of the Excel production line), and sales figures were too low to recoup its huge development costs. Altogether just 3,855 Elans were built between November 1989 and July 1992, including 129 normally aspirated (non-turbo) cars.
PC Engine Shuttle The PC Engine Shuttle was released in Japan on November 22, 1989 as a less expensive model of the console, retailing at ¥18,800. It was targeted primarily towards younger players with its spaceship- like design and came bundled with a TurboPad II controller, which is shaped differently from the other standard TurboPad controllers. The reduced price was made possible by slimming down the expansion port of the back, making it the first model of the console that was not compatible with the CD-ROM² add- on. However, it does have a slot for a memory backup unit, which is required for certain games.
The PC Engine LT is a model of the console in a laptop form, released on December 13, 1991 in Japan, retailing at ¥99,800. The LT does not require a television display (and does not have any AV output) as it has a built-in flip-up screen and speakers, just as a laptop would have, but unlike the GT the LT runs on a power supply. Its expensive price meant that few units were produced compared to other models. The LT has full expansion port capability, so the CD-ROM² unit is compatible with the LT the same way as it is with the original PC Engine and CoreGrafx.
The HIT-0400 broadband adapter. The Broadband Adapter is a network adapter that was released as a separate accessory for the Dreamcast in Japan on July 15, 2000, retailing at ¥8,800; the United States followed suit on January 9, 2001, with a retail price of USD$59.95. The adapter was never bundled with any console, and in the United States, the adapter was only available in Sega's online store for a few months after its release; it appeared in retail stores starting in March of that year. Though it was never released in Europe, use of an American (or Japanese) adapter on a PAL system is possible since the adapter is not region coded.
Public housing advocacy group Ndifuna Ukwazi disputed the building's design arguing that no allowance for affordable housing had been made in the original plans which was problematic given South Africa's housing shortage. In August 2017 FWJK stated that 104 of the building's apartments would be made available for affordable housing each retailing at under R800,000 which Ndifuna Ukwazi argued was too expensive for the majority of Captonians. Approval for the building was granted in 2018 by the City of Cape Town after it was agreed that 20 percent (240 apartments) of the residential units would be reserved for affordable housing. The building developer FWJK appealed the ruling for the affordable housing reservation.
439-460 Sega launched the Mega-CD in Japan on December 1, 1991, initially retailing at JP¥49,800. The CD add-on was launched in North America on October 15, 1992, as the Sega CD, with a retail price of US$299; it was released in Europe as the Mega-CD in 1993. In addition to greatly expanding the potential size of its games, this add-on unit upgraded the graphics and sound capabilities by adding a second, more powerful processor, more system memory, and hardware-based scaling and rotation similar to that found in Sega's arcade games. The Mega-CD sold only 100,000 units during its first year in Japan, falling well below expectations.
Miss Marple's Final Cases and Two Other Stories is a short story collection written by Agatha Christie and first published in the UK by Collins Crime Club in October 1979 retailing at £4.50.Collins Crime Club – A checklist of First Editions Chris Peers, Ralph Spurrier and Jamie Sturgeon. Dragonby Press (Second Edition) March 1999 (Page 16) It was the last Christie book to be published under the Collins Crime Club imprint although HarperCollins continue to be the writer's UK publishers. The book contains eight short stories and did not appear in the United States; however, in 2010, an audio book and the Kindle edition were released, which included six stories from the book, plus Greenshaw's Folly.
Aplets were followed, several years later, with Cotlets. The candies were originally sold at a roadside fruit stand but gained greater attention in 1962 as a result of the Seattle World's Fair. Manufactured versions of the candy are limited to those produced by Liberty Orchards of Cashmere, Tertsagian and Balaban's original company. According to the firm, there is "not a huge market" for the product outside Washington, though in the late 1990s the company began limited retailing at national chain stores such as Target (the bulk of Aplet & Cotlet sales prior to this had been in local retailers like Frederick & Nelson, Bartell Drugs, and Pay 'n Save, and through its mail-order catalog).
The company makes six models, the New FS (fingerstyle), Parlor, GC, D, Jumbo, and a Baritone, each retailing at a flat price of $12,000 as of April 2013, making them amongst the most expensive new guitars in the world. The company also provides the option for customized furnishings such as exotic woods, buffalo horn nuts and saddles, mammoth ivory bridge pins and nuts, and specialized inlay and cutaway designs etc. for an additional fee. The customized Petros guitars made of rare woods such as African Blackwood, Ceylon Satinwood or old flitch matched Brazilian Rosewood are sold for an extra $4,000 which with other furnishings such as ivory bridge pins can fetch over $22,000 in total.
Sega Toys' Poo-Chi hit markets on 1 April 2000, with Hasbro's Tiger Electronics distributing the toy in all countries other than Japan and Korea. Retailing at a price of 3,980 yen (then the equivalent of US$38) in Japan and $24.99 in the United States, the toy offered significantly cheaper competition to the AIBO's prices of up to 250,000 yen (then US$2,400). At the time, Hasbro's sales in their leading Furby line were slowing since its initial release in 1998 and sales of Star Wars branded merchandise was in decline. The Poo-Chi's release was a success, selling over 10 million units worldwide over the span of 8 months since its initial debut.
July 2014 final issue Bliss was a monthly British magazine aimed at 14- to 17-year-old girls, retailing at £2.75 and often coming with a gift such as make-up or a bag. The content covered candid celebrity gossip, latest fashions, hair and make-up looks, a problem page on puberty, boyfriends, friends and sex, an interview with the celebrity cover girl, entertainment reviews, romance advice, psychology for friendships, and real-life stories. The magazine was launched by EMAP in June 1995, and sold to Italian publishers Panini in 2006. At the time of its sale in 2006, it had a circulation of 213,466 (already in decline), but this had fallen to 50,043 by December 2012.
The primary benefit of using optical fibre for a satellite TV IF distribution system is that the fibre can carry the entire received spectrum on one cable, which can then be split to provide for multiple tuners, without requiring a separate feed from the antenna to each tuner. Additional outlets can be added to increase the number of receivers within one home without accessing the central antenna or main infrastructure. Fibre cable is cheap in long run, retailing at about twice the price of equivalent copper coaxial cable, but replacing four runs of coaxial cable with a single fibre cable. It is also much smaller than the coaxial signal cable used for electrical IF distribution, but robust and flexible.

According to WildAid in 2007, "the rapidly expanding and largely unregulated shark fin trade represents one of the most serious threats to shark populations worldwide, and shark fins are now among the most expensive seafood products in the world, commonly retailing at US$400 per kg, with the most expensive selling for US$1,000 per kg." According to Discovery News, "[u]p to 73 million sharks are killed annually for their lucrative fins." During the congressional discussion, Shark finning was called "one of the most visible and controversial conservation issues in the waters of the Pacific Ocean". While the practice of finning had already been banned in Federal waters of the Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean, as well as waters in 11 coastal States, it remained unregulated in the Pacific.
The cost of Adobe Systems' Creative Suite 6 Master Collection in Australia was much higher than that of the United States equivalent, retailing at AU$4,334 in comparison to $2,599 in the United States. It was calculated at the time that it was cheaper to fly to the United States, purchase a copy of the software, and fly back to Australia. In May 2013, the Adobe Creative Cloud service was launched, offering access to the Creative Suite software on a subscription basis. Australian prices initially were set to AU$62.99 per month in comparison to the United States price of $49.99 per month, but following an inquiry by the Australian government into regional pricing of digitally distributed goods, Adobe Systems adjusted the Australian price to match that of the United States.
It is also estimated that about 90 percent of the world's investment grade wine is produced in the Bordeaux region of France, which explains why the region is the main target for investment wine fraudsters. Vintage ports historically have made up much of the rest of the market inventory, but now more and more varied and global selections of wines are finding their way into the investor market. Outstanding vintages from the best vineyards may sell for thousands of dollars per bottle, though the broader term "fine wine" covers bottles typically retailing at over about US$30–50.For example, Berry Brothers & Rudd, one of the world's largest dealers, started "Fine wine" prices at about £25 in March 2009 with a wine from Au Bon Climat website "Fine wine offers".
Beckham made a guest appearance on the catwalk for Maria Grachvogel on 17 February 2000, marking her debut as a model at London Fashion Week. Beckham also acted as a British ambassador for Dolce and Gabbana and was briefly the face of Rocawear in 2003. Beckham designed a limited-edition fashion line for Rock & Republic called VB Rocks in 2004, consisting mainly of jeans for the high end of the market, retailing at approximately $300 in the US. On 16 January 2006, Beckham walked the runway for Roberto Cavalli at Milan Fashion Week, and was for a period exclusively dressed by him for red-carpet and social events. For the March 2006 issue of Harper's Bazaar, Beckham acted as fashion editor when she styled her close friend, Katie Holmes, for a fashion shoot.

In May 2016, Microsoft lowered the price of selected 500 GB bundles to US$299, and 1 TB bundles to US$319 as a limited time offer of unspecified length.
In addition to being a guest at DVD panels at San Diego's Comic-Con International, his work on The Best of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe won a "Best 1980s Series" from Home Media Retailing at their 2005 TVDVD Awards. The Digital Bits website noted in their 2006 Bitsy Awards that with "the hiring of DVD producer Andy Mangels to create extras, things turned around big time in 2006. BCI/Eclipse is now leading the pack with their top- notch releases of nostalgic Saturday morning TV favorites from the 70s and 80s, each one stuffed to the max with fantastic bonuses". In addition to the above, Mangels has contributed liner notes and materials to multiple Anchor Bay DVDs – including Beastmaster', Highlander, Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, Plenty, Sleuth and Can't Stop The Music – and has aided Paramount and Warner Bros.
The reconstructed Château Margaux completed in 1812 Château Margaux, archaically La Mothe de Margaux, is a wine estate of Bordeaux wine, and was one of four wines to achieve Premier cru (first growth) status in the Bordeaux Classification of 1855. The estate's best wines are very expensive, with a standard-sized bottle of the Château Margaux grand vin retailing at an average price of $639. The estate is located in the commune of Margaux on the left bank of the Garonne estuary in the Médoc region, in the département of Gironde, and the wine is delimited to the AOC of Margaux. The estate also produces a second wine named Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux, a third wine named Margaux de Château Margaux, as well as a dry white wine named Pavillon Blanc du Château Margaux which does not conform to the Margaux appellation directives.

Syracuse Arms Company - Advertisement - 1896 The Syracuse Arms Company advertised the Hollenbeck shotgun in 1896 that had "fewer parts in this gun than any gun seen." The broker was Hermann Boker & Company of 101 Dusne Street in New York City. The Syracuse Arms Company was incorporated in 1893 and commenced production of a double barrel shotgun named "The Hollenbeck" after its inventor Frank A. Hollenbeck. Frank Hollenbeck resigned from the Syracuse Arms Company in July, 1895; and in 1896, the gun was renamed "The Syracuse" which name remained unchanged from that point through the end of production. The Syracuse Arms company only manufactured double shotguns; and only hammerless shotguns until late 1904. Syracuse Arms Company produced hammerless model double guns in a variety of grades as follows: Grade 00, Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade A, Grade A-1 Special Trap, Grade B, Grade C, and Grade D; with the Grade D gun being their highest grade and retailing at $475.00 in 1904. Hammerless model Syracuse guns were produced in 10, 12, 16 (in 1901), and 20 (in 1902) gauges. The hammer model Syracuse gun was only offered in one grade and one gauge (12-bore) with a retail of $24.00.
