Moe, Larry and Curly are junkyard-based superheroes who fight crime with their often malfunctioning Inspector Gadget-style bionic powers and are given assignments via film projector from their frustrated boss Agent 000 (pronounced "Oh-Oh-Oh") who runs the Superhero Employment Agency. Since all of the original Three Stooges had died when production began (Moe Howard and Larry Fine had both died in 1975, Shemp Howard died in 1955 and Curly Howard died in 1952), other voice actors were used to impersonate them, mostly veteran voice actors from other Hanna-Barbera productions. Paul Winchell voiced Moe, Joe Baker voiced Larry, and Frank Welker voiced Curly (Welker had previously used his Curly impression for the titular character in Jabberjaw). Unlike cartoon series produced by Hanna-Barbera in the 1970s, The Robonic Stooges did not contain a laugh track.

Hot Press gave the song a favourable review, calling it a "sweeping" track and suggesting it "conjure[s] the same spiritual vibe as Marvin Gaye's 'Abraham, Martin & John'". Time gave No Line on the Horizon a negative review, but praised "Moment of Surrender" for its "heartbreaking melody" and Bono's "Oh- oh-oh" vocals that reminded the critic of the end of "With or Without You". Kelly is the most common surname on the Isle of Man. Murphy and Letters originally wrote the song for Florrie Forde, as a follow-up to another Murphy song written for Forde, "Oh, Oh, Antonio", a success in 1908. The song was immediately successful, becoming "the rage all over England".

The album's best known songs included "Rally Around the New Flag", which lampooned the extensive political battles over the then-new "Maple Leaf" national flag design, and "The Pill", which satirized the then-topical issue of the birth control pill. In 1992, Hammer had admitted in depositions and court documents to getting the idea for the song "Here Comes the Hammer" from a Christian recording artist in Dallas named Kevin Christian. Christian had filed a 16 million dollar lawsuit against Hammer for copyright infringement of his song entitled "Oh-Oh, You Got the Shing". This fact, compounded with witness testimony from both Hammer's and Christian's entourages, and other evidence (including photos), brought about a settlement with Capitol Records in 1994. The terms of the settlement remain sealed.
His usage of "le-yo-oh-oh" ululations invokes that of the vocal stylings of Jamaican musician Bob Marley. Lyrically, "Homecoming" serves as an homage to Kanye West's hometown of Chicago, Illinois. In comparison to previous records, Graduation was at times thematically distanced, introspective and characterized by more conflicted, confessional storytelling. The jubilant ode to his Chicago upbringing is among many touching callbacks to the footsteps that propelled West forward in his journey as a hip-hop artist found on his third studio album.
The song starts with a few bars of wordless vocals: ::duh-duda-duh-duda-duh-duda-duh-duh-duba followed by the lead vocal; ::Oh-ho-ho-ho gee,my oh-oh gee-hee, well oh-ho gee, why I love that girl. then the group: ::Love that girl! The vocals are upbeat making use of harmonies and nonsense syllables, in a matter resembling enthusiastic street-corner singing. This is accompanied with a modified jump blues instrumental backup, a catchy melody, and Charlie Christian-like guitar solo.

In homogeneous photocatalysis, the reactants and the photocatalysts exist in the same phase. The most commonly used homogeneous photocatalysts include ozone and photo- Fenton systems (Fe+ and Fe+/H2O2). The reactive species is the •OH which is used for different purposes. The mechanism of hydroxyl radical production by ozone can follow two paths. :O3 \+ hν → O2 \+ O(1D) :O(1D) + H2O → •OH + •OH :O(1D) + H2O → H2O2 :H2O2 \+ hν → •OH + •OH Similarly, the Fenton system produces hydroxyl radicals by the following mechanism :Fe2+ \+ H2O2→ HO• + Fe3+ \+ OH− :Fe3+ \+ H2O2→ Fe2+ \+ HO•2 + H+ :Fe2+ \+ HO• → Fe3+ \+ OH− In photo-Fenton type processes, additional sources of OH radicals should be considered: through photolysis of H2O2, and through reduction of Fe3+ ions under UV light: :H2O2 \+ hν → HO• + HO• :Fe3+ \+ H2O + hν → Fe2+ \+ HO• + H+ The efficiency of Fenton type processes is influenced by several operating parameters like concentration of hydrogen peroxide, pH and intensity of UV. The main advantage of this process is the ability of using sunlight with light sensitivity up to 450 nm, thus avoiding the high costs of UV lamps and electrical energy.
On 3 April, the Democratic Party confirmed they would nominate Oh Keo-don, who had unsuccessfully stood 4 years ago, as its candidate. Therefore, Suh faced the 2nd competition with Oh. Unfortunately little is known about the professional basketball career of Orlando Phillips. He was selected as the 69th pick in Round 3 of the 1983 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers, but he never made their roster. In 1989 he played for the Adelaide 36ers in Australia's National Basketball League. Phillips had a slow start to the 1989 NBL season while still recovering from a broken foot, but his numbers increased through the season. He wore the number "00" for the 36ers and early in the NBL season before his form changed, the joke in Adelaide was that 00 stood for "Oh Oh".
"Heartache All Over the World" was the only single to achieve chart success in the US, though it failed to crack the top 50. Roger Taylor and John Deacon of Queen play drums and bass guitar respectively on the track "Angeline"; songwriting credit is shared with backup singer Alan Carvell, who composed the "oh-oh-oh's" that can be heard at the beginning and end of the track. John played "Paris" during his 1986 US tour.
Generation of reactive oxygen and reactive nitrogen species in the phagolysosome, implicated in respiratory burst. There are 3 main pathways for the generation of reactive oxygen species or reactive nitrogen species (RNS) in effector cells: #Superoxide dismutase (or alternatively, myeloperoxidase) generates hydrogen peroxide from superoxide. Hydroxyl radicals are then generated via the Haber- Weiss reaction or the Fenton reaction, of which are both catalyzed by Fe2+. O2•–\+ H2O2 —> •OH + OH– \+ O2 # In the presence of halide ions, prominently chloride ions, myeloperoxidase uses hydrogen peroxide to produce hypochlorous acid. H2O2 \+ Cl- —> ClO- \+ H2O # Nitric oxide synthase (the inducible isoform, iNOS, in immunity) catalyses the production of nitric oxide from L-arginine.
The radio edit of this song features a shortened intro, a synth track on the first and second chorus (the album version only has it on the second chorus), a reworked "oh-oh" chorus and the added backup vocals of "perfect situation" over the outro. The radio edit is eight seconds shorter than the album version. The reworked chorus that appears in the radio edit was one of two ways Cuomo originally wrote the song. When touring in summer 2005, when the band prompted the crowd to sing along, they oddly enough sang it in the other way Cuomo had written it (different from the record version).

Hugo E. Peretti (December 6, 1916 - May 1, 1986) was an American songwriter and record producer. Born in New York City to an Italian American family, Peretti began his music career as a teenager, playing the trumpet in the Borscht Belt in upstate New York. He graduated to playing with orchestras, then in the 1950s partnered with his cousin Luigi Creatore to form the Hugo & Luigi songwriting team that evolved to producing records. In 1957 they bought into Roulette Records, where they wrote songs for various artists such as Valerie Carr, and produced major hits for Jimmie Rodgers, including "Honeycomb" (Billboard #1), "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine" (Billboard #3), "Oh-Oh, I'm Falling in Love Again", and "Secretly".
The Fenton chemistry is complex and has many steps, including the following: # Fe2+ \+ H2O2 → Fe3+ \+ OH· + OH− # Fe3+ \+ H2O2 → Fe2+ \+ OOH· + H+ # HO· + → Fe(III) + + # HO· + Fe(II) → Fe(III) + # Fe(III) + → Fe(II) + # Fe(II) + + → Fe(III) + # + → + These reactions do not occur step by step but simultaneously. When applied to In Situ Chemical Oxidation, the collective reaction results in the degradation of contaminants in the presence of as a catalyst. The overall end result of the process can be described by the following reaction: : + contaminant → + + Advantages of this method include that the hydroxyl radicals are very strong oxidants and react very rapidly with contaminants and impurities in the ground water. Moreover, the chemicals needed for this process are inexpensive and abundant.
The Beach Will Never Die is the third album released by surf music band The Surfin' Lungs, released in 1990 on the Swiss label Lux-Noise. This was the first album by the new-look Lungs, with keyboardist/guitarist/vocalist Clive Gilling and drummer Graeme Block in the ranks and marked a change in style, with Gilling's organ playing a prominent role in proceedings, while the production had a much crisper feel to it. Of the 13 tracks, 11 were written by the group, while one, "Oh Oh I Love Her So" was a cover of a song by The Ramones, which featured a different arrangement, while the other, "Anywhere The Girls Are", stayed true to the original effort by The Fantastic Baggys.
Luigi Federico Creatore (December 21, 1921 – December 13, 2015) was an American songwriter and record producer. Creatore was born in New York City in 1921, the son of noted Italian-born bandleader and composer Giuseppe Creatore. After serving with the United States military during World War II, in the 1950s he became a writer then partnered with his cousin, Hugo Peretti to form the songwriting team of Hugo & Luigi which also produced other records. In 1957, they bought into Roulette Records where they both wrote songs for various artists such as Valerie Carr and produced major hits for Jimmie Rodgers including "Honeycomb" (Billboard #1) and "Kisses Sweeter Than Wine" (Billboard #3), and "Oh-Oh, I'm Falling in Love Again" and "Secretly".
The Fenton reaction is possible because transition metals can exist in more than one oxidation state and their valence electrons may be unpaired, allowing them to participate in one-electron redox reactions. :::Fe2+ \+ H2O2 → Fe3+ \+ OH· + OH− The creation of hydroxyl radicals by iron(II) catalysis is important because iron(II) can be found coordinated with, and therefore in close proximity to, DNA. This reaction allows for hydrogen peroxide created by radiolysis of water to diffuse to the nucleus and react with Iron (II) to produce hydroxyl radicals, which in turn react with DNA. The location and binding of Iron (II) to DNA may play an important role in determining the substrate and nature of the radical attack on the DNA.
Aesop Dress'd, or a collection of fables writ in familiar verse, p.4 This is written in octosyllabic couplets whose aim is to characterise the "Self conceited Country Bumkin” of the fable. La Fontaine's starting point is deferred by his interpreter to the six-line moral drawn at the end, beginning ::The World's vast Fabrick is so well ::Contrived by its Creator's Skill; ::There's nothing in't, but what is good. William Trowbridge Larned's version for children is written in four regularly rhymed six-lined stanzas in dactylic metre and tries to give a sense of La Fontaine's light heartedness. Its resulting colloquiality makes the protagonist a little too rustic, replacing as it does the original's simple exclamation “Oh! Oh!” with “Gosh!” and having him refer to himself as “Clever me".
In 1990, the song was used by director Martin Scorsese as the soundtrack to a frenetic scene in his film Goodfellas, when Ray Liotta's character, a cocaine-addicted gangster, fears that the authorities are closing in on his illegal activities. Rolling Stone described the effect: "This is what paranoia sounds like ... the more the filmmaker fades those 'Oh oh ooohs' in and out, the more your own nerves start to fray." Sean O'Neal of The A.V. Club writes: "I have to admit, even when I play 'Jump Into The Fire' today, I keep seeing that same helicopter." Michael Gallucci of the website Ultimate Classic Rock lists "Jump into the Fire" at number 3 in his list of the ten best Nilsson songs, behind "Without You" and "Everybody's Talkin'".
Through his American connections, Gordon had promoted many historic jazz tours and in January 1957 he brought the first rock'n'roll tour to Australia, featuring. He then secured the Australian release rights to the American Roulette Records label and signed a pressing and distribution deal with the Australian Record Company (which was later taken over by CBS Records). Leedon's first releases were "Oh, Oh I'm Falling In Love Again" by Jimmie Rodgers and "(Make With) The Shake" by The Mark IV. Other releases included singles by Duane Eddy, Huey Piano Smith, Dion & The Belmonts, Dick Dale and Little Junior Parker. Most of their early releases featured overseas acts, as illustrated above, however they did provide a release for some local recordings including Johnny Rebb & The Rebels' 'Hey Sheriff' in 1958.
Rick James sued Hammer for infringement of copyright on the song "U Can't Touch This", but the suit was settled out of court when Hammer agreed to credit James as co- composer, effectively cutting James in on the millions of dollars the record was earning. Hammer was also sued by a former producer, Felton Pilate (who is also a member of the successful R&B; band, Con Funk Shun) and by several of his former backers, and faced charges that performance troupe members endured an abusive, militaristic atmosphere. In 1992, Hammer also admitted in depositions and court documents to getting the idea for the song "Here Comes the Hammer" from a Texas-based Christian recording artist named Kevin Abdullah. Abdullah had filed a US$16 million lawsuit against Hammer for copyright infringement for his song entitled "Oh-Oh, You Got the Shing".
John saw his aunt coming through the crowd and comically changed the words of a song to feature her name: "Oh-oh, here comes Mimi down the aisle now..." Smith related two versions of what she thought that day after seeing him on stage: "I was horrified to behold John in front of a microphone", and "as pleased as Punch to see him up there". With help from Smith and John's headmaster, Lennon was accepted into the Liverpool College of Art because his aunt insisted that he should have some sort of academic qualifications, even though he was beginning to show an interest in music. She opposed the idea of John forming a band and disapproved of Paul McCartney because he was "working class", calling him "John's little friend". When she later met George Harrison, she "hated him" because of his thick Liverpudlian accent and Teddy Boy clothes.
Even though the superoxide and the hydrogen peroxide radicals are toxic in their own right, they become potentially more toxic when they interact to form the hydroxyl radical (OH•). This proceeds through the iron and copper catalyzed Haber–Weiss reaction: O2− \+ Fe3+ ↔ O2 \+ Fe2+ H2O2 \+ Fe2+ ↔ Fe3+ \+ OH• + OH− Since iron and copper are present in coastal waters, the hydroxyl radical could be formed by reactions with either of the, and, in fact, their oxidation does result in significant sources of hydroxyl radicals in the ocean. The hydroxyl radical is the most unstable of the ROS (lifetime of 10−7seconds), reacting with many inorganic and organic species in the surrounding environment at rates near the diffusion limit (rate constants of 108 -1010 L mol−1 sec−1). In seawater, the radical is removed as a result of reactions with bromide ions, while in fresh water it reacts principally with bicarbonate and carbonate ions. Because it has such a high reactivity, day time concentrations in surface waters of the hydroxyl radical are generally very low (10−19 to 10−17 M). The hydroxyl radical can oxidize membrane lipids and cause nucleic acids and proteins to denature.
