Again, the whole piece is called Interstice, and I wanted to make a piece that was literally about intervals.

I did the prints a year later, when I was broke working on some films and waiting for Interstice to come out.

It was during this interstice that he recorded and released the idiosyncratic Cold Devil, his fourth mixtape and the shit-talkin' generation's most singular, complete work to date.

However, rather than put the original Interstice film up on Vimeo and go on about his day, Huang decided to turn it into something a little more special.

The whole concept of Interstice is about veils, and I wanted to make a piece about people traversing through a metaphorical veil, but also literally represent it with this fabric.

And so in a way I feel like by making something that feels Chinese and feels futuristic I could show this gap between me and my heritage, which is kind of why the piece is called Interstice.

Oprah has always existed in the interstice of America's dirty laundry, or rather, as a symbol of how well the country was reckoning with and excising it, so it's not surprising that one day she'd eventually go from facilitating discussions about national baggage on her famous talk show to being at the center of them.

At Andrew Thomas Huang's first-ever solo exhibition, Interstice, a multisensory installation and series of digital prints born out of a surrealist experimental short film that incorporates dance, sound, and religious spectacle, the artist and filmmaker does his best to avoid attaching things to any singular sort of religious metaphor—he feels he's making a political/spiritual statement more than anything else, an anthropological study of sorts.

The scale-like motile staminodes sandwiched by pistillate and staminate flower zones are called interstice staminodes. These staminodes play a role in controlling pollinators' access to the pistillate flower zone and to protect the developing fruits. During pistillate anthesis, the spathe inflates to create a slit in the limb, stigmas become sticky and emit odour to attract pollinatros, and the interstice staminodes and thecae erect, allowing pollinators to access pistillate zone. When stigmas become non-receptive, the interstice staminodes begin to lower and seal off the lower spathe.

Color and size are extremely variable with the adult size ranging between 10 and 20mm. Typically there is a tubercle on both sides of the pronotum, both elytron have two tubercles on the 2nd interstices. The 5th interstice has similar tubercle on posterior declivity. A male's antennae are much closer to the apex of the rostrum, they also have longer forelegs than females.

AHC has announced that they will additionally release an EP entitled Interstice through the label. In September 2012 it was announced that THC had signed a distribution deal with Ingrooves/Fontana/Universal, had changed its official name to THC : MUSIC (which was previously just a working abbreviation for Thom Hazaert Company) and was preparing upcoming releases from Oedipus, Knockout Kid, and American Head Charge.

The sculpture is somewhat coarse. Only visible under a lens, one can observe between the rows of granules, a few fine, spiral, elevated striae, 1 to 3 in each interstice of the body whorl, crossed by oblique, slightly lamellose striae. On the base of the shell one can observe also one distinct, and often 1 or 2 very small intermediate, lirae, and also less crowded oblique striae.

During staminate athesis, the staminate flower thecae point upward and emit odour. Shortly after that, the limb splits away from the lower spathe, coincidentally pollen droplet extrudes from the tips of the theca horns. Once the fertilization is successful, the interstice staminodes become photosynthetic, thicken, and harden until the fruits are fully developed. The enlarged berries push the staminodes up and staminodes shed away.

The pretty large, oval shell is ventricose, and polished. It is ornamented with more or less distant, wide, compressed, smooth, parallel ribs, inclined towards the base, of a pale rose color, most commonly with quadrangular deep brown spots. These ribs are pointed at their summit, and a little below these form a slight keel, caused by small asperities. The interstice between the ribs is slightly striated longitudinally.

Each state was given authority to establish such a program within its own jurisdiction, to compensate owners for the cleanup of underground petroleum leaks, to set standards and licensing for installers, and to register and inspect underground tanks. Most upgrades to USTs consisted of the installation of corrosion control (cathodic protection, interior lining, or a combination of cathodic protection and interior lining), overfill protection (to prevent overfills of the tank during tank filling operations), spill containment (to catch spills when filling), and leak detection for both the tank and piping. Many USTs were removed without replacement during the 10-year program. Inflorescence can be solitary or in pair to several. Spathes are mostly white with flush (a few of them are yellow) and shapes can be ellipsoid to lanceolate, narrowing to a point. The limbs (upper part of spathes) drop off during staminate anthesis, leaving the persistent funnel-shaped lower part of the spathe. Spadix consist of a few or no pistillodes at the base, pistillate zone, a few rows of scale-like motile staminodes (interstice staminodes), staminate zone, and appendix.

It was announced on February 29, 2012, that American Head Charge will participate in the Hed2Head Tour 3 supporting Mushroomhead and (Hed) PE. Subsequently, the band recorded the EP Shoot (initially planned to be called Interstice). The EP's first single called "Sugars of Someday" was released on iTunes May 9, 2012. The band said that proceeds will go towards funding the next album. The five-song Shoot EP was self-released July 23, 2013 with a national tour starting two weeks later.

The sculpture consists of numerous spirals, of which the peripheral one and 2 or 3 lower ones are more prominent. At all there are on penultimate whorl of the largest specimen about 10 stronger spirals and 3 intermediate ones in each interstice, of these spirals. The median one is again stronger than the other ones (in the smaller specimen this arrangement is less conspicuous). Each of these spirals is closely covered with a row of granules, having the character of compressed squamae on the principal lirae.

Johnson received leftover flowers after sleeping under tables used for sorting flowers in the Flower District of Manhattan, and was known for wearing crowns of fresh flowers.: event occurs at 8:42. Johnson was tall, slender and often dressed in flowing robes and shiny dresses, red plastic high heels and bright wigs, which tended to draw attention. As Edmund White writes in his 1979 Village Voice article, "The Politics of Drag", Johnson also liked dressing in ways that would display "the interstice between masculine and feminine".

In 1919 the Association of the Scouts and Guides of the Republic of Czechoslovakia was founded, and the association became a founder member of WAGGGS in 1928. Girl Scouting grew and progressed until 1939. As part of the fledgling Czechoslovakia, Slovakia was a Founding Member of WOSM from 1922 to 1948, with an interstice in which Scouting ceased to exist as a result of Nazi German occupation in 1940, when the government banned Scouting. After World War II and the 1944 national uprising, Scouting reemerged and was recognized by the state of Czechoslovakia.

In the next interstice they are concave and at last convex towards the basal liration. The body whorl is rounded, with a strong peripheral keel, being the basal one of the upper whorls, and a convex base. There is another spiral at some distance from the peripheral keel, and 12 basal spirals of which three more spaced ones, at a larger distance from the subperipheral spiral, and 9 more central spirals, which are flatter, at subequal distances, the innermost bordering the umbilicus. These spirals are connected by small radiating riblets in the interstices.

These two colors are separated by a small brown zone that circulates between the ribs. On the body whorl the tawny yellow hue appears at the suture and disappears at the siphonal canal, leaving only two white bands, one on the upper part of the whorl, the other at the end. The spire is decorated with longitudinal ribs and decurrent striae; The ribs (numbering 10 on the penultimate whorl and 11 on the body whorl), are fairly prominent, not very thick, leaving between them an interstice equal to twice their breadth. Originating at the suture, they descend flexuously towards the siphonal canal where their concentric arcs come together.

It also enabled spaces at the interstice between several urban areas appealing to potential buyers needing to access either or many of these. The extent of the practice around roads led to its problems becoming intense and recognition as an inefficient use of resources, requiring bypass roads to be built, and often a precursor to untrammelled urban sprawl, so a key aim for the United Kingdom's post-war planning system was to implement a presumption and convention that proposed new ribbon development is inappropriate. Urban sprawl/suburbanisation of large areas led to the introduction of green belt policies, new towns, planned suburbs and garden cities.

In 2011, Hazaert co-produced the American Head Charge Interstice EP, the band's first material since 2005's The Feeding. In addition to several musical artists, Hazaert currently manages Grammy Winning Producer/Mixer Toby Wright (Alice in Chains, Korn, Metallica), Canadian actor Bernard Robichaud, best known for his role as Cyrus on Trailer Park Boys, and Zero 1, fronted by actor/comedian Hal Sparks. It was announced by Rolling Stone South Africa that Hazaert and Toby Wright would be travelling to South Africa in 2013 to record an album with up-and-coming South African Rock band Deity's Muse. Hazaert was also briefly involved professionally with Drake Bell, star of Nickelodeon's Drake & Josh, and the two reportedly remain close friends.
