126 leading scholars of the holocaust including Elie Wiesel, and Yehuda Bauer placed a statement in The New York Times in June 2000 declaring the "incontestable fact of the Armenian genocide" and urging western democracies to acknowledge it. "The Institute on the Holocaust and Genocide (Jerusalem), and the Institute for the Study of Genocide (NYC), have affirmed the historical fact of the Armenian Genocide". There are also a number of strictly legal examinations, including the 1919 War Commission Report, the 1948 UN War Crimes Report, the 1979 UN Genocide Report (Ruhashyankiko Report), The Permanent People's Tribunal Verdict (1984), the 1985 UN Genocide Report (Whitaker Report), and the ICTJ Legal Memorandum (2003). Historian Stefan Ihrig observes that the Armenian Genocide was part of the prehistory of the Holocaust and that, merely ten years before Hitler's rise to power, the German debate on genocide, begun in 1919, concluded with justifications of genocide and calls for the expulsion of Jews.

More than half of the people invited were known oralists; therefore, the Congress was biased and most, if not all, of the resolutions that were voted on by the delegates gave results in favor of the oral method. Nichie, expanded the teaching to adults.

Albert Vanloo and Eugène Leterrier, in association with Arnold Mortier (columnist at Figaro), wrote the libretto. The district court in 2014 heard testimony from experts on Russian law and reached a conclusion that under Russian law, FKP Sojuzplodoimport may only manage property, not own it, and, therefore, FKP Sojuzplodoimport does not have standing.
