The Prize Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to Promoter and Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, designees and assigns the right to publicize his or her name, address (city and country of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose ("Winner Information") in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

By entering this area, you hereby grant to AWESTRUCK TV LLC, NSD, LLC (and its successors, affiliates, licensees and assigns) the right but not he obligation to photograph, record and videotape you and to utilize your likeness, voice, actions, appearance and performances in any manner in connection with the production, exhibition, distribution, promotion, publicity, advertising and other exploitation of such internet/television program or any other program or production in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation to you and you waive any claims you have in connection therewith.

LICENSE: You irrevocably grant Sponsor and its designees and licensees the non-exclusive, assignable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, but not the obligation, to edit, modify, publish, license, print, transmit, display or otherwise use the entry, including, without limitation, any names, likenesses or locations embodied therein, in whole or in part, alone or in combination with other material, or as a basis for new material via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised for the purposes of programming, advertising and marketing as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, without notice or compensation to, or permission of, you or any third party.
