He made his Premiership debut as a head injury replacement for Max Wright against Wasps on 2 November 2019, before scoring his first try for the club against Ulster in the European Rugby Champions Cup two weeks later. On 10 January 2020, Alan Dickens named Hamer-Webb in his 32-man England squad for the 2020 Six Nations Under 20s Championship. He made his debut in the opening game against France, in which he was sin binned for a tip tackle on Nolann Le Garrec.
Wales 20 – 26 France: French prevail despite late Welsh fightback The Scotsman, 27 February 2010 In the 2012 Six Nations Championship, Davies was back in the red of Wales and started in their clash with Ireland in the opening match of the weekend. The lock, however, was at the centre of a controversial incident as he was sin- binned for 'tip-tackling' Donnacha Ryan. Following this incident the player was cited by match officials and subsequently received a 7-week ban for foul play.
There are therefore five possible corners: typical-typical (TT) (not really a corner of an n vs. p mobility graph, but called a corner, anyway), fast-fast (FF), slow-slow (SS), fast-slow (FS), and slow-fast (SF). The first three corners (TT, FF, SS) are called even corners, because both types of devices are affected evenly, and generally do not adversely affect the logical correctness of the circuit. The resulting devices can function at slower or faster clock frequencies, and are often binned as such.
It has a reduced screen size of which contributes to improved accessibility. The AMOLED screen used is the same generation but lower binned compared to those used in the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, the latest available as of the time of release. Benchmarks conducted by AnandTech indicates that this results in a screen power efficiency that is in-between that of the Note 5 and Note 4. It was found that the phone contains a sRGB mode in "Developer Options" that increased color accuracy by lowering saturation.
The 2009 World Club Challenge was contested by Super League XIII champions, Leeds Rhinos, competing in their second consecutive World Club Challenge, and 2008 NRL Premiers, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. For the first time since 2003, the Australian champions defeated their English counterparts. The match featured 28 penalties and two punch-ups which resulted in rival s Josh Perry (Manly) and Jamie Peacock (Leeds) sin-binned in the 20th minute. with Manly's three quick tries in the first seven minutes after the break proving decisive.
Whatuira joined the Wests Tigers in 2005 and played at centre in the Tigers' 2005 NRL Grand Final victory over the North Queensland Cowboys, gaining his second premiership ring. As NRL Premiers Wests faced Super League champions Bradford Bulls in the 2006 World Club Challenge. Whatuira played at centre in the Tigers' 30–10 loss. Whatuira had a forgettable 2006, he was sin-binned in the Tigers' loss to the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville just before half-time with Matt Sing scoring in his absence.
Related probability distribution functions (PDFs) are grouped together into a combined probability distribution function, Pcmb(x). These PDFs are related to the risk coefficient of the normal form (dosimetry, bias and statistical uncertainties). After a sufficient number of trials have been completed (approximately 105), the results for the REID estimated are binned and the median values and confidence intervals are found. The chi-squared (χ2) test is used for determining whether two separate PDFs are significantly different (denoted p1(Ri) and p2(Ri), respectively).
Gareth Grundy of Q wrote that "Thirds sole link with the past is Gibbons' voice ... Everything else has been binned, the hip hop, the cinematic feel, the lot." Instead, the album contains "muscular" synthesisers, drum breaks and abrupt endings, with "propulsive" krautrock rhythms, break beats, cathedral organ, "Moroccan drones" and surf rock. The AV Club wrote that singer Gibbons "sounds more hollowed-out and harrowed than ever, a human nervous twitch on too much coffee and too little sleep". The opening track, "Silence", has a "propulsive" drum loop and "Morse code"-like guitar.
Two minutes into the second half, New Zealand's replacement centre Sonny Bill Williams offloaded the ball to Ma'a Nonu who beat a handful of Australian defenders to score a try, extending the lead to 21–3. In the 52nd minute, New Zealand fullback Ben Smith was sin-binned after tip-tackling Australia's Drew Mitchell. While Smith was in the sin-bin, Australia ran in two tries – the first to number eight David Pocock from a driving maul, and the second to centre Tevita Kuridrani following a kick to score.
The SPARC64 X+ is an enhanced SPARC64 X processor announced in 2013. It features minor improvements to the core organization, and a higher 3.5 GHz clock frequency obtained through better circuit design and layout. It contained 2.99 billion transistors, measured 24 mm by 25 mm (600 mm2), and is fabricated in the same process as the SPARC64 X. On 8 April 2014, 3.7 GHz speed-binned parts became available in response to the introduction of new Xeon E5 and E7 models by Intel; and the impending introduction of the POWER8 by IBM.
Seers played 133 games for Norths including the club's final ever game in first grade which was a 28-18 victory over North Queensland in Townsville in which Seers was sin binned. After a troubled period in which he was admitted into rehab for a drug problem, Seers signed with the Tigers for 2000. After initially being left out of the first Wests Tigers' teams, Seers had some success under coach Terry Lamb. Seers moved to the Super League club the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats for the 2003 season.
Only one point separated the two teams at the half time break. Whiteley and Goosen had scored tries early for South Africa to give them the lead, while an Adam Coleman try and two Foley penalties brought Australia to within one point. Early in the second half South African lock Eben Etzebeth was sin binned for a dangerous challenge and Foley kicked the resulting penalty to give Australia a slight lead. Foley then scored the decisive try 20 minutes later to give them their first win of the tournament.
Navy SC the scored back to back penalties and a try after the half time break before Raveen De Silva was sin binned, this led to a resurgence by Havelock SC scoring successive tries and regaining the lead 26 to 25. Havelock SC however conceded a penalty in the dying minutes of the game, which was converted by Navy SC taking them through to the finals. The final was held at Longdon Place on Sunday 25 February. Danushka Ranjan opened the scoring for Kandy SC with a try, which Nigel Rattwatte failed to convert.
The match also happened to coincide with the change in Prime Minister of Australia, most notably delaying the start of the match by 15 minutes. This led to the pre-match entertainment of the Stafford Brothers to be extended by 10 minutes. In the second half, after a fight broke out in the ruck four players were sin-binned: Queensland's Brent Tate and Justin Hodges, and New South Wales' Trent Merrin and Greg Bird. This ruling was roundly criticized by former State of Origin greats in post-game analysis.
Swift was used as a replacement against Newcastle, but he was sin-binned during the match as Connacht crashed out. In the 2006–07 Celtic League Swift featured in 14 of the team's 20 games, starting in four of them as Connacht finished above only Border Reivers, a team that was disbanded at the end of the season. Swift also played in four 2006–07 European Challenge Cup matches. He started in each of these games, playing Montpellier twice, before facing Bath and Harlequins, but couldn't prevent Connacht being eliminated at the pool stages.
There are many ways of estimating the value of the scaling exponent for a power-law tail, however not all of them yield unbiased and consistent answers. Some of the most reliable techniques are often based on the method of maximum likelihood. Alternative methods are often based on making a linear regression on either the log–log probability, the log–log cumulative distribution function, or on log-binned data, but these approaches should be avoided as they can all lead to highly biased estimates of the scaling exponent.
The 3 in column 4 means that three species, species "b", "c", and "d", have abundance four. The final 1 in column 10 means that one species, species "a", has abundance 10. This type of dataset is typical in biodiversity studies. Observe how more than half the biodiversity (as measured by species count) is due to singletons. For real datasets, the species abundances are binned into logarithmic categories, usually using base 2, which gives bins of abundance 0-1, abundance 1-2, abundance 2-4, abundance 4-8, etc.
Less than two minutes into this match against the All Blacks on 25 June at Jade Stadium in Christchurch, the Lions lost their captain Brian O'Driscoll, who suffered a dislocated shoulder after contact by Tana Umaga and Keven Mealamu. Eight minutes into the game, Daniel Carter opened the scoring for the All Blacks with a penalty. Three minutes later, the Lions suffered a further blow when Paul O'Connell was sin-binned for a professional foul, and Carter kicked the penalty. Already a player short, the Lions then lost Richard Hill to injury.
Lavanini made his return from suspension at home against New Zealand in Buenos Aires only to be yellow-carded for a dangerous tackle. On 6 May 2019, Leicester Tigers announced Lavanini's signing, with him set to join after the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He was red-carded for a high tackle on Owen Farrell in the pool game against England in the 2019 Rugby World Cup for which he received a four match ban.Daily Telegraph 5 October 2019 Lavanini is the most sin-binned rugby player in Argentina's history.
Just as the instrument has a spatial footprint, it will also have a temporal footprint, often called the integration time. While the integration time is usually less than a second, which for meteorological applications is essentially instantaneous, there are many instances where some form of time averaging can considerably ease the collocation process. The collocations will need to be screened based on both the time and length scales of the phenomenon of interest. This will further facilitate the collocation process since remote sensing and other measurement data is almost always binned in some way.
Following a dispute between the English clubs and European Cup organisers there was no English involvement in the 1998-99 Heineken Cup; this led to an expanded Premiership of 14 clubs and 28 games. Tigers started the new season well with a 49–15 win against Harlequins and wins against London Scottish, Northampton and Bedford to see Tigers top the table at the end of September. Losses against Saracens and London Irish in rounds 5 & 7 saw Tigers slip to 3rd in October; Leicester regained the lead in the table after victories against Richmond and West Hartlepool and were never to lose it despite a loss to Wasps two weeks later. Dreams of the double were dashed by Richmond in the quarter finals of the cup, Johnson received a white card (at the time signifying 10 minutes in the sin bin) and during his absence the Londoners scored their two tries in a 15–13 win. The next week Johnson was sin binned again, this time in a league match against closest challengers Northampton, but even with Pat Howard also sin binned and Leicester down to 13 men for a period so outstanding was Johnson's play they won 22–15.
In a comical event seven minutes into the second-half, Roosters Todd Carney bolted over referee Tony Archer after screaming through a line-break. The Roosters went on to score two minutes later through fullback Anthony Minichiello. With Roosters leading 18-6 with ten minutes to go, Minichiello was then sin binned for a professional foul (deliberately raking the ball from Tigers captain Robbie Farah after his line-break). However, the Tigers were unable to capitalize on the extra-man advantage, and it was the Roosters next to score through a magnificent inside ball from Pearce to Carney.
On 18 August 2015, Lussick signed a three- year contract to return to the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles starting in 2016. On 21 May 2017, Lussick was sin binned for an illegal shoulder charge on a North Sydney player when he was playing for Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles against North Sydney at North Sydney Oval. On 16 July 2017, while Lussick was playing for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles against the Wests Tigers, Lussick pulled Wests Tigers captain Aaron Woods' hair. Lussick was charged with contrary conduct by the NRL, entered an early guilty plea, and was fined $1350.
The most common view of measurement uncertainty uses random variables as mathematical models for uncertain quantities and simple probability distributions as sufficient for representing measurement uncertainties. In some situations, however, a mathematical interval might be a better model of uncertainty than a probability distribution. This may include situations involving periodic measurements, binned data values, censoring, detection limits, or plus-minus ranges of measurements where no particular probability distribution seems justified or where one cannot assume that the errors among individual measurements are completely independent. A more robust representation of measurement uncertainty in such cases can be fashioned from intervals.
Jennings started the 2019 season as one of Parramatta's first choice centres despite his drop in form during the 2018 season. Jennings scored 2 tries for Parramatta in Round 1 as they defeated Penrith 20-12 although Jennings was sin binned for a high tackle on Isaah Yeo. In Round 4, Jennings scored 2 tries including the match winner as Parramatta defeated Cronulla 24-12. In Round 6, Jennings scored his third brace of the season as he scored 2 tries in Parramatta's 51-6 victory over Wests Tigers in the opening game at the new Western Sydney Stadium.
In February 2020, it was revealed that Packer could be forced to medically retire from rugby league after struggling to recover from an ongoing foot injury. In round 5 of the 2020 NRL season, Packer played his first game in the top grade since April 2019 as Wests played against the Canberra Raiders. During the game, Packer was sin binned for a professional foul and later placed on report for a high tackle where he was subsequently suspended for two games. In round 10, Packer returned to first grade, running for 150 metres as Wests Tigers beat the Brisbane Broncos 48-0.
If a cash ball is chosen to win, its value is added to the potential jackpot; if a Killer is chosen, the jackpot is immediately divided by 10. Any "win" Killers that are found before the first "win" cash ball do not affect the jackpot. The contestants take turns choosing until they have five "win" balls, after which the one remaining ball is opened and binned. Depending on the distribution of the balls in the first two rounds, the number of Killers in play at the start of this round can range from one to six.
Australian interchange player Jason Smith was blood binned and had to return to the bench. A few minutes later the Kangaroos had made their way deep into England's half when, on the last tackle, the ball was moved through the hands and eventually flicked passed back from Johns as he was being tackled to the feet of Brasher who kicked it ahead to the try-line. Both fullbacks then scrambled to get to the ball and the referee ruled that Brasher had grounded it, awarding Australia a try. Johns converted the try so Australia lead 16–8 with just over ten minutes remaining.
The Lions won the third Test on 4 July at Ellis Park in Johannesburg, beating the Springboks 28–9, in what The Times called "one of the best and most heroic performances in the history of the Lions". Having already won the series, the Springbok squad saw 10 changes from the previous week, and the Lions also saw substantial changes. The Lions led from the start, and Shane Williams scored two tries. England lock Simon Shaw was sin-binned for striking Springboks scrum-half Fourie du Preez with his knee in this test and received a two-week ban as a result.
In Game 3 of the series, Dugan scored his first try in origin level in the 32-8 loss at Suncorp Stadium. In Round 23 against his former club, the Canberra Raiders, Dugan scored a try in the Dragons 34-16 win, the Dragons first win in Canberra since Round 14 in the 2000 NRL season. In the Dragons last match of the season against the Newcastle Knights, Dugan was sinned binned for 10 minutes after he got into a physical altercation with Knights halfback Tyrone Roberts. He finished off the season with him playing in 18 matches and scoring 10 tries.
However, Sydney City forward David Barnhill was sent off just minutes later after a dangerous tackle on Dean Treister which would see him ruled out of contention for the State of Origin decider. Sydney City second-rower Bryan Fletcher was also sent from the field as he was sin binned. The following match saw Cronulla back to winning ways with a convincing 32-4 victory over Manly at Shark Park despite the absence of key forwards Martin Lang, Jason Stevens and Chris McKenna. Tries to Sean Ryan, Nick Graham, Brett Howland, Colin Best, Shannon Donato and Andrew Ettingshausen capped off a magnificent display.
Analysis from staff at the Bank of England concluded that fears about the withdrawal were 'unfounded' and that there would be no significant impact on prices if copper coins were scrapped, noting the sharp decline in usage of copper coins. It is estimated that 60% of copper coins are only spent once, before being removed from the cash cycle, as they are saved or binned. Approximately 8% of 1p coins are estimated to be thrown away entirely, requiring the annual minting of new 1p and 2p coins with a face value of £500m to replace coins falling out of circulation.
Ronan O'Gara converted a Doug Howlett try after twelve minutes before Jonathan Sexton responded with a penalty for Leinster after twenty nine minutes to leave Munster 7-3 ahead at half time. The Munster try, which Howlett scored in the corner was the first Munster scored against Leinster since 2009. In the second half Donncha O'Callaghan was sin-binned for not rolling away and Sexton scored from the resulting penalty. After sixty six minutes O'Gara found Keith Earls with a cross-field kick to the corner which the winger caught before stretching to ground the ball with one hand.
The Lions forwards are held in a maul by the New Zealand Maori The Maori match at Hamilton on 11 June promised to be the most competitive test lead-up, being billed by rugby media as virtually a fourth Test. In the first half, the Maori had the better of possession and tackling, but the Lions had the better of the set pieces, and the half ended 6–6. Just before the break, the Lions' Andrew Sheridan was sin-binned for punching Maori Luke McAlister. When the sin-bin period ended Sheridan was replaced by Gethin Jenkins.
Following two early penalties by Stephen Jones, the Lions led 6–0 and things looked promising for them. All Black captain Tana Umaga was sin-binned for killing the ball, but even without their captain, the All Blacks managed to score two tries, by Conrad Smith and Ali Williams, both converted by Luke McAlister. The Lions were awarded two more penalties, which Stephen Jones kicked, but just before the break, Umaga scored a try to give the All Blacks a half-time lead of 24–12. Seven minutes into the second half Umaga scored another try.
Parker made 19 appearances for Manly in the 2019 NRL season as the club finished in sixth place and qualified for the finals. Parker scored a try in Manly's elimination final victory over Cronulla in week one of the finals series at Brookvale Oval. The following week in the elimination semi final, Parker scored a try but was later sin binned for tripping a South Sydney player in the club's 34-26 loss at ANZ Stadium. On 30 September, Parker earned his first representative jersey as he was named at Centre for the Australia PM XIII side.
However, he established his reputation later that year in England's November Test against Australia, playing the main role in out-classing the Australian front row. Neither of his opposite numbers finished the match. First, Al Baxter proved unable to deal with Sheridan's power, and was eventually sin-binned late in the second half for collapsing a scrum after being warned for repeated scrum violations. Shortly afterwards, Matt Dunning, who was forced to move opposite Sheridan, was stretchered off after a scrum with what was feared to be a serious neck injury; however, scans showed no structural damage to Dunning's neck.
Fa'alogo was selected to play for the New Zealand national team at lock forward in the 2007 ANZAC Test loss against Australia. In Round 25 of the 2007 NRL season, Fa'alogo was sin binned against the Sydney Roosters after punching Roosters player Braith Anasta, which resulted in a 7-week suspension from the NRL Judiciary. In 2008, he was sent home from a club trip to Florida, United States, and fined $10,000 after punching a member of the public at a taxi rank. Fa'alogo playing for New Zealand in 2008 Fa'alogo was again selected for the ANZAC Test again in 2008.
For high- cardinality columns, it is useful to bin the values, where each bin covers multiple values and build the bitmaps to represent the values in each bin. This approach reduces the number of bitmaps used regardless of encoding method. However, binned indexes can only answer some queries without examining the base data. For example, if a bin covers the range from 0.1 to 0.2, then when the user asks for all values less than 0.15, all rows that fall in the bin are possible hits and have to be checked to verify whether they are actually less than 0.15.
Daley was selected for the 1986 Kangaroo tour and played in seven minor tour matches, but did not appear in any of the tours six tests. Other Manly players selected for the 1986 tour were Noel Cleal, Des Hasler and Dale Shearer. He played in three State of Origin matches for New South Wales including the 1987 Exhibition Game in Los Angeles in which he fractured his jaw. In Origin Game 2 of the 1988 State of Origin series, Daley sparked an uproar at Brisbane's Lang Park when he was sin-binned for a dangerous high-tackle on Queensland Greg Conescu.
Both models have a USB-C port and do not include a headphone jack. Both models feature rear-facing Leica cameras. The P20 features a 12-megapixel colour sensor, while the P20 Pro features two cameras—a 40-megapixel wide-angle IMX600 sensor, and an 8-megapixel sensor with 3x optical zoom. By default, output from "quad pixels" on the P20 Pro's 40-megapixel sensor is pixel binned into 10-megapixel photos ("Light Fusion", similar to Nokia PureView's "pixel oversampling"), which is used to improve image quality and the brightness of low-light images, or for intentional monochrome photography.
Hodges then signalled for White to come to him and fight, in an attempt to goad White into precipitating a new fight and get sent off, however White ultimately did not accept. Queensland were then awarded a penalty and kicked the ball to New South Wales full back Kurt Gidley who was swamped by Johnathan Thurston, Sam Thaiday, Neville Costigan and Karmichael Hunt. Creagh then pushed Hodges who had come in as support and quickly backpedaled behind his teammates, precipitating a new altercation. Both Creagh and Thaiday were sin binned although the officials were criticised for allowing White, Hodges and Price's replacement to remain on the field.
An O(N5/2log N) generalization to spherical harmonics on the sphere S2 with N2 nodes was described by Mohlenkamp, along with an algorithm conjectured (but not proven) to have O(N2 log2(N)) complexity; Mohlenkamp also provides an implementation in the libftsh library. A spherical-harmonic algorithm with O(N2log N) complexity is described by Rokhlin and Tygert. The fast folding algorithm is analogous to the FFT, except that it operates on a series of binned waveforms rather than a series of real or complex scalar values. Rotation (which in the FFT is multiplication by a complex phasor) is a circular shift of the component waveform.
Slater started the season, sitting out of the Round 1 game (to the Bulldogs in Perth) due to injury. He returned to the field in Round 2, playing his 300th NRL Career game in the 8–10 loss the West Tigers at AAMI Park. Slater earned criticism during a home Round 6 game against the Newcastle Knights where he was accused of diving which led second- rower Lachlan Fitzgibbon to be sin-binned. While Slater had the right to go for a quick-tap because he was outside the 10-metre, many disapproved when Fitzgibbon stuck out his hand out on shoulder lightly to make Slater hit the deck.
He was sin-binned for throwing several punches at winger, Jason Nightingale. He had a two-match suspension downgraded to one match after claiming Nightingale had provoked him with several head-butts throughout the match. Slater playing for the Storm in August 2008. In August 2008, Slater was named in the preliminary 46-man Kangaroos squad for the 2008 World Cup. In September 2008; Slater narrowly missed out on the Dally M Medal, Player of the Year, finishing 2 points behind the Sea Eagles Matt Orford. The one-week suspension in Round 19 deducted 3 points from Slater's tally, which would have won him the medal.
On 3 May, Fifita ruled out a return to play for New South Wales saying "The pinnacle of our game is to play for your country, And we’ve created something really good for international footy and I don’t want it to drop off". In Round 18 against the New Zealand Warriors, Fifita was sin binned with 10 minutes of play left after using an illegal shoulder charge on New Zealand player Lachlan Burr. New Zealand would go on to kick the subsequent penalty goal and then kicked a field goal to win the match 19–18. After the match, former NRL player Darren Lockyer branded Fifita "irresponsible" and "lazy".
Hertsön is a residential area in Luleå, Sweden. It had 5,436 inhabitants in 2010, making it one of the largest districts in Luleå. The district was built in the 1970s as part of the Million Programme, due to the planned construction of a new steel mill (Stålverk 80, a major expansion of the existing Norrbottens Järnverk steelworks), which was expected to give the city a large increase in population. As the plans of the new steel mill were binned, following the victory of the centre/right-wing coalition in the general election of 1976, there have periodically been many empty apartments in the area.
Although kinetic imaging has been used only with X-rays thus far, in theory, the kinetic method can be applied to any imaging technique that uses penetrating radiation, such as X-ray radiography or transmission electron microscopy. These imaging techniques are similar in that they involve reconstruction of the 2-D projectional image ("shadow image") of the studied 3-D object obtained by calculating the attenuation of the penetrating radiation along every projectional axis. The detectors measure an attenuation- related parameter specific to the type of radiation (usually transmitted photon number). Traditionally, these parameters are binned into a single image from which the attenuation values can be calculated.
England were made to pay for their indiscipline as New Zealand comfortably secured a 'grand slam' of the home nations on their autumn tour, winning 32–6 – the home side gave away a host of penalties and had four players sin-binned as they slumped to their third straight defeat at Twickenham. New Zealand battled to a 12–3 lead but they cut loose after the break. Full-back Mils Muliaina crossed twice in the right-hand corner while Ma'a Nonu added another as England tired. The autumn series gave Martin Johnson a lot to think about in the run-up to the Six Nations of 2009.
These features were of little value to the gamers that Nvidia's products already sold to, but their lack prevented high-end customers from using the less expensive products. There are parallels between the market segmentation used to sell the Quadro line of products to workstation (DCC) markets and the Tesla line of products to engineering and HPC markets. In a settlement of a patent infringement lawsuit between SGI and Nvidia, SGI acquired rights to speed-binned Nvidia graphics chips which they shipped under the VPro product label. These designs were completely separate from the SGI Odyssey based VPro products initially sold on their IRIX workstations which used a completely different bus.
The plan covered a wide range of issues and was somewhat confused, but most SGGA members were enthusiastic about it. The plan covered grain handling, the grain blockade, farm credit and market speculation. It identified and proposed remedies for practices by the elevator companies that included excessive dockage fees, light weights, refusing to bin special grain, replacing special binned grain with lower-quality grain and preventing farmers who had bought storage space in an elevator from dealing with non-company buyers. All these abuses derived from the effective monopoly of the large grain handlers, and could be eliminated by the government taking over the local elevators.
He played regularly for the Ospreys in the following two seasons, before suffering an ACT injury that ruled him out of the entire 2011/12 season, which eventually led to him being released by the Ospreys in July 2012Ospreys released and he joined the ScarletsOwen joins Scarlets On 30 June 2017, Owen left the Scarlets to join English Premiership Rugby club Leicester Tigers ahead of the 2017-18 season. He made his debut for Leicester at the Madejski Stadium in a 28-27 win over London Irish, Owen was sin binned in the 33rd minute for a dangerous tackle. On 15 May 2019 he was confirmed as leaving for Newcastle Falcons.
Epitope binning is a competitive immunoassay used to characterize and then sort a library of monoclonal antibodies against a target protein. Antibodies against a similar target are tested against all other antibodies in the library in a pairwise fashion to see if antibodies block one another's binding to the epitope of an antigen. After each antibody has a profile created against all of the other antibodies in the library, a competitive blocking profile is created for each antibody relative to the others in the library. Closely related binning profiles indicate that the antibodies have the same or a closely related epitope and are "binned" together.
The following week saw the Bulls lose 23-22 to Catalans Dragons. Lulia once again scored 2 tries with Kearney adding another, Adrian Purtell also crossed for a try while Foster kicked 3 goals. The game was lost in controversial fashion as Kearney was sin-binned with 7 minutes to go for a professional foul on Elliott Whitehead and Ian Henderson crossed the try line to draw before Thomas Bosc slotted the decisive drop goal to win. Bradford's playoff hopes were ended as they lost 46-34 to Castleford Tigers, Jarrod Sammut scored 2 tries whilst Brett Kearney, Nick Scruton, Elliot Kear and Danny Addy also scored tries.
Green light on the 5-row grid sees Wayne Rainey, Tadahiko Taira and Kevin Schwantz head into the first turn in front of the field, with Wayne Gardner in 4th. Second lap in 2nd place, Schwantz gets on the throttle while looking behind him and highsides out of Turn Ten; as he walked away from his Suzuki, he looked like he wished he did not know the guy who just binned it so foolishly. Rainey pulled out a lead of more than a second, followed by Kevin Magee, Taira, Gardner, Mick Doohan and Eddie Lawson. Eventually, Gardner got past Magee at Turn Four, and Pierfrancesco Chili crashed out for the second successive race.
Bradley named Muldoon as Connacht captain ahead of the 2008–09 season, replacing Andrew Farley in the role. He led the team out in a competitive game for the first time against the Ospreys on 5 September 2008, but was yellow carded in the match, as the team lost by 3–16. He played in 15 more league games that year, and was sin binned in two more games as Connacht finished bottom of the Celtic League again. Muldoon's first European game as captain came against French side Dax in the 2008–09 European Challenge Cup, and he scored a try as Connacht won by 30 points to 12 away from home.
However, in the Super League and other UK based competitions, a player sent to the sin bin will usually sit on the bench and will wear a 'bib'; however, they do have the option of going back into the dressing room if they please. In rugby union, a sin-binned or sent-off player may be replaced if he plays in the front row of the scrum (prop or hooker) and the team has a substitute available who is capable of filling that player's position. This allows contested scrums to continue during the player's suspension. In this instance, the team must remove one player from another position for the duration of the suspension.
Mark Lawson of The Guardian described the programme on Channel 4 as "both exactly the same but also just subtly different enough", and that "only someone desperate to dislike the re-plated show could argued that [it] has soured, spoiled or binned its recipe". Michael Hogan of The Telegraph thought that "Mary, Mel and Sue might be gone but the show's recipe remains as winning as ever. The four Cs – chemistry, camaraderie, comedy, cakes – were all present and correct." Anna Leszkiewicz of the New Statesman however considered that while the format had been left largely unchanged and the contestants "irresistibly likeable", "every single change to the show has been for the worse".
Experimentally EBSD is conducted using a SEM equipped with an EBSD detector containing at least a phosphor screen, compact lens and low light CCD camera. Commercially available EBSD systems typically come with one of two different CCD cameras: for fast measurements the CCD chip has a native resolution of 640×480 pixels; for slower, and more sensitive measurements, the CCD chip resolution can go up to 1600×1200 pixels. The biggest advantage of the high-resolution detectors is their higher sensitivity and therefore the information within each diffraction pattern can be analysed in more detail. For texture and orientation measurements, the diffraction patterns are binned in order to reduce their size and reduce computational times.
England won the battle up front in the first half, holding onto possession and keeping New Zealand inside their 22 for most of it. However, New Zealand were the first to score when a cross-field kick from Victoria Subritzky-Nafatali was claimed by Selica Winiata setting up her first try. Emily Scarratt, who was playing at fullback instead of in her regular center spot, responded by making a break into New Zealand's 22 and then scored a penalty from a resulting dangerous tackle. In the 20th minute New Zealand's Sarah Goss was sin-binned for a tip tackle on Katy McLean and England nearly scored only for Alex Matthews to be held up over the tryline.
1st half Game 2 saw a very physical contest between the two sides. New South Wales dominated possession, and Brett Stewart scored the first try of the game in the corner after around 25 minutes, giving New South Wales a 4–0 lead. A late converted try by Ben Hannant after a bomb kick was misread by the New South Wales backline saw Queensland lead 6–4 at half-time. 2nd half Two minutes into the second half, Cooper Cronk was sin-binned for a professional foul which denied Todd Carney the opportunity to score under the posts from a grubber kick; Carney converted a penalty goal to level the scores at 6-6\.
Maroons captain Wally Lewis ran about 10 metres to stop Daley's punches on Conescu, and an all-in brawl ensued. Referee Mick Stone (from NSW) sin-binned Daley and Conescu for 10 minutes each, while Lewis was sent for 5 minutes for dissent and for being the 3rd player involved. Hundreds of beer cans were hurled onto the ground by irate Queensland fans in support of their captain. It was the last time Daley represented New South Wales as, a few days before Game 3 at the Sydney Football Stadium, Daley was sacked from the team because he broke team curfew rules when he left the Origin camp to visit his pregnant wife.

Less than 30 seconds into the game and Toulon were already on the board after Romain Taofifénua charged down the kick off and scored a try, one of the quickest tries scored in the history of the competition. In the fourth quarter of the game, three of Toulon's players were sin-binned and they were forced to make a decision after being awarded a penalty within kicking distance. However, instead of going for the posts they elected for a five-metre line-out which failed to result in a try. The final score came to 25-26 as Falcons become the second team in a European competition to beat Toulon at home, an accolade that only Saracens had achieved before.

In the final, an all-in melee erupted for several minutes which resulted in Crowley and Hardwick each being binned, though it failed to dampen the speed and skill of both teams who traded successive overs. Ireland pulled away late thanks to a mighty Kennelley effort from a long way out, leaving Australia 19 points adrift and the series now well and truly over as a contest. Australian publications wrote that Harvey was in everything in the middle of the ground, Stuart Maxfield had plenty of the ball but was plagued by poor disposal and Adam Goodes, Matthew Lappin and Matthew Lloyd played well up forward, despite the latter spurning a valuable goal chance in the third quarter. The match finished in Ireland's favour 71-52.
Because value added tax (VAT) has not been levied in the island, luxury goods have often been cheaper than in the UK or in France, providing an incentive for tourism from neighbouring countries. The absence of VAT has also led to the growth of the fulfilment industry, whereby low-value luxury items, such as videos, lingerie and contact lenses are exported, avoiding VAT on arrival and thus undercutting local prices on the same products. In 2005, the Government of Jersey announced limits on licences granted to non-resident companies trading in this way. Low-value consignment relief provided the mechanism for VAT-free imports from the Channel Islands to the UK until 1 April 2012, at which time this policy of the UK government was binned.
Worcester were well on top during the first half and went into the interval 13–6 ahead thanks to a Chris Garrard try and some excellent game management from fly half Tim Walsh. However, the second half was a completely different affair and with Worcester's Chris Garrard sent off for a dangerous tackle on Jacob Raulini and Steve Caine sin binned, Rotherham, spurred on by their biggest and most vociferous crowd of the season, scored 32 unanswered points, including four tries to complete a demolition of Worcester. Despite the big win for Rotherham at Millmoor, Worcester only lost one game until the two teams met again at Sixways in April, winning 12 league games and losing only away to Orrell. This ensured they kept in contact with Rotherham at the top of the table.
In the 2004 Super 12 season, he played in every game for the Sharks and looked certain to be recalled to the national squad until an injury to the cruciate ligaments of his left knee, 12 minutes into the last game, against the Stormers, ended his season and kept him out of rugby for six months. Despite his history of injuries, James has a reputation as an aggressive tackler and excellent place kicker. Early in his career he was frequently penalised for dangerous tackles, particularly tackles above the shoulder, with a swinging arm, or without the use of the arms. In only his second Test, against , he was cited, and suspended, for an off-the-ball hit on French wing David Bory, and three Tests later, against , he was sin-binned for a tackling offence.

The referees have a system of hand signals to indicate their decisions. Common offences include tackling above the shoulders, collapsing a scrum, ruck or maul, not releasing the ball when on the ground, or being offside. The non-offending team has a number of options when awarded a penalty: a "tap" kick, when the ball is kicked a very short distance from hand, allowing the kicker to regather the ball and run with it; a punt, when the ball is kicked a long distance from hand, for field position; a place-kick, when the kicker will attempt to score a goal; or a scrum. Players may be sent off (signalled by a red card) or temporarily suspended ("sin-binned") for ten minutes (yellow card) for foul play or repeated infringements, and may not be replaced.
Leinster won the match 19–16; Leinster took the lead via an early drop goal from Brian O'Driscoll, only for Julien Dupuy to equalise with a penalty a couple of minutes later. Leinster then moved 9–3 ahead with a drop goal from the halfway line and a penalty from Jonathan Sexton. However, after Stan Wright was sin-binned on the half-hour mark for an off-the-ball challenge on Sam Vesty, Leicester reduced the deficit to three points with another Dupuy penalty, before taking a 13–9 half-time lead via a converted try from Ben Woods. Dupuy increased Leicester's lead to seven points with a third penalty goal just after the interval, but a converted try from Jamie Heaslip brought the teams level with half an hour left to play.
Domestically Leicester were again top of the table and at this stage 11 points clear of Northampton in second place. The gap was pushed to 18 points on 10 March 2001 when Tigers beat Northampton at Franklin's Gardens and Tigers' third successive English league title was formally sealed on 17 March 2001 against Newcastle. With the domestic title sealed, Leicester went into the Heineken Cup semi finals against Gloucester. Leon Lloyd's try gave Leicester a 19–15 win, despite Martin Johnson spending time in the sin bin, to set up the final in the Parc des Princes against Stade Francais. In the final Johnson was again sin binned but thanks to tries from Neil Back and two from Leon Lloyd Tigers prevailed winning 34–30 to secure the club's first continental title.

The .pdi format, generation process, and GUI, were invented by Dr. Reimar Hofmann and Dr. Michael Haft from Siemens AG Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. The .pdi footprint is typically 100 to 1000 times smaller than the footprint normally found in structured data files or database systems, and is rendered without any loss of detail. The word portable in the name derives from the idea that the smaller footprint allows a .pdi runs in the main memory of a user's’ computer without disk or network input/output (IO). The .pdi is a digitally rights protected, encrypted data source that can be accessed by any ODBO (OLE DB for OLAP) compliant OLAP tool, including Microsoft Excel and the Panoratio's Explorer GUI. The .pdi presents detailed discrete or binned data without pre-calculation or cardinality reduction.

Mainstream politicians, including the Scottish National Party (which Souter has supported) largely ignored his poll and disputed whether the result was a true reflection of public opinion, with the Scottish Executive stating that the public had been fed a diet of "misinformation and lies" by Souter's campaign group. The Communities Minister, Wendy Alexander MSP, criticised the poll, stating "I think what is significant about today's ballot is that two out of three voters rejected, or binned or simply ignored this glorified opinion poll." Gay rights campaigner Peter Tatchell stated that "Brian Souter's support for Section 28 is the moral equivalent of the business-funded campaign to maintain racial segregation in the Deep South of the USA in the 1950s." Tatchell said that Souter's campaign was "hateful" and that it is clear that he was using his vast fortune to try to keep a cruel and "bigoted law" intact.
More generally, a lack of consultation with Aboriginal community leaders is often cited by critics of the response, alongside the fact that the action addresses very few of the specific recommendations contained in the Little Children are Sacred Report, while introducing many measures not suggested in the Report. While finding some support among organisations like the Australian Greens, Anaya's Report was widely condemned in Australia, with the Rudd Government's Indigenous Affairs Minister, Jenny Macklin, saying that her duty to protect the rights of children was paramount. Opposition Spokesman Tony Abbott queried whether Anaya had adequately consulted with people who had lived through the Intervention; Indigenous activist Warren Mundine said the report should be "binned" and Central Australian Aboriginal leader Bess Price criticised the UN for not sending a female reporter and said that Anaya had been led around by opponents of the intervention to meet with opponents of the intervention.

Lockyer's goal-kicking duties at the Broncos were shifted to teammates Ben Walker and Michael De Vere in 1999. Lockyer was not selected in the first 2 Origin matches, but returned for the 3rd ahead of Robbie O'Davis, who's 22 game suspension the previous season was why Lockyer had been selected. Lockyer scored his first Origin try to help Queensland to a 10-all draw, which was enough for the Maroons to retain the shield. Those first 2 games were the last time where he was overlooked for Queensland, excluding games missed due to injury. Lockyer featured in all 4 of Australia's matches in 1999, and was even sin-binned in the Kangaroos' win against the Kiwis in the final of the post-season 1999 Tri- nations tournament, having scored 2 tries to help them qualify for the match with a big win over Great Britain.

Mathew Scott had scored a try which Damian James converted, but a period when two front row players were ‘sin binned’ off the field gave the visitors an opportunity and a try plus a penalty gave them the result.
